The Twisted Pair Video Receiver(s) shall be
Alpha Communicat ions® / Golmar EL562, or approved equal. EL562
shall be mounted inside the appropriate video-intercom stat ion.

Unit(s) shall be used to convert t he digital video signal being sent
to a conventional twisted pair video signal.

The EL562 module(s) shall have positive screw terminal connectors
and shall also be provided with a jumper for video termination as
required for eac h riser/line.

Contractor shall observe all local and national electrical and
building codes.

The Alpha Communicat ions® / Golmar EL562 Twisted Pair Video
Receiver is a c ompact, assembly that mounts into a variety of
video-interc om stations, in order to convert the digital video signal
being sent t o a conventional twisted pair video signal.

Typic ally, the EL562 mounts behind the video-intercom monitor, by
plugging into a small opening in the back of the monitor. A
provided jumper on the EL562 allows for video t ermination at the
end of a riser/line, as required.
