The Auxiliary Relay Module unit(s) shall be Alpha Communicat ions®
/ S.T .R.™ QwikBUS™ model AM333, or approved equal. T he AM333
shall be built into a rugged high impact plastic c ase, and shall
be powered by the QwikBUS™ video-intercom or intercom station.
The AM333 shall provide a normally open, dry c ontact c losure
when the QwikBUS™ video-intercom or intercom stat ion is called
from a lobby or entry stat ion.

Low voltage wiring shall be used and positive screw terminal relay
output connectors shall be provided for installation wiring. The

AM333 shall be mounted behind the QwikBUS™ video-interc om or

intercom stat ion, where appropriate.

Contractor shall observe all local and national electrical and
building codes.

The Alpha Communicat ions® / S.T .R.™ AM333 Auxiliary Relay
Module is used with t he QwikBUS™ series intercom and / or video-
intercom systems. The AM333 plugs into the QwikBUS™
series intercom and / or video-intercom station, and provides a
normally-open, dry cont act closure, when the st ation is being
called from a lobby or entrance station. This allows connec tion of
a separately powered device, suc h as a st robe, loud bell, etc .

The AM333 gets its power from the QwikBUS™ series intercom
and/or video-intercom station directly, by means of a plug-in
wiring harness and connect or.
