The Alpha Communicat ions® / Liftmaster EL2000 series is the most versatile telephone
entry system for commercial applications and gated c ommunities. The EL2000 will change
your expectations of what a telephone entry system should look like. The EL2000 is
designed to c omplement virtually any gat ed c ommunity and is flexible enough to be used in
apartment buildings, condo c omplexes, office parks and c ommercial sites.

The EL2000 features a 5-inch bac klit LCD screen; the unit clearly displays up to 4 lines with
20 charac ters per line, making it a great choice for multi-tenant installations. T he EL2000 is
capable of ac c epting up to 2,000 totally flexible codes. These c odes can be programmed as
directory c odes or access c odes, making the EL2000 ideal for virtually any installation.
Unlike other syst ems, t he EL2000 may be purchased as a base unit or c an be ordered with
optional plug-in modules. T his allows you to c hoose only the plug-in modules you need,
depending on the spec ifics of t he job - enabling you to offer c ustom solutions right off t he
shelf without spec ial orders.

Optional modules let you expand the system to fit your specific needs. The Wiegand output
module lets you add card readers and/ or remote keypads. An RF module provides
convenient ac cess t hrough gates or doors with Elite Passport™ transmitters. Plus, the
system is now designed to automatically detec t the addition and location of eac h new plug­in module, making installation and programming faster and easier than ever before.
