power swit ch, one (1) adjustable temperature knob with a temperature range of 60° to 200°F (16° to 93°C); one (1)
indicato r light; a nd one (1) d igital display. The compa rtment i s equipp ed with four (4) sets of chro me plated
universa l side rails and four (4) sets of pan slides designed to accommodate standard full-size pans. Pan supports are
adjustab le in sixt een (16) p ositions on 1-3/4" (44mm) c enters . I nclude s one (1) se t of 5" (127mm) heavy d uty
casters, t wo rigid a nd two swi vel with brake.
