You may lock the controls of your dispenser to prevent ice or water from
being dispensed. Most control functions remain available while the
dispenser is locked.
To activate lock:

Automatic Lock
Out feature?
The Automatic Lock Out
feature shuts down power to

Timer Screen
Timer screen may be reached from Dispenser Screen by pressing the MENU key twice. The Timer is an independent timer that counts
down and sounds an alarm. Each new time setting becomes the default setting. When Timer counts down fully, an alarm will sound
three times every 5 seconds.
The minimum setting is one minute and maximum is 9 hours and 50 minutes.

About The Water Filter Status Feature
The water filter should be replaced after 6 months or after 500 gallons of water is used. The control
will continuously monitor time and water usage and report remaining capacity in the form of a percent
on the Water Filter Status screen.
When it is time to order a water filter, TIME TO ORDER WATER FILTER will be displayed on the
Dispenser Screen along with contact information for ordering.
Once the water filter is ordered, to remove TIME TO ORDER FILTER message:

Air Filter Feature
Made out of polyester sponge embedded with active carbon, the air filter is designed to help
control odors that occur inside the refrigerator section.
Installing and Removing Air Filter
•To install air filter, remove Crisper drawer per instructions in Owner’s Manual. Locate
cold air return in bottom, left-hand corner of cabinet, and press air filter into recess in
cold air return.
•To remove air filter, remove Crisper drawer per instructions in Owner’s Manual.
Locate cold air return and pull filter straight out.

The Message Center is capable of recording up to 99 messages, with a total recording limit of 5 ½ minutes. The Message Indicator
