Remove 5/16-18 keps nuts (044031) and 5/16 washers
Torque 1/4-20 nylock nut to 9.67 ft/lbs.
Reference picture for location of bolt and nut.
Use care not to over tighten nuts as this will damage the fender.

PROCESS DESCRIPTION

Insure nut has the proper torque (9.67 ft/lbs).
Attach wheels and tires to axle on unit using five

At a minimum one thread length should be showing past the end of the nut.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Failure to follow electrical code when attaching terminals may result in property damage, serious injury, or death.
Place 2" HDPE washer (101813) onto the light bar
3/4" stud.
Place light fixture onto the light bar 3/4" stud over the
HDPE washer.
Place 3/4" steel washer (047035) onto the stud and
then the 3/4-10 nylock nut (044058).
Tighten 3/4-10 nut until lamp fixture holds its position.
Lamp fixture should hold the desired position after rotated.
Loosen one of the screws on the lamp
Keep components for re-attachment.

Open door to access the control box. Pull wire into unit.

Do not attach terminals (022344) until cord is run through cord grip.
Take tower wire and insert through cord grip in control box.

Take the two eye terminals and install on to the
grounding stud. Install hex nut to grounding stud.
Split each green wire with each of the colored wires
Looking from left to right (inside control box) are 1 2 3 4
Insert wire into open hole and close lever to secure
transformer wires. Black goes to #1, Red w/ Black Stripe
goes to #2, Red goes to #3, Blue goes to #4.
Check that cord has enough slack for full rotation of tower and enough slack to reach all electrical connections.
Place engine keys back with engine.
Make sure trailer is clear of any tools, hardware, etc.
Follow engine manufacturers operating procedures.
Reference operators manual for operating instructions.
Connect battery cables.
Red to positive(+) and black to negative(-).
