The PRO700 remote st ation(s) shall be
Alpha Communicat ions® / Ring model

AB731A (surface) or AB731A-F (flush) or

approved equivalent. Remote(s)
shall have clear two- way
communicat ions. Stations are made of
stainless st eel with a 1.5 mm thick front
plate. Remote is a tamper-resistant unit,
designed to protect t he push-button,
mic rophone and loudspeaker. Remot e
features call button, loudspeaker, and
mic rophone.

The AB731A-F is for flush mounting and
comes with a light duty bac kbox for EMC
protection. Remotes are easy to install,
and shall require simple loop wiring. By
installing the optional Sound
Detection Module (model DP996), a c all
can be initiated automatically when a
certain preset sound level is reached.

Contractor shall observe all local and
national elect rical and building c odes.

These PRO700 remot e st ations are compac t, dust resistant,
and feat ure robust c onstruction. T he st ations are made in
stainless st eel with a 1.5 mm thick front-plate. T he c onstruction
insures optimal protec t ion of the push-button, mic rophone and
loudspeaker. The stations are ideally suited for applications
in correct ional institutions, prisons, police st ations, parking garages,
subway st ations, and other hi-abuse locat ions.

The AB731A-F is for flush mounting and comes with a light duty
backbox for EMC protec tion. When an optional backbox is needed for
concrete mounting, the model BBF731 must be ordered.

The stat ion has an internal loudspeaker with a 3 Watt amplifier. An
optional external speaker can easily be connected. T he st ations are equipped with a c all
button for establishing c onnec tion with extension number 13. T he same call button may
optionally be used for door bell funct ion.
