1746-to-5069 I/O Conversion System
(Cat 1492-CM1746-M12)
WARNING: To prevent electrical shock, disconnect from power source before
installing or servicing. Follow NFPA 70E requirements. Install in suitable
enclosure. Keep free from contaminants. Installation, adjustments, putting into
(EN) (RU)
service, use, assembly, disassembly, and maintenance shall be carried out by
suitably trained personnel in accordance with applicable code of practice. In case
of malfunction or damage, no attempts at repair should be made. The product
should be returned to the manufacturer for repair. Do not dismantle the product.

Выполняйте установку в подходящем шкафу. Не допускайте попадания загрязняющих
веществ. Установка, наладка, ввод в эксплуатацию, использование, сборка, разборка
и техническое обслуживание должны выполняться обученным персоналом в
соответствии с применяемыми нормами и правилами. В случае неисправности или
повреждения не пытайтесь выполнить ремонт самостоятельно. Для ремонта устройство
необходимо отправить производителю. Не разбирайте устройство.
1. Description: (EN)
This conversion module may be used to connect
signals from 1746 modules to 5069 modules. The
conversion module directly accepts the 1746 eld
wired terminal block. One end of the 1492
conversion module is an 18 point removable
terminal block which connects directly to the 5069
modules. The other end is a female connector to
which the 1746 eld wired terminal block is
connected directly.

Данный переходной модуль используется для
подключения сигналов управления отмодулей серии
1746 кмодулям серии 5069. Переходной модуль
подходит для непосредственной установкиклеммных
колодок 1746, подключенных кполевым устройствам.
С одной стороны переходного модуля 1492
расположена съемная 18-контактная клеммная
колодка, предназначенная для непосредственного
подключения кмодулям 5069. С другой стороны,
находится гнездо для непосредственной установки
клеммной колодки 1746, подключенной кполевым
устройствам.
Please note the following: (EN)
- COM signals ar
e not needed for the 5069 system, so
they are not connected.
- A 5069-FPD is required when dierent voltages are
used.
Before installation make sure that:
- The PLC system is turned o.
- The conversion module is matched correctly to the
specic I/O modules.
- There are no uninsulated wires that could cause
danger for user or installer.
- COM signals are not provided to 5069 and
need to be routed manually to PLC controller
or FPD field potential distributor.

- COM не нужны для системы 5069, поэтому они не
подключаются.
- Приналичии другого напряжения следует
применять модуль 5069-FPD
Перед установкой убедитесь в следующем:
- Контроллер отключен.
- Переходной модуль подходит к существующим
модулям ввода/вывода.
- Отсутствуют неизолированные провода, которые
могут представлять опасность для пользователя или
монтажника.
- СОМ-сигналы не поступают на 5069 и должны
быть направлены вручную на контроллер ПЛК
или распределитель потенциала поля FPD.
