The No Phone Service (NPS) Control
Module(s) shall be Alpha Communicat ions®

AlphaEntry™ model AENPS, or approved equal.

Unit shall provide ring and t alk voltage to allow
two- way communication between t he

AlphaEntry™ entry st ation and the resident's

model# DPH100W 'dummy' telephone(s).

Unit shall provide two (2) RJ11 jacks for
connection of the telco devices, and shall be
supplied with a plug-in low voltage power
supply. Unit shall allow a jumper select able ring
count, as well as other select able functions
such as CPC break, dial tone duration, 1 or 2
way ring down operation, et c.

Contractor shall observe all local and
national elect rical and building c odes and FCC
regulations.

The Alpha Communications® AlphaEntry™ model AENPS 'No Phone Service' (NPS)
Control Module allows for connec ting 'dummy' type t elephones on an AlphaEntry™
system, when t he resident does not have any Phone Service. Typically, the

AlphaEntry™ entry st ation calls to the residents on their standard telephone number

and line. If some of the residents in the building do not have any Phone Service,
they can be c onnect ed t o t he AlphaEntry™ door station by use of t he AENPS
Control Module (and RY008AE 8-Relay Module(s) and some additional components).
The AENPS provides the c all signal and voice communic at ion voltage t o t hose
residents with No Phone Service (NPS).
