The hands-free type IP color video-intercom
touc hscreen monitor stat ion(s) shall be Alpha
Communications® / Beoview BEOVIEW7, or
approved equal. Monitor(s) shall be wall mounted
(or desk mounted using optional #SOB-UNI desk
adapter). Monitor(s) shall be connec ted using a
standard RJ45 connector and LAN wiring, by
connecting to a PoE switc h output or PoE
injector. Monitor(s) shall include a high quality

7.0" c olor TFT LCD touc hscreen. Monitors using
mirrors or other non-flat type sc reens, or coaxial
cable shall not be ac c eptable. Monitor(s) shall
feature exceptional full duplex digital voice
fidelity with ec ho c anc eling processor. Monitor
shall include an on-sc reen display (OSD) and
graphic user interface (GUI) that is
programmable based on unit's firmware. Monitor
shall feature an electronic calling signal and shall
only protrude from the wall 0.55" inches (14mm).
Monitor(s) shall include the ability for resident's
to place a panic c all to the model BEOVIEW7-

PORTER concierge station, where needed.

Contractor shall observe all local and national

The Alpha Communicat ions® BEOVIEW7 series hands free type IP c olor monitors use
the IP Plus tec hnology from Beoview to provide the most advanc ed video­intercom system available, for any size building, with any number of monitors, door
stat ions, and remote cameras.

These attractive monitors are conveniently mounted right on the wall and only
protrude 0.55"! Due t o its advanced design and TCP/IP protocol, the BEOVIEW7 does
not require any servers, power supplies, switchers, boosters, video distributors, and
requires simply a LAN connec tion and the PoE switc h(es).

All BEOVIEW7 monitors feat ure a c rystal clear 7.0" color TFT LCD flat touchsc reen
monitor (measured diagonally), electronic c all signaling, full duplex hands-free voice
with door release c apability and other funct ions based on t he unit's firmware.

The BEOVIEW7 is a sleek, stylish IP monitor of superior quality, manufac tured in ABS
RAL9005 black color with anodized aluminum sides. Its multi-c hannel capability
virtually eliminates busy signals on the syst em.
