NC507ES Remote LCD Receiver
The Alpha Communicat ions® / TekTone NC507ES is designed to
allow users of t he Tek-CARE®500 (TC500) Wireless Emergency Call
System to connec t external dome lamps and dialers to t he syst em.
This provides for an alternate annunciation path, in addition to t he
normal TekCARE®500 screen. The NC507ES is
not dependent upon the Tek-CARE®500's master station computer.
It features 12 separate, dry-c ontact outputs that c an be
programmed for act ivation by up t o 32 transmitt ers.
The c ase has built-in tamper detec tion outputs for connection to
an external alarm system. All dry contact outputs are individually
configurable for latc hing, follower or momentary ac tivat ion modes.
The unit is designed for indoor use only, and cable access and
connections are hidden. The fac e of the unit feat ures a
clean appearance with visual indicat ion of t he status via an
LCD display.
The SF501ES and SF502ES transmitters can be used with t he
NC507ES to trigger an external dialer, but these momentary
transmitters require a separate reset button, and relays
programmed as latc hing.

Architects' And Engineers' Specifications
The NC507ES shall provide remote annunciation of call activity within the Tek-CARE®500's Wireless Emergency Call System. It shall func tion
independently of the Tek- CARE®500 (TC500) master stat ion computer. It shall provide dry contact output s which are Form-C and capable
of driving a typical 24-volt dome lamp as used in the call systems. The NC507ES shall also allow t he use of an external, model TAK-4202 or
TAK-4208 dialer, that ac c epts dry contact input(s).
All programming shall be non- volatile. The unit shall provide for easy c onnection of field wiring. Acc ess to the interior of the case shall be
secured by a built-in tamper switc h - for easy connection to a t hird-party alarm system. The NC507ES shall be designed for indoor use only,
and shall feature hidden cable connec tions and acc ess. The c urrent status of all outputs shall be visually indicated on the face of t he unit
via an LCD display.
TekTone® has designed the Tek- CARE®500 to work as a system. Its NC501ES Master Station Computer has been carefully designed
and matched t o work with Tek-CARE®500 wireless and wired peripherals. TekTone® will not warrant or support c omponents of TekCARE®500 that are purchased separately unless the component s are add- ons to previously sold systems. TekTone® will also not warrant or
support a system that is a mix of TekTone® and Non-TekTone® parts, unless prior written permission has been obt ained. In order t o track
our systems and to inform facilities of software upgrades, full site information (site name, address and phone number) will be required when
ordering. Site information and NC501ES warranty number will also be required when requesting t echnic al support.
