Architects' And Engineers' Specifications

The OF19X (flush) or OF19XS (surface) panel frame(s) shall be
Alpha Communications® / TekTone model OF19X or OF19XS or
approved equal (x=number of panel modules). It shall be made
of heavy gauge extruded aluminum in a natural (c lear) anodized
finish. For flush mounting, contract or shall provide t he required

OH19X series flush housing, if required (x=number of panel

modules).

The OF19XS (surface) series shall be open in the bac k to allow for
equipment clearance and wiring if needed.

Contract or shall observe all local and national electrical and
building codes, and contract or shall provide a model S1 special
screwdriver for future system maintenanc e.

Aluminum Panel Frames

The Alpha Communicat ions® / TekTone OF19X (flush) and

OF19XS (surface) series entry panel frames are made of heavy

gauge extruded aluminum, in a natural (c lear) anodized finish.

Both types are used with a variety of apartment entry intercom
and video intercom lobby panel modules, alphabetical directory
modules, as well as specialty and annunciator modules.

The 19" height on the OF19X (flush) series is ideal for mounting
alongside standard 19" high vertical mail boxes, if required. The

OF19XS (surface) frames are open in the bac k to allow for

equipment clearance and wiring as well, but c an surfac e mount
right on the wall without the need for a surface back box or
housing. The OF19X (flush) series can be used by itself, or with the
matc hing OH19X series flush bac k box/housing.

NOTE: All models are 19.0"H (483mm) Surface models are

2.25"D (58mm) Flush models are .88"D (23mm) off of
finished wall surface. Sizes larger than OF194 are non-
stocked, special-order items.
