Thermal grease
Put the hardware on an antistatic mat. Begin
dismantling the original cooler. Depending
on the structure of the cooler, remove the screws at
the back of the card and carefully unhook the fan
connector first. If the original cooler uses thermal glue,
extreme care should be taken as you can easily damage
parts. Pick up all the items carefully. Next, clean the
hardware of thermal paste or pad residues with a
solvent (e.g. alcohol).
Before starting the cooler assembly, compare your card
with the picture above. The cooler is constructed
specifically for this layout. Occasionally, graphics card
manufacturers may revise the design of their card
slightly, causing the cooler not to fit on later models.
During assembly, please make sure taller parts have
enough space around them and that the cooler does
not damage your graphics card.
Alphacool International GmbH is not liable for
assembly errors occurring due to negligence,
such as selecting an incompatible cooler.
Legen Sie die Hardware auf eine antistatische
Unterlage. Beginnen Sie mit der Demontage
des Original-Kühlers. Je nach Aufbau des Kühlers sind
zuerst die Schrauben des Lüfters zu entfernen und die
Blenden zu lösen. Bei aufgeklebten Kühlern ist äußerste
Sorgfalt geboten. Es können leicht Bauteile abgerissen
werden. Heben Sie alle Einzelteile sorgfältig auf.
Reinigen Sie anschließend die Hardware von Resten der
Wärmeleitpaste oder Pads mit einem Lösemittel (z.B.
Spiritus).
Bevor Sie mit der Montage des Kühlers beginnen,
vergleichen Sie Ihre Platine mit dem vorliegenden Foto.
Der Kühler wurde speziell für dieses Layout
konstruiert. Es kommt vor, dass Grafikkartenhersteller
über Revisionen den Aufbau leicht abändern und damit
der Kühler auf spätere Modelle nicht mehr passt.
Achten Sie auch bei der Montage darauf, dass hohe
Bauteile frei liegen und der Kühler die Grafikkarte nicht
beschädigt.
Alphacool International GmbH haftet nicht bei
fahrlässigen Montagefehlern, wie die Wahl eines
inkompatiblen Kühlers.
Posez le matériel sur un tapis antistatique.
Commencez par le démontage du
refroidisseur d’origine. Selon la configuration du
radiateur les vis du ventilateur et les caches doivent
être enlevés d’abord. S’il s’agit d’un refroidisseur collé il
faut travailler très doucement. Sinon des composants
peuvent s’arracher. Conservez tous les pièces
soigneusement. Ensuite, nettoyer le matériel de résidus
de la pâte thermique ou de pads avec un solvant (alcool
par ex.).
Avant de commencer l’installation merci de vérifier que
votre carte ressemble bien a celle sur l’image. Le
refroidisseur a été conçu spécialement pour cette
disposition des composants. Il est possible que le
fabricant change des détails dans la disposition de ses
composants lors d’une révision et que le bloc de
refroidissement ne soit plus compatible. Veillez lors de
l’installation au fait que les composants hauts ne
touchent pas le bloc de refroidissement et que le bloc
n’endommage pas la carte graphique.

Clean the contact surfaces on the bottom
side of the cooler with alcohol or similar.
The surface must be free of contaminants.
Remove the protective foils from the thermal pads and
place the pads on the copper block as shown.

With the help of a plastic strip or similar
spread a thin layer of thermal paste on the
GPU. The layer should be less than a millimeter thick,
otherwise the surrounding components may be
contaminated unnecessarily.

Appliquez maintenant la pâte thermique sur
le processeur graphique à refroidir. Etalez-la
à l’aide d’une bande en plastique. Afin d’éviter de salir
les composants autour la couche doit rester inférieure
à un millimètre d’épaisseur.
Place the graphics card on the prepared
cooler. Fasten the card as shown with the
10 M2x5 screws. Hand-tighten the screws crosswise,
one turn at a time. If you want to use the original
backplate of the graphics card manufacturer, go directly
to step 8
Legen Sie die Grafikkarte auf den
vorbereiteten Kühler. Verschrauben Sie die
Karte wie dargestellt mit den 10 M2x5 Schrauben.
Ziehen Sie die Schrauben kreuzweise, mit je einer
Umdrehung, handfest an. Wenn Sie die Original
Backplate des Grafikkartenherstellers nutzen möchten,
gehen Sie direkt zu Schritt 8 über.
Posez ensuite la carte graphique sur la

To control the digital - RGB lighting,
connect the included adapter to the 3 - pin
female connector and plug it to a digital - RGB
controller (e.g. Alphacool Aurora Eiscontrol, Art.:
15360, not included).
You can connect additional digital - RGB LEDs to the
remaining 3 - pin male connector.

Close the inlets which you do not need for
tubing. Screw in the screw plugs with the
enclosed tool.

To mount the backplate from the graphics
card manufacturer, first attach the PCB with 4 (M2x5)
spring screws around the GPU (marked blue). Screw the
backplate with 3 M2 x 8 counter-sunk head screws. Hand
tighten the screws carefully. We recommend retightening
the screws after 24 hours of operation
Um die Backplate vom Grafikkartenhersteller
zu montieren, befestigen Sie zunächst die Platine mit 4
(M2x5) Federschrauben um die GPU (blau markiert).
Montieren Sie die Backplate mit 3 Senkschraubern M2x8.
Ziehen Sie die Schrauben vorsichtig von Hand an. Wir
empfehlen, die Schrauben nach 24 Betriebsstunden
nochmals anzuziehen.
Pour monter la plaque arrière du fabricant
de la carte graphique, fixez d'abord le circuit imprimé avec
4 vis à ressort (M2x5) autour du GPU (en bleu). Visser la
plaque arrière avec 3 vis à tête fraisée M2 x 8. Serrer les vis

Nicht geeignet für Kinder unter 6 Jahren (enthält verschluckbare Kleinteile).
Betreiben Sie keine Kühlkomponenten ohne sicher zu stellen, dass Kühlmittel durch das Kühlsystem fließt. Nicht
mit Kühlmittel betriebene Kühler können sehr heiß werden.
Es besteht Verbrennungsgefahr.
Nicht mit Kühlmittel durchströmte Kühler können die Hardware des Computers zerstören. Vergewissern Sie sich
immer, dass die Pumpe beim Einschalten der Hardware ihre Funktion aufnimmt.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass zum Anziehen der
Anschlüsse keine Werkzeuge wie Schraubenschlüssel, Zangen oder
ähnliches verwendet werden dürfen! Alle Produkte aus Kunststoff oder Gewindeanschlüsse aus Metall, die mit
Kunststoffteilen verbunden sind, werden mit Werkzeug schnell überlastet! Hierdurch en
tstandene Risse oder
andere Beschädigungen sowie Schäden durch austretende Kühlflüssigkeit fallen nicht in die Gewährleistung!
Verwenden Sie nur Anschlüsse mit einem Dichtring! Durch den Dichtring reicht ein festes Anziehen mit der
Hand völlig aus! In Ausn
ahmefällen werden Sie in der Anleitung eindeutig auf die Verwendung von Werkzeug
hingewiesen!
Falls noch nicht erfolgt, überzeugen Sie sich bitte von der Funktion Ihrer Hardware, sowie des Kühlsystems
(Dichtheit, Pumpenfunktion und Lüfter). Sie minimieren
so den Aufwand bei der Suche möglicher Fehlerquellen.
ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH übernimmt nicht die Garantie des Herstellers der elektronischen
Bauteile und Komponenten. Die Montage des Kühlsystems erfolgt auf eigenes Risiko.
Die Schrauben sollten nicht
zu fest angezogen werden. Wenn Sie die Schrauben übermäßig fest angezogen
haben, können sich die Haltebolzen lösen und es ist keine gleichmäßige Auflage des Kühlers mehr gewährleistet.
Bei Anschlüssen mit 8 mm Gewindelänge kann es zu Durchflussminimierung
kommen.
Wir empfehlen einen Dichtigkeitstest vor Montage / Einbau des Kühlers. Der Wasserdruck im Kreislauf der
Wasserkühlung darf maximal 0,8 Bar betragen.
Falls nicht erfolgt, überzeugen Sie sich, dass der Kühler alle zu kühlenden Bauteile mit Wärmeleit
paste und /
oder Wärmeleitpads berührt.
Verwenden Sie ausschließlich destilliertes Wasser oder ALPHACOOL CAPE KELVIN CATCHER in Ihrem
Kühlkreislauf. Entstandene Schäden durch ungeeignete Kühlflüssigkeit fallen nicht in die Gewährleistung!

Die ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH Kühlkomponenten sind nur für die Kühlung von Computerbauteilen zugelassen.
Bei artfremder Nutzung erlischt die Gewährleistung. Gewährleistung

Angaben, Zeichnungen, Abbildungen, technische Daten, Gewichts
-, Maß
- und Leistungsbeschreibungen die in
Prospekten, Katalogen, Rundschreiben, Anzeigen oder Preislisten enthalten sind, haben rein informativen
Charakter. Wir übernehmen keine Gewähr für die Richtigkeit dieser Angaben. Hinsichtlich der Art und des
Umfangs der L
ieferung sind allein die in Bestellung und Auftragsbestätigung enthaltenen Angaben
ausschlaggebend.
2.
Soweit ein gewährleistungspflichtiger Mangel vorliegt, sind Sie im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen
berechtigt, Nacherfüllung zu verlangen, vom Vertrag
zurückzutreten oder den Kaufpreis zu mindern. Die
Verjährungsfrist von Gewährleistungsansprüchen für die gelieferte Ware beträgt zwei Jahre ab Erhalt der Ware,
falls Sie Verbraucher (§ 13 BGB) sind. Sind Sie Unternehmer (§ 14 BGB), so gilt die Maßgabe, das

Der Gewährleistungsanspruch gilt nur im Zusammenhang mit der Originalrechnung, dem Kassenbeleg oder einer
Bestätigung von ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH über den Gewährleistungsanspruch.

Es liegt allein im Ermessen
von ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH, das defekte Produkt oder defekte
Bestandteile zu reparieren oder zu ersetzen. Das jeweils ersetzte Produkt oder der Bestandteil geht in das
Eigentum von ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH über.
5.
Alle Gewährleistungsansprüche wer
den von ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH oder durch beauftragte
Fachhändler durchgeführt. Wird die Reparatur von einer nicht autorisierten oder beauftragten Person
durchgeführt, übernimmt ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH weder Kosten noch Haftung, es sein denn,

e Reparatur ist vorher mit ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH abgestimmt worden.
6.
Alle Kosten, die aus einer etwaigen Umrüstung der Produkte entstehen, werden von ALPHACOOL
INTERNATIONAL GMBH nicht übernommen.
7.
Die Gewährleistung von ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH s
chließen die folgenden Punkte nicht ein:
7.1. Regelmäßige Kontrollen, Wartung und Reparatur oder der Ersatz von Verschleißteilen 7.2. Falsche Bedienungen oder Defekte durch fehlerhafte Installation. 7.3. Schäden, verursacht durch Sturm, Wasser, Feuer, Über
spannung, höhere Gewalt oder Krieg, fehlerhaftem
Anschluss an das Netz, unzureichende oder fehlerhafte Belüftung oder andere Gründe, auf die ALPHACOOL
INTERNATIONAL GMBH keinen Einfluss hat. 7.4. Schäden, die durch den Transport oder unsachgemäße Verpackun
g entstehen.
8.
Die in dem jeweiligen Land geltenden Rechte des Verbrauchers, z.B. Forderungen gegenüber dem Verkäufer,
wie im Kaufvertrag niedergelegt, werden von dieser Gewährleistungserklärung nicht berührt. ALPHACOOL
INTERNATIONAL GMBH, ihre Niederlassung
en und Distributoren, haften nicht für direkte oder indirekte
Schäden oder Verluste, soweit nicht zwingende gesetzliche Bestimmungen dem entgegenstehen.
9.
ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH übernimmt nicht die Gewährleistung des Herstellers der
elektronischen Baut
eile und Komponenten. Die Montage des Kühlers erfolgt auf eigenes Risiko.
Wenden Sie sich an ein autorisiertes Entsorgungsunternehmen in Ihrem Land. Eine Entsorgung mit dem Hausmüll (unsortierter
Müll) oder ähnliche Einrichtungen für die Sammlung
kommunaler Abfälle sind nicht zulässig.

If not already done, please check the function of your hardware and the cooling system

the manufacturer of the electronic parts and components.
The cooling system is installed at
your own risk.
The screws should not be overtightened. If you have overtightened the screws, the retaining
bolts may loosen, and the cooler will no longer be a
ble to rest evenly on them.
Fittings with a thread length of 8 mm may result lower flow rates
We recommend a leak test before mounting / installing the cooler. The water pressure in the
water cooling circuit must not exceed 0.8 bar.
Make sure that the cool
er touches all components to be cooled with heat
-conducting paste and
/ or heat
-conducting pads.
Only use distilled water or ALPHACOOL CAPE KELVIN CATCHER (CKC) in your cooling
circuit. Damage caused by unsuitable coolant is not covered by the warranty!

ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH cooling components are only approved for cooling computer
components. The warranty is void if the components are used in any other way. Warranty

Insofar as a defect covered by warranty exists, you are entitled within the framework of the

All warranty claims are handled by ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH or by

conversion of the products.

ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH's warranty does not include the following: 7.1. Regular inspections, maintenance and repair or replacement of wearing parts 7.2. Incorrect operation or
defects due to incorrect installation.
7.3. Damage caused by storm, water, fire, excess voltage, force majeure or war, faulty
connection to the mains, insufficient or faulty ventilation or other reasons beyond the control
of ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH. 7.4.
Damage caused by transport or improper packaging.
8.
The rights of the consumer applicable in the respective country, e.g. claims against the seller,
as laid down in the sales contract, are not affected by this warranty declaration. ALPHACOOL
INTERNATION
AL GMBH, its subsidiaries and distributors are not liable for direct or
indirect damages or losses, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
9.
ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH does not assume the warranty of the manufacturer
of the electronic parts a
nd components. The installation of the cooler is at your own risk.
Contact an authorized disposal company in your country. Disposal with household waste (unsorted waste) or
similar facilities for the collection of municipal waste are not permitted.

à fait suffisant ! Dans des cas exceptionnels, le manuel indiquera clairement l'utilisation des outils !
Si ce n'est pas déjà fait, veuillez vérifier le fonctionnement de votre matériel et du système de refroidissement
(étanchéité, fonctionnement de la
pompe et du ventilateur). Cela permettra de réduire au minimum les efforts
nécessaires pour trouver les sources d'erreur possibles. ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH n'assume pas
la garantie du fabricant des pièces et composants électroniques. Le système de ref
roidissement est installé à vos
propres risques.
Les vis ne doivent pas être trop serrées. Si vous avez trop serré les vis, les boulons de retenue peuvent se
desserrer et la glacière ne pourra plus reposer uniformément sur eux.
Les raccords dont la longueu
r du filetage est de 8 mm peuvent entraîner une réduction du débit.
Nous recommandons un test d'étanchéité avant de monter / installer le refroidisseur. La pression de l'eau dans le
circuit de refroidissement ne doit pas dépasser 0,8 bar.
Sinon, assurez
-vo
us que le refroidisseur touche tous les composants à refroidir avec de la pâte conductrice de
chaleur et/ou des tampons conducteurs de chaleur.
N'utilisez que de l'eau distillée ou de l'ALPHACOOL CAPE KELVIN CATCHER dans votre circuit de
refroidissement. Les dommages causés par un liquide de refroidissement inadapté ne sont pas couverts par la
garantie !
Utilisation prévue Les composants de refroi
dissement d'ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH ne sont homologués que pour le refroidissement
des composants informatiques. La garantie est nulle si les composants sont utilisés d'une autre manière. Garantie

La demande de garantie n'est valable qu'en relation avec la facture originale, le ticket de caisse

confirmation de ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH de la demande de garantie.

La réparation ou le remplacement du produit défectueux ou des composants défectueux est à la seule discrétion
d'ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH. Le produit ou le composant remplac
é devient la propriété de
ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH.

Toutes les demandes de garantie sont traitées par ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH ou par des
concessionnaires agréés. Si la réparation est effectuée par une personne non autorisée ou autorisée,

mages causés par la tempête, l'eau, l'incendie, la surtension, la force majeure ou la guerre, un
raccordement défectueux au réseau, une ventilation insuffisante ou défectueuse ou d'autres raisons indépendantes de la volonté
d'ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH. 7.4.
Dommages causés par le transport ou un emballage inadéquat.
8.
les droits du consommateur applicables dans le pays respectif, par exemple les droits à l'encontre du vendeur,
tels que définis dans le contrat de vente, ne sont pas affectés par cette déclaration de garantie.

INTERNATIONAL GMBH, ses filiales et
ses distributeurs ne sont pas responsables des dommages ou pertes
directs ou indirects, sauf dispositions légales impératives contraires.

ALPHACOOL INTERNATIONAL GMBH n'assume pas la garantie du fabricant des pièces et composants
électroniques.
L'installat
ion du refroidisseur est à vos propres risques.
Contactez une entreprise d'élimination autorisée dans votre pays. L'élimination avec les déchets ménagers (déchets non triés)
ou
des installations similaires pour la collecte des déchets municipaux n'est
pas autorisée.
