A distinctive, professional, functional and underslung Alware Pro Series Camera Mount is now
launched to this wonderful RC world! This Pro V3 Camera Mount can be operated by an RC pilot or
with a camera operator. It is steered by 2-3 channels to pan(optional), tilt and roll the camera. With
this Pro Camera Mount Kit installed, the CG of the Aircraft will become lower. This will highly increase
the stability for better aerial filming/ FPV activities.
Differ from other Camera Mounts, Alware Pro Series Camera Mount operates with all fiber glass
precise gears and high tolerance metal shafts. This greatly increase it's performance for professional
alloy and Fiber Glasses. All parts are manufactured by precise CNC technology which can produce a
higher quality product. With double ball bearings design for every movement joints, Alware Pro V3
Camera Mount will be one of the best and professional Camera Mount for GAUI 330X(power system
upgrade is required), GAUI 500X, Alware Spider 500, DJI F450/ 550 Multicopters and other 450-500

Parts 1: Installation Steps for Inner Circle Assembly

Prepare all the parts as shown on the picture.
Install the Arc Gear on the middle of the Inner
Circle Frame. (Part No.: 2, 3, 9)
From another perspective.
Insert the bearings in the Bearing Mount Frames
with the aid of Needle Nose Pliers. (Part No.: 8)
Install the servo like the picture. (Part No.: 1, 4)
Install all the parts like the picture. (Part No.: 2, 3,
4, 12)

Install the Servo With Alu Square Rod 30.5mm to
the Inner Circle Frame using M2x6mm Hex Cap
Screws. Make sure the direction of servo is
correct.
For the Cam Stand Frame, install the Spur Gear to
the Vertical Mounting Frame.(Part No.: 4, 7) And
install the Gear Assembly to the Mounting Frame
using 2pcs M2.5x6mm Hex Cap Screws.
Side View.
Insert M3x16mm Screw to the Bearing Mount and
followed by two collars.(Part No.: 6, 10, 11)
Secure the Cam Stand Assembly to the Inner
Circle Assembly using M3 Self-lock Nuts.(Part
No.: 5)

Check the parts for Part 2 like the picture.
Instal all the Alu Rod with the Outer Frame use
M2x6mm screws.(Part No.: 1, 7)
Stick the Alu Main Shaft Block with the Outer
Frame.(Make sure the direction of Alu Main Shaft
Block is correct.) using M2x5 Screws.
Insert the Flange Bearings and Nylon Washer to
the Alu Rods.(Part No.: 2, 4, 13)
Install the Alu Roll Bearing shaft to the Outer
Frame using M2x6mm Hex Cap Screws and
washers for two upper holes(shown on next step).
Add the washer on the place like the picture.

Put the Inner Circle Assembly to the Outer Frame .
(Make sure the installation direction is correct. )
Make sure that Four Flange Bearings on the Outer
Frame is supporting the Inner Circle Assembly
tightly and correctly.
Put the 4pcs Outer Frame Rib to the Outer Frame.
Prepare the Landing Gear Ribs.
Assembly the Landing Gear Rib with Nylon parts.
(Parts No.: 10,12 for center; Parts No.: 11 for
Hexagonal Holes.)
Install the Landing Gear Rib with Frame as shown
above. (Installation direction should be the same
for both side.)

Install 4pcs Flange Bearings and 8pcs Nylon
washers again.(Part No.: 4, 13)
Insert the Outer Frame and secure it with
M2X6mm Hex Cap Screws and with 2pcs
Washers.(Part No.: 7, 9)
Hole and compress two Alu Roll Bearing shafts
with hand and tighten the shafts using M2x6 Hex
Cap Screws .(This step will affect the smoothness
and tolerance of the Roll Axis movement.)
Install second servo like the picture. Make sure
the installation direction is correct.(With Parts No.:
3, 6, 14)
Install third servo with M2x8mm Hex Cap Screws
and M2 Nuts.Make sure the direction is correct.
(Part No.: 5, 8)

Prepare the parts as shown above.
Install the Landing Gear Frame with Nylon Screw
M3x6mm and Hexagonal Nylon Rod 3x15mm.
(Part No.: 1, 4)
Connect the Landing Gear Assembly to the
Landing Gear Rib.
Connect them with Part No.: 1, 2, 3 and 5.(Same
for two Legs)
Install the Large Spur Gear with parts No. 7, 10,
12. For the other Small Gears, connect them with the Round Servo Horns using M2x4mm screws.
(No Nut is needed, directly thread the Screw to the
Servo Horn.)(Part No.: 11)
Insert the Steel Main Shaft to the Alu Main Shaft
Block and secure it with M3 set screw.
(Part No.: 6, 8, 9)

Set all Servos back to it's central position using
receiver etc. Then install All the Spur Gears with
Servo Horn to the Servos and Main Shaft like the
picture. Use M3 Set Screws to secure the Large
Spur Gear Assembly to the main shaft.
(Part No.: 6)
Adjusted the position of the Servos as to obtain a
perfect movement with less tolerance for all 3-Axis
movement.
Install the Mounting Frame to the Large Assembly
with 4pcs M2.5x6mm Hex Cap Screws.
Completed Final Assembly.

Steps to change for 2-Axis Mode:
(Recommended when using on RC Helicopters or if you want to reduce the weight of this Pro Camera Mount)
Remove the parts like the picture.
For the Steel Main shaft block. You can remove
one or two as you like.
Install the Al Square Rod 30.5mm disassembled
previously to the new position of the Outer Frame
as shown above.
Then install the Mounting Frame to the Alu Square
Rod 30.5mm using 4pcs M2.5x6mm Hex Cap
Screws.

Mounting Instruction to GAUI 500X QuadFlyer:
Step 1.
Unscrew four screws on the bottom frame of GAUI
500X.
Step 2.
Screw four pieces M2 Copper Connectors to the
GAUI 500X.
Step 3.
Install four M2x4x39mm Alu Rods to the M2
Copper Connectors.
Step 4.
The four 2mm holes shown above is used to
mount on GAUI 500X.
Step 5.
Install the Pro Camera Mount to the GAUI 500X
using four M2x6mm Hex Cap Screws.
Step 6.

Mounting Instruction to Alware Spider 500 QuadFlyer:
Step 1.
The four 2mm holes shown above is used to
mount on Alware Spider 500.
Step 2.
Install four M2x4x39mm Alu Rods to the mounting
plate of the Pro camera mount using four
M2x6mm Hex Cap Screws.
Step 3.
Install the Lower Frame of Alware Spider 500 to
the Pro Camera Mount using four M2x6mm Hex
Cap Screws to the holes shown above.
Step 4.
Complete assembly.

Mounting Instruction to DJI F450/ F550 Multicopters:
DJI Mounting Frame

Install four Alu rod M3x40mm to the 3mm holes o

Insert F450 / F550 Lower Main Frame in between
two pcs of DJI Mounting Frames and secure it
using 2pcs of Hex Cap Screw M3x12mm.(Repeat
this step by using another 2pcs of DJI Mounting
Frames.)
Final Assembly with F450 Lower Mounting Frame. Final Assembly with F550 Lower Mounting Frame.

Mount the Landing Gear of 450 size helicopters to
the Pro Camera Mounting Frame directly using Zip
Ties.
