Two Door Pass Thru Operation
The Alvey Model SL-2D is a compact, completely
automatic, two door, pass thru machine
designed to wash pots, pans and utensils
normally used in baking, cooking and serving.
The wash cycle consists of a recirculated hot
detergent wash followed by a fresh water rinse.

WASH CHAMBER SECTION

• Holds two 140 quart mixing bowls
WASH PUMP
• 15 HP totally enclosed, fan cooled motor,
horizontally mounted pump

• The wash spray arms are provided with easily
removable end caps for maintenance and
cleaning
• Removable stainless steel front cover panel for
easy maintenance and cleaning
• Stainless steel wash and rinse piping

Booster Options for Rinse Water
Steam Heated Rinse Water Booster
System will elevate rinse water temperature up to 180˚. This unit
comes equipped with Shuto Valve, Steam Strainer, and Steam Trap.

Electric Heated Rinse Water Booster
System will elevate temperature of incoming rinse water to 180˚. This unit is equipped with :
temperature pressure relief valve, pressure reducing valve and temperature-pressure gauge
(approx. 200lbs.)
Gas Heated Rinse Water Booster
System will elevate temperature of incoming rinse water to 180˚. This unit is equipped with :
temperature pressure relief valve, pressure reducing valve and temperature-pressure gauge
(approx. 200lbs.)
