The Programming Cable(s) shall be Alpha
Communications® / S.T.R.™ QwikBUS™ EMPK-

VFS/FS (open voice style) or EMPK-VH/HT

(handset style) or approved equivalent.

The EMPK-VFS/FS or EMPK-VH/HT shall be used
in conjunction with the associated QwikBUS™
stat ion, to allow a single person to quickly and
easily program all of the stations in a typical

QwikBUS™ system.

One end of t he EMPK- VFS/FS or EMPK- VH/HT
shall easily plug onto the QwikBUS™ power
equipment unit, and the other end t o the
polarized c onnector on eac h assoc iated

QwikBUS™ station, while programming.

Contract or shall observe all local and national
elect rical and building codes.

The Alpha Communicat ions® / S.T.R.™ EMPK-VFS/FS and EMPK-VH/HT QwikBUS™
Programming Cables are designed to be used in conjunction with various QwikBUS™
intercom/emergenc y st ations, t o make st ation programming muc h faster and
easier than c ompetitor's systems, and t o allow a single person to program the
stat ions.

The EMPK-VFS/FS is used with the FS1000, FS1500, FSE1500 and VFS1000 series
(open voice style) intercom and video-intercom stations.

The EMPK-VH/HT is used with the HT3033, VH3033 and VHC3033 series (handset
style) intercom and video-intercom stat ions. Typically one end of the EMPK c able is
connected to the QwikBUS™ system power components and the other end plugs into
the associated QwikBUS™ station.
