AXESB-2C INSTALLATION GUIDE:
MAIN BODY INSTALLATION:
STEP 1:
Remove the Left or Right Side
Table from the ALXE cart.
(for the purpose of this guide the
AXESB-2C will be installed on
right side of the cart.)
The side table is supported by 4
Philips screws (10-32) accessible
from the bottom side.
STEP 2:
Install 4 new 10-32 x 1/2” socket
head screws as well as the
11/16ӯ grommet provided.
(see picture 1)
STEP 3:
Remove the AXESB-2C burner
knobs.
Remove AXESB-2C front panel
by loosening the 2 Philips screws
on the inside top and 2 hex-head
bolts at the bottom.
(see picture 2)
STEP 4:
Install the AXESB-2C side burner
body on the cart by hooking and
latching the body of the burner
onto the cart’s screws installed in
STEP 2. (see picture 3)

STEP 5:
Fasten the screws that the
AXESB-2C has been latched on
with the 5/32” Allen Wrench
provided.
Screws are accessible on the
back at locations A and B
(picture 3) , and locations C and
D on the front. (picture 4)
STEP 6:
Reinstall the AXESB-2C Front
Panel and knobs to complete
the mounting of the body onto
the ALXE Cart by reattaching
the 2 upper screws and 2 lower
bolts shown on step 3.
PIPING CONNECTIONS:
STEP 7:
Prepare the ALXE BBQ gas
connection by removing the
existing 1/2” NPT elbow and
1/2” NPT x 3/8” ODF reducing
nipple (on LP system only) from
the BBQ’s manifold pressure
regulator. (see picture 5).

STEP 8:
Install the new piping assembly
on the ALXE BBQ side
consisting of :
(1) 1/2” NPT Close Nipple
(1) 1/2” NPT Tee
(1) 1/2” NPT x 3/8” OD
Compression Fitting
3/8” Ø x 42” Flex hose.
For LP systems only, reinstall
the existing:
1/2” NPT x 3/8” ODF
Reducer
That was removed on STEP 7.
(see picture 6)
STEP 9:
Route the 3/8” Ø x 42”
Flex Hose over the ALXE BBQ’s
Rotisserie Motor Housing and
insert through the 11/16”
grommet installed in STEP 2.
(see picture 7)
STEP 10:
Connect the 3/8” Flex Hose to
the 1/2” NPT x 3/8” OD
Compression Fitting already
installed in the AXESB-2C side
burner unit.
(see picture 8)
FINISHING:
Pressure test all fittings with
soapy water to ensure that no
LP or NG gas leaks are present.
Finish by closing off and reinstalling all panels on the back
sides of the AXESB-2C and the
ALXE BBQ unit.
Your AXESB-2C is ready for
use.
