The PRO700 remote st ation(s) shall be
Alpha Communicat ions® / Ring model

AB709 or approved equivalent.

Remote(s) shall be made of high-grade,
impact-resistant Beige ABS plastic with a
satin finish. Remote(s) shall be equipped
with 3 direct dial button which is
programmed to call station numbers 11,
12 , and 13. Remote(s) shall require
simple loop wiring, with no central station
required. Remote(s) shall be surface wall
mount type and c an be flush wall
mounted using an optional model BF636
wall mounting plate with model BBF602
flush steel backbox. System shall power
off of a single PSDC series 24VDC syst em
power supply. The PRO700 series system
shall be expandable to a maximum of 40
tot al master and/or remote stations.

Contractor shall observe all local and
national elect rical and building codes.

AB709 3-Call Surface Mount RemoteAB709 3-Call Surface Mount Remote

The AB709 stat ion is similar to the surfac e Master St ation model AA702, but without
display. It is designed for indoor conditions and is suitable as a door st ation.

The keypad has 3 direct dial buttons which are programmed to c all station number 11, 12,
and 13. When these butt ons are used in combination with t he X- button (X+ call button),
calls c an be made to subscribe no. 21 (X+11), Program Distribution Channel (X+12) or
subscriber no. 23 (X+13). The station is also equipped with a canc el butt on (X).

The surface mounted stat ion can easily be c onverted to a flush mounted model by using
the c lip-on front plate BF636 and the BBF602 flush backbox.
