The Aleco® Clear-Valu® ImpacDor

®

is the strip

door alternative. Two crystal clear flexible PVC panels for

walk-in coolers and freezers with a center overlap create

an energy tight seal.

The Aleco Clear-Valu® ImpacDor®
is easy to install and easy to

use. The swinging doors open
with minimum force and close
automatically in seconds. The
closing speed is fully adjustable
and the polished stainless steel
Clear-Valu hinges are guaranteed
not to rust or corrode. Crystal
clear panels are available in both
cooler and freezer formulation in
.080” and .120” thickness. Panels
are packaged flat, not rolled,
to insure straight hanging for a
tight seal. In addition, Clear-Valu®
doors can be field adjusted
and modified for a perfect fit.
The complete Clear-Valu® door
includes mounting hardware.

The Aleco® Optima ImpacDor

®

is an exclusive

one-piece flexible PVC panel door designed for light to

medium traffic. The flexible ImpacDor

is ideal for pallet jack,

pushcart, pedestrian and light to medium forklift use.

Engineered for a variety of traffic

The Optima ImpacDor® is designed for
light to medium commercial, industrial and
food processing applications where built-in
durability is required. Tough, single-ply,
wear resistant PVC panels, available in two
thicknesses (1/4” and 5/32”), absorb the
initial impact of loads. Patent pending one­piece PVC panels are easy to clean, maintain
and can be inexpensively replaced when
required/needed. The Optima door should be
mounted in the center of the opening on a
jamb no wider than 6” for proper operation
of the gravity hinge system. For applications
outside these parameters please contact your
Aleco representative for possible solutions.

• Attractive yet tough textured finish

• Available in two thicknesses: Standard: .250 (1/4”)

and Economy: .160 (5/32”)

• The 15” x 18” clear PVC window (of the same

thickness above) is radio frequency (RF) welded
to the primary panels

corrosion resistant steel
hinge and mounting
arm. This heavy-duty, top
mounted gravity hinge
allows for full 180˚ swing
capability while bronze
bushings make operation
smooth and easy. Solid
plate mounting arms
offer greater strength
and durability than
traditional bar designs.

Functional designs A totally clear 15” x 18”

window is conveniently located 48” from the bottom
of the door panel, and is radio frequency (RF) welded
in place which creates our innovative Optima design.
Bi-parting models overlap in the center up to 2” (1”
on 8’ wide models.

The Aleco® ImpacDor® FS-250 is a lightweight,

durable and economical 1/4” (6mm) ABS door with

reinforced spine that provides exceptional strength

and longevity.

The Aleco ImpacDor® FS-250 is
a double-acting door designed
for food service, restaurant,
retail and light handcart
and pallet applications
where an attractive, durable
and affordable traffic door
is needed. The solid ABS
door-body is impenetrable
to moisture, food stains and
common chemicals. Drips, spills
and smears simply wipe off,
leaving a clean surface.

Unique design eliminates
chipping and peeling

The Aleco ImpacDor® FS-250 is a
one-piece solid-core door without gasketing. The flexibility of the
door allows it to function well even in high cart and personnel
traffic areas. The facing will not chip, peel or corrode, even with
repeated impact by carts, hand truck and pallets. The color of
the door is consistent throughout the material for an attractive
long-lasting appearance.

With the EZ hinge system, the
FS-250 operates smoothly and
