Introduction: The ideal solution for small of ces and rapid transition solutions or PoE camera for monitoring etc. The All-SG8310PM is very suitable because of its size and its low power consumption for small of ces. It is fanless and therefore not disturbing. The current PoE is ideal for thin clients, so that only needs to run a cable to the workplace. He has also through its SFP ports via a Gigabit  ber connectivity to other switches can be coupled. Rare in this size is the management of the switch.

IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet & at (PoE)
The ALL-SG8310PM supports 4 ports Ports PoE IEEE 802.3at standard with up to 30 watts of power per port for the connected PoE devices or 8 ports full power to IEEE802.3af with up to 15.4W. The maximum PoE budget of 150W. Here, the ALL-SG8310PM uses the existing LAN cabling for the power supply. This facilitates installation of PoE devices such as wireless Access Points, IP cameras, VoIP phones and more because no account of power outlets must be taken in the placement. The PoE ON / OFF function allows the administrator to reset the comfortable devices remotely, by switching off the PoE power supply for each individual port.
High-Speed Networking / Jumbo Frames support
The ALL-SG8310PM provides an excellent solution for expanding your Gigabit network. With Gigabit speed, this product offers a high  exibility and high bandwidth for connectivity to servers, workstations and other attached devices. Moreover, it also supports 9.6K jumbo frames to improve network utilization, which greatly improved the transmission of large  les.
Extensive administrative / management functions
Modern applications for video surveillance with IP cameras and VoIP are increasingly replacing traditional analogue technologies. This increases the demands on the network infrastructure. The ALLNET ALL-SG8310PM is equipped with many administrative and security features for all modern communication scenarios. IGMP snooping, VLAN Tagged, Qualitiy of Service, Port Trunking, Flow Control, Storm Control, Link Aggregation, IEEE 802.1X authentication, SNMP v1 / v2c and Spanning Tree is just a small excerpt from the extensive portfolio of functions of ALL-SG8310PM.
Advanced Security
The switch supports advanced security features. For switch management, there are secured HTTPS and SSH, the login password, con guration packets are secured. The port binding allows to bind speci c MAC address to the port, only the MAC has the privilege to access the network. The 802.1X port based Access Control, every user should be authorized  rst when they want to access the network. AAA is the short of the Authentication, Authorization and Accounting with RADIUS, TACAS+ server. Layer 2+ Access Control List allows user to de ne the access privilege based on IP, MAC, Port number, and etc.
