Assembly Instructions
We recommend installation of this fixture be done by a licensed electrician. Turn off power at the main fuse or
circuit breaker box.

1. Remove the parts care from the box before discarding
the carton.
2. Attach the cross bar to the outlet box with ground screw
facing down.
Canopy

3. Thread long screw into the bar beyond the canopy of the
fixture.
4. Remove 3 knobs attached to the sides of the canopy.
5. Using hex nut on the top of nipple, install “lamp”to the top
“canopy”. One washer goes to inside the canopy and
second washer goes to outside the canopy.
6. If applicable, Fasten ground wire to green screw. Fasten
lead wire with ridges to the white wire. Use wire nut to
fasten it. Fasten smooth lead wire to the black wire in the
box & use wire nut to fasten it.
7. Using ball nut, fasten the fixture (with lamp installed) to
the outlet box.
8. Install the bulbs.
9. Height of the mouth blown bell glass may vary slightly;
if needed adjust the L shape part where glass rest by
unscrewing 2 screws behind canopy. Usually this step
is not necessary.
Bell Glass
10.Install the glass ; screw in 3 knobs to secure the glass.
11.Restore circuit breaker.
