The entrance panel(s) shall be Alpha Communications® / T ekTone

AM190 Series Speaker Panel or approved equal, and shall provide

for up to 22 push buttons per module. Panels can be used as
stand- alone signaling panels, or in conjunct ion with AM192 and/or

AM193 series panels.

Push button switc hes shall be individually replaceable plastic type
with self wiping contac ts. In addition, the panel shall contain up to
22 individual name holders. The name holders shall be made of
BLACK flame retardant polyc arbonate plastic strips to protec t card
inserts. Eac h name holder shall snap into two small slots on t he
panel itself and shall be individually replaceable.

Each AM190 panel, or approved equal, shall be supplied with name
card sheets that may be easily separated into individual name
strips. Name strips shall be inserted into name holders without t he
use of tools.

The panel shall be flush (or surface) mounted and shall be finished
in natural anodized aluminum finish, with appropriate panel frame
and housing as required.

The Alpha Communications®/TekTone AM190
series push button panels are spec ifically designed
for use with the AM192 series speaker panel and/or

AM193 series speaker/microphone panel modules.

The AM190 series panels c an also be used without
any speaker modules, for use as a bell/buzzer type
or signaling panel only.

AM192 Series Entrance Panels with requirements

for more than 18 suites must also use t he AM190
series addon panel(s).

AM193 Series Entrance Panels with requirements

for more than 16 suites must also use t he AM190
series addon panel(s).

The specific model depends upon the number of
additional suites or units to be c alled. AM190 series
panels are available in sizes ranging from 4 to 22
buttons per module.

to OF19X series frames). F or surface mounting,
use OF190S series frame (no housing required).
