The hands-free type 7" GB2 series color video-
intercom monitor st ation(s) shall be Alpha
Communications® / Golmar THERA GB2, or
approved equal. Monitor(s) shall be mounted on
the wall (or desk mounted using optional #SOB-

UNI desk adapter). Monitor(s) shall be

connected using a simple 2-c onduct or non­polarized (loop) wiring. Monitor(s) shall include a
high quality 7.0" TFT (800 x 480) color
touc hscreen. Monitors using mirrors or other
non-flat type sc reens, or c oaxial cable shall not
be ac ceptable. Monitor(s) shall feature elec tret
condenser microphone for exceptional half­duplex digital voice fidelity. Monitor shall include
an on-screen display (OSD) and additonal
function butt ons for c all answering, door
release and menu functions. Monitor shall
feature an electronic c alling signal (select able)
and shall only protrude from the finished wall

The GB2's system uses simple 2-conductor non-
polarized wiring making it ideal for new
installations as well as for retrofit applications.
All audio, video and dat a functions are fully
digital and using the RAP-2150 (or equivalent)
cable you can run up to 300 meters from the
entrance panel to the furthest monitor.

The Alpha Communicat ions® THERA GB2 series hands free type 7" c olor monitors use
the GB2 technology to provide the most advanced video-intercom system available,
for any multi-unit building up to 256 apartments and up to four (4) entry door
stat ions.

These attractive monitors c onveniently mount right on the wall and are only 0.60"
deep! Due to its advanc ed design the THERA GB2 features an easy t o use on-sc reen
display (OSD) to easily navigate through its multiple funct ions, as well as big front
buttons for c all answering and door release.

All THERA GB2 monitors feature a crystal c lear 7.0" c olor TFT (800 x 480) flat
touc hscreen monitor (measured diagonally), on-screen menu to c ontrol system
funct ions and hands-free voice.
