General Instructions

- It is recommended that you wear safety glasses at all times during the installation.

Care for your Frameless Shower Door
- Never use scouring powder pads or sharp instruments on metal pieces or glass panels. An occasional wiping down with a mild soap diluted in water is all that is needed to keep the panels and aluminum parts looking new.
- We recommend wiping the glass panels with a squeegee after each use.

DETERMINE HINGES LOCATION

Determine on which side the hinges will be mounted. It is recommended to install the hinges on the same side as the

USE THE WALL JAMB (#2) AS TEMPLATE
TO MARK DRILLING LOCATIONS FOR
WALL-MOUNTED HINGES.
WALL-MOUNTED HINGES MUST BE SUPPORTED
AND FASTENED INTO A STUD FRAMING.

1B. Trace a centerline on the threshold and run it up along the wall.

Place the wall jamb (#2) on the threshold by centering the slotted holes with the centerline.

Mark the drilling locations at the top and bottom of the wall jamb. Drill a hole at each location with a 1/4” drill bit.

FASTEN THE HINGES TO THE WALL.
NEVER PLACE THE GLASS DIRECTLY
ON THE FLOOR.
Fasten the hinges (#6) to the wall as illustrated.

IT IS BEST TO HAVE 2 PEOPLE
WORKING ON THIS STEP.
Place the door assembly on the shower threshold and level it.
Fasten the hinges as illustrated using the Allen key.
Remove the leveling blocks (#7) and the bottom door gasket.

CHOOSE 1 OF THE 2 HOLES AT THE TOP
AND BOTTOM OF THE WALL JAMB.

Place the wall jamb (#2) on the center of the threshold and align it using a level. Trace the outer edge of the wall jamb and the holes onto the wall. Remove the wall jamb.
6B. With a 1/4˝ drill bit, drill 3 holes into the wall using
the marks as a guide.

Mark the location of the aluminum “u” channel (#4) on

drill a hole using a 1/8˝ drill bit at about 2˝ from the edge. Put a drop of silicone in the hole and fasten the “u” chan­nel with a 3/4˝ long screw (#19). Place the clear setting block (#14) back over the screw.

Loosen the glass clip (#1d). Align the slotte to the

fixed panel. The slotted screw head should be on the inside of the shower.
Rest the support bar on the fixed panel inside the

tub. Level it and trace an arc on the wall.
Isolate the wall bracket and drill a hole, using a 1/4˝
3
drill bit through the wall. Locate the position of this hole by way of the wall bracket. Insert a wall plug.

Secure the wall bracket to the wall by way of the

screw. Assemble the cylindrical joint to the wall bracket.
Secure the glass fastener and wall bracket screws

to complete the installation process.

Loosen the set screws in the connector (#1c).

12A. Align the bottom door gasket (#8) to the wall and project
on it the 45° magnetic gasket (#5) surface.
12B. Using the cutting plier, trim the bottom door gasket at

Open the door and clean the door panel surface on which the door side gasket (#10) will be placed. Align
gasket. Make sure it is oriented as illustrated.

Silicone seal the exterior of the shower along the wall and the aluminum “u” channel (#4).

Position the threshold (#12) under the door panel as illustrated. Lift it to pass a bead of silicone underneath. Apply silicone on the outside edges.
