Step 1

Assemble your unit on a carpeted ﬂ oor or on the empty

carton to avoid scratching your unit or the ﬂ oor.

To begin assembly, push a TWIST-LOCK® FASTENER (7F)

into the large holes in the ENDS (A and B). Repeat this step for the INNER ENDS (C and D), LEFT UPRIGHT (P), MODESTY PANEL (Q), HUTCH ENDS (S and T), HUTCH UPRIGHT (U), HUTCH SHELVES (V and W), EXTENSION BLOCK (BB), BOTTOM (TT), and SPACER (LLL).

Do not tighten the TWIST-LOCK® FASTENERS in this step.

Step 2

Push eight HIDDEN CAMS (1F) into the DRAWER BRACE (HH),

DESK MOLDING (JJ), and HUTCH MOLDINGS (KK and SS). Then, insert the metal end of a CAM DOWEL (2F) into each HIDDEN CAM.

Do not tighten the HIDDEN CAMS in this step.

Just think. The sooner you do this, the sooner you do something else.

Tap two MOLDING CONNECTORS (17F) into the notches

in the TOP MOLDINGS (G, H, and I).

Use your hammer to tap the MOLDING CONNECTORS (17F) into the notches in the TOP MOLDINGS.

Fasten the TOP MOLDINGS (G, H, and I) to the HUTCH

TOP (F). Use nine BLACK 1-1/4" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (7S).

NOTE: Do not overtighten the SCREWS into the TOP.

How to use the TWIST-LOCK® FASTENER

1. Insert the dowel end of the FASTENER into the hole of the adjoining part.

NOTE: The dowel end of the FASTENER must remain fully inserted in the hole of the adjoining part while locking the FASTENER.

2. Tighten the FASTENER with a Phillips screwdriver as tight as possible.

Push the PINNED UPRIGHTS (X and Y) onto the METAL

PINS in the HUTCH TOP (F).

HUTCH MOLDINGS (KK and SS). Use six BLACK 1-1/4" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (7S).

NOTE: There are no pre-drilled holes in the HUTCH

COLUMN MOLDINGS. The SCREWS will tighten into the grooves. Do not overtighten the SCREWS.

Fasten the DESK TOP (E) to the HUTCH ENDS (S and T)

NOTE: You should start each SCREW a few turns before

completely tightening any of them.

Separate the EXTENSION SLIDES (VV) from the EXTENSION

RAILS (UU) as shown in the upper diagram below. Be prepared, the parts are greasy.

Fasten the EXTENSION RAILS (UU) to the INNER RIGHT END (C)

and SMALL UPRIGHT (FF). Use four GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (3S).

NOTE: For each EXTENSION RAIL, turn a SCREW into the hole

shown in the enlarged diagram. Then, slide the inner cartridge of the EXTENSION RAIL in to ﬁ nd the other hole that lines up with the hole in the END and UPRIGHT. Turn a SCREW into this hole.

NOTE: The EXTENSION SLIDES will be used later for the FILE DRAWER.

NOTE: You may need someone's help in this step.

Carefully turn your unit over onto its front edges. Unfold the HUTCH

BACK (R) and lay it over your unit. Make equal margins along all four edges of the HUTCH BACK (R). Push

on opposite corners of your unit if needed to make it "square". Fasten the HUTCH BACK (R) to your unit using NAILS (1N).

NOTE: Be sure to tap NAILS into the holes that line up over the

UPRIGHTS and SHELVES. Repeat this step to fasten the BACKS (MM and NN).

NOTE: Be sure to tap NAILS into the holes that line up over the INNER

END, UPRIGHT, and EXTENSION BLOCK in the BACK (MM). NOTE: Perforated cut-out lines and holes have been provided for access

through the BACKS. Carefully cut out the holes needed and the rectangle in the BACK (MM) for proper ventilation of your CPU.

These holes must line up over the INNER END, UPRIGHT, and EXTENSION BLOCK.

Fasten the HINGES (40H) to the DOOR (PP). Use four

BLACK 1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (11S).

Carefully stand your unit upright.

Before fastening the DOOR to your unit, be sure the

mounting screw is against the stops as shown in the right diagram. If it isn't, loosen the mounting screw to slide it against the stops. Then tighten the mounting screw.

Fasten the DOOR (PP) to the SMALL UPRIGHT (FF)

as shown in the lower diagram. Use the screws in the HINGES. You should start each SCREW a few turns before completely tightening any of them.

Fasten a KNOB (33K) to the DOOR (PP). Use a BLACK

1-1/8" MACHINE SCREW (21S).

See the next step for DOOR adjustments.

Pro Tip: Lift with your legs. And, you know, your arms.

DOOR ADJUSTMENTS:

To adjust the DOORS from side to side (horizontal), turn the adjusting screw in or out.

To adjust the DOORS up and down (vertical), loosen both

vertical adjustment screws. Move the DOORS up or down to the desired location. Tighten the screws after making adjustments.

To adjust the DOORS in or out (depth), loosen the mounting

screw one turn and move the DOORS in or out, as needed. Tighten the mounting screw after making adjustments.

into the slot at each end of the FILE DRAWER FRONT (RR).

The tabs should insert freely into the slots. Gently tilt the DRAWER SIDES side to side until the tabs slip into the slots.

Push four RUBBER SLEEVES (2R) over four METAL PINS (1R). Insert the METAL PINS into the hole locations of your

choice in the UPRIGHTS (P and FF). Set the ADJUSTABLE SHELF (GG) onto the METAL PINS. To insert the ﬁ le drawer into your unit, line up the EXTENSION SLIDES on the ﬁ le drawer with the EXTENSION RAILS on

the unit and push the ﬁ le drawer into the unit until the ﬁ le drawer is fully inserted. The ﬁ le drawer will push in hard until it is all the way in, then it will slide in and out easier.

To insert the other drawers into your unit, tip the front of the drawers down and drop the rollers on the drawers behind

the rollers on the unit. Lift the front of the drawers up and slide them into the unit. Repeat this step to insert the KEYBOARD SHELF (O).

Center a SCREW COVER (21P) over the head of each

To make adjustments to the drawers, loosen SCREW #4 in the SLIDES a 1/4 turn, then turn the CAM clockwise or

counter-clockwise. Notice how the drawer raises or lowers as you turn the CAM. The higher the screw in the oblong hole, the higher your drawer front will be. The lower the screw, the lower the drawer front. By adjusting the drawers this way, it will help the DRAWER FRONTS line up better when closed. Tighten the SCREW when ﬁ nished with adjustments.

Ne pas serrer les FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK® à cette étape. Assembler l'élément sur un sol à moquette ou sur le carton vide

pour éviter d'endommager l'élément ou le sol. Pour commencer l'assemblage, enfoncer une FIXATION TWIST-

LOCK® (7F) dans les gros trous des EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Répéter cette étape pour les EXTRÉMITÉS INTERNES (C et D), le MONTANT GAUCHE (P), le VOILE DE FOND (Q), les EXTRÉMITÉS DE SURMEUBLE (S et T), le MONTANT DE SURMEUBLE (U), les TABLETTES DE SURMEUBLE (V et W), le BLOC D'EXTENSION (BB), le DESSOUS (TT) et l'ESPACEUR (LLL).

ÉTAPE 2

Ne pas serrer les EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES dans cette étape. Enfoncer huit EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES (1F) dans

l’ENTRETOISE DE TIROIR (HH), la MOULURE DE BUREAU (JJ) et les MOULURES DE SURMEUBLE (KK et SS). Ensuite, insérer l'extrémité en métal de la CHEVILLE D'EXCENTRIQUE (2F) dans chaque EXCENTRIQUE ESCAMOTABLE.

ÉTAPE 3

Enfoncer deux CONNECTEURS DE MOULURE (17F) dans les crans des MOULURES DE DESSUS (G, H et I).

ÉTAPE 4

Fixer les MOULURES DE DESSUS (G, H et I) au DESSUS DE SURMEUBLE (F). Utiliser neuf VIS TÊTE PLATE 32 mm NOIRES (7S).

REMARQUE : Ne pas trop serrer les VIS dans le DESSUS.

ÉTAPE 7

Fixer les TABLETTES DE SURMEUBLE (V et W) au MONTANT DE SURMEUBLE (U). Serrer quatre FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK®.

REMARQUE : S'assurer de bien insérer les GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL situées sur les MONTANTS À GOUPILLE (X et Y) dans les trous dans les TABLETTES DE SURMEUBLE (V et W).

ÉTAPE 8

Fixer les EXTRÉMITÉS DE SURMEUBLE (S et T) aux MOULURES DE DESSUS (G et H). Serrer quatre FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK®.

Fixer les EXTRÉMITÉS DE SURMEUBLE (S et T) aux TABLETTES DE SURMEUBLE (V et W). Serrer quatre FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK®.

ÉTAPE 9

Fixer les MOULURES DE SURMEUBLE (KK et SS) aux EXTRÉMITÉS DE SURMEUBLE (S et T). Serrer quatre EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.

Attention: Risque des dégâts ou blessures. Les Excentriques Escamotables doivent être serrés à bloc. Les Excentriques Escamotables que ne sont pas serrées à bloc peuvent desserrer et les pièces peuvent séparer. Pour serrer à bloc, faire tourner l'excentrique escamotable de 210 degrés.

ÉTAPE 10

Fixer quatre DEMI-DISQUES (OO) sur les MOULURES DE COLONNE DE SURMEUBLE (AA) comme l’indique le schéma. Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 25 mm MARRON (12S).

Fixer trois DEMI-DISQUES (OO) sur les PLINTHES INFÉRIEURES (L et DD) comme l’indique le schéma. Utiliser trois VIS TÊTE PLATE 25 mm MARRON (12S).

ÉTAPE 5

Fixer le MONTANT DE SURMEUBLE (U) au DESSUS DE SURMEUBLE (F). Serrer deux FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK®.

Utilisation de la FIXATION TWIST-LOCK®: 1. Insérer l'extrémité ﬁ pièce attenante.

REMARQUE : L'extrémité ﬁ letée de la FIXATION doit rester complètement insérée dans le trou de la pièce attenante lorsque l'on bloque la FIXATION.

2. Bien serrer la FIXATION à l'aide d'un tournevis Phillips.

Fixer deux PLINTHES (CC) aux MOULURES DE SURMEUBLE (KK et SS). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 32 mm NOIRES (7S).

ÉTAPE 12

Fixer les MOULURES DE COLONNE DE SURMEUBLE (AA) aux MOULURES DE SURMEUBLE (KK et SS). Utiliser six VIS TÊTE PLATE 32 mm NOIRES (7S).

REMARQUE : Les MOULURES DE COLONNE DE SURMEUBLE ne comportent pas de trous pré-percés. Serrer les VIS dans la rainure. Ne pas trop serrer les VIS.

REMARQUE : L'assistance d'autrui peut être nécessaire à cette étape. Avec précaution, retourner l'élément sur ses chants arrière. Fixer le DESSUS DE BUREAU (E) aux EXTRÉMITÉS DE

SURMEUBLE (S et T) et au MONTANT DE SURMEUBLE (U). Utiliser six VIS TÊTE PLATE 49 mm NOIRES (113S).

Fixer dix CONSOLES À ÉQUERRE (5G) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Utiliser dix VIS TÊTE LARGE 14 mm NOIRES (1S).

REMARQUE : S'assurer que les chants des CONSOLES À ÉQUERRE sont à ﬂ eur des chants des EXTRÉMITÉS.

Fixer deux MOULURES DE COLONNE (K) aux deux PLINTHES (CC) aux EXTRÉMITÉS (A et B). Utiliser dix VIS TÊTE LARGE 14 mm NOIRES (1S) à travers les CONSOLES et dans les MOULURES DE COLONNE et PLINTHES.

REMARQUE : S’assurer d’utiliser le jeu inférieur de trous dans les PLINTHES comme il l’est indiqué.

ÉTAPE 14

Séparer les COULISSES D'EXTENSION (VV) des GLISSIÈRES D'EXTENSION (UU) comme l'indique le schéma du haut. Faire attention car les pièces sont graissées.

Fixer les GLISSIÈRES D'EXTENSION (UU) à l’EXTRÉMITÉ DROITE INTERNE (C) et au PETIT MONTANT (FF). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 8 mm DORÉES (3S).

REMARQUE : Pour chaque GLISSIÈRE D'EXTENSION, faire tourner une VIS dans le trou indiqué dans le schéma agrandi. Ensuite, enﬁ ler la cartouche interne de la GLISSIÈRE D'EXTENSION vers l'intérieur pour trouver l'autre trou qui est aligné sur le trou dans l’EXTRÉMITÉ et le MONTANT. Faire tourner une VIS dans ce trou.

REMARQUE : Les COULISSES D'EXTENSION seront utilisées ultérieurement pour le TIROIR POUR DOSSIERS.

ÉTAPE 15

Fixer les ÉLÉMENTS DROITES (40CA) et les ÉLÉMENTS GAUCHES (40CB) à lEXTRÉMITÉ DROITE INTERNE (C), au BLOC D'EXTENSION (BB) et au PETIT MONTANT (FF). Utiliser huit VIS TÊTE PLATE 8 mm DORÉES (3S) à travers les trous nº 1 et nº 3.

ÉTAPE 16

Fixer l'ÉLÉMENT DROITE DE CLAVIER (40AW) au MONTANT GAUCHE (P) et l'ÉLÉMENT GAUCHE DE CLAVIER (40AX) à l’EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE INTERNE (D). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 8 mm DORÉES (3S).

REMARQUE : S’assurer de positionner l’EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE INTERNE sur le MONTANT GAUCHE exactement comme il l’est indiqué.

ÉTAPE 18

Fixer la MOULURE DE BUREAU (JJ) à la MOULURE GAUCHE (P). Serrer deux EXCENTRIQUES ESCAMOTABLES.

Fixer une PLINTHE (CC) à la MOULURE DE BUREAU (JJ). Utiliser deux VIS TÊTE PLATE 32 mm NOIRES (7S).

Fixer l'autre MOULURE DE COLONNE (K) à la MOULURE DE DE BUREAU (JJ). Utiliser trois VIS TÊTE PLATE 32 mm NOIRES (7S).

REMARQUE : Les VIS doivent se serrer dans la rainure de la MOULURE DE COLONNE.

REMARQUE : Ne pas trop serrer les vis.

ÉTAPE 19

Fixer deux PETITES CONSOLES EN MÉTAL (17G) à l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B). Utiliser deux VIS TÊTE LARGE 14 mm NOIRES (1S).

REMARQUE : S'assurer que les chants des PETITES CONSOLES EN MÉTAL sont à ﬂ eur du chant de l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE.

Fixer la PLINTHE GAUCHE INFÉRIEURE (DD) à l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B). Utiliser deux VIS TÊTE LARGE 14 mm NOIRES (1S) à travers les PETITES CONSOLES EN MÉTAL et dans la PLINTHE GAUCHE INFÉRIEURE.

Fixer l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE (B) au DESSUS DE BUREAU (E). Serrer deux FIXATIONS TWIST-LOCK®.

Attention: Ne pas relever l'élément dans sa position verticale avant d'avoir ﬁ xé l’ARRIÈRE. L'élément risque de s'e ondrer.

REMARQUE : L'assistance d'autrui peut être nécessaire à cette étape. Avec précaution, retourner l'élément sur ses chants avant. Déplier

l'ARRIÈRE DE SURMEUBLE (R) et le placer sur l'élément. La marge tout autour des quatre chants de l'ARRIÈRE DE

SURMEUBLE (R) devrait être régulière. Si besoin est, enfoncer sur les coins opposés de l'élément pour s'assurer d'être « d'équerre ».

Fixer l'ARRIÈRE DE SURMEUBLE (R) à l'élément à l'aide des CLOUS (1N). REMARQUE : S'assurer de bien enfoncer les CLOUS dans les

trous qui sont alignés sur les MONTANTS et TABLETTES. Répéter cette étape pour ﬁ xer les ARRIÈRES (MM et NN). REMARQUE : S'assurer de bien enfoncer les CLOUS dans les

trous qui sont alignés sur l'EXTRÉMITÉ INTERNE, le MONTANT et le BLOC D'EXTENSION dans l'ARRIÈRE (MM).

REMARQUE : Des lignes et trous de découpe perforées ont été prévues pour accéder facilement aux ARRIÈRES. Découper, avec précaution, les trous nécessaires et le rectangle dans l'ARRIÈRE (MM) pour la ventilation appropriée du CPU.

Fixer les CHARNIÈRES (40H) à la PORTE (PP). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 13 mm NOIRES (11S).

Fixer le TIROIR DROIT DE TABLETTE DE CLAVIER (40AY) et le TIROIR GAUCHE DE TABLETTE DE CLAVIER (40AZ) à la TABLETTE DE CLAVIER (O). Utiliser quatre PETITES VIS TÊTE PLATE 25 mm MARRON (18S).

Fixer deux BOUTONS (33K) au DEVANT DE TABLETTE DE CLAVIER (EE). Utiliser deux VIS À MÉTAUX 25 mm DORÉES (50S).

ÉTAPE 35

Relever, avec précaution, l'élément dans sa position verticale. Avant de ﬁ xer la PORTE à l’unité, s’assurer que la vis de montage

se trouve contre les butées comme l’indique le schéma de droite. Si ce n’est pas le cas, desserrer la vis de montage pour la faire glisser contre les butées. Serrer ensuite la vis de montage.

Fixer la PORTE (PP) au PETIT MONTANT (FF) comme l'indique le schéma inférieur. Utiliser les vis fournies avec les CHARNIÈRES. Il est préférable de donner quelques tours de tournevis à chaque VIS avant de les serrer toutes à bloc.

Fixer un BOUTON (33K) à la PORTE (PP). Utiliser une VIS À MÉTAUX 28 mm NOIRE (21S).

Voir l'étape suivante pour réglages des PORTES.

ÉTAPE 36

Consulter le schéma agrandi pour identiﬁ er les pièces des CHARNIÈRES. Il faut peut-être ajuster les PORTES. Suivre les indications ci-dessous pour ajuster. RÉGLAGES DES PORTES :

Pour ajuster les PORTES latéralement (horizontalement), tourner la vis de réglage vers l'intérieur ou vers l'extérieur.

Pour ajuster les PORTES de haut en bas (verticalement), desserrer les deux vis de réglage. Déplacer les PORTES verticalement à l'emplacement désiré. Serrer les vis après avoir ajusté.

Pour ajuster les PORTES vers l'intérieur où vers l'extérieur (profondeur), desserrer la vis de montage un tour et déplacer les PORTES vers l'intérieur ou vers l'extérieur. Serrer la vis de montage après avoir ajusté.

Insérer une EXCENTRIQUE DE COULISSE (10A) dans les CÔTÉS DE TIROIR POUR DOSSIERS (D14 et D15).

Fixer les COULISSES D’EXTENSION (VV) aux CÔTÉS DE TIROIR POUR DOSSIERS (D14 et D15). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 8 mm DORÉES (3S) à travers les trous nº 2 et nº 4.

REMARQUE : La tête de vis dans l'EXCENTRIQUE doit être visible à travers le trou fendu dans la COULISSE.

ÉTAPE 42

Insérer une EXCENTRIQUE DE COULISSE (10A) dans les CÔTÉS DE TIROIR (D10 et D11).

Fixer le TIROIR DROIT (40CC) et le TIROIR GAUCHE (40CD) aux CÔTÉS DE TIROIR (D10 et D11). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 8 mm DORÉES (3S) à travers les trous nº 1 et nº 4.

REMARQUE : La tête de vis dans l'EXCENTRIQUE doit être visible à travers le trou fendu dans la COULISSE.

ÉTAPE 43

Fixer l'un des DEVANTS DE CAISSON DE TIROIR À CRAYONS (D507) aux CÔTÉS DE TIROIR À CRAYONS (D113). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 40 mm NOIRES (30S).

Enﬁ ler le FOND DE TIROIR À CRAYONS (B38) dans les rainures des CÔTÉS DE TIROIR À CRAYONS et de DEVANT DE CAISSON DE TIROIR À CRAYONS.

Fixer l'autre DEVANT DE CAISSON DE TIROIR À CRAYONS (D507) aux CÔTÉS DE TIROIR À CRAYONS (D113). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 40 mm NOIRES (30S).

REMARQUE : S'assurer que le FOND DE TIROIR À CRAYONS (B38) s'encastre dans la rainure du DEVANT DE CAISSON DE TIROIR À CRAYONS.

Fixer le DEVANT DE TIROIR À CRAYONS (LL) aux DEVANTS DE CAISSON DE TIROIR À CRAYONS (D507). Utiliser deux VIS TÊTE LARGE 22 mm NOIRES (17S).

Fixer le TIROIR DROIT (40CC) et le TIROIR GAUCHE (40CD) aux CÔTÉS DE TIROIR À CRAYONS (D113). Utiliser quatre VIS TÊTE PLATE 8 mm DORÉES (3S) à travers les trous nº 2 et nº 4.

Fixer un BOUTON (33K) sur le DEVANT DE TIROIR À CRAYONS (LL). Utiliser une VIS À MÉTAUX 38 mm ARGENTÉE (95S) à travers le DEVANT DE CAISSON DE TIROIR À CRAYONS, à travers le DEVANT DE TIROIR À CRAYONS et dans le BOUTON.

ÉTAPE 46

Fixer un BOUTON (33K) du DEVANT DE TIROIR POUR DOSSIERS

(RR). Utiliser une VIS À MÉTAUX 13 mm ARGENTÉE (38S). Enfoncer une ARMATURE POUR DOSSIERS (4B) sur le CÔTÉ DROIT

DE TIROIR POUR DOSSIERS (D14). Enﬁ ler les GUIDES POUR DOSSIERS (7B) dans l'ARMATURE POUR

DOSSIERS (4B) située sur le CÔTÉ DROIT DE TIROIR POUR DOSSIERS. Enﬁ ler une autre ARMATURE POUR DOSSIERS (4B) sur l'autre

extrémité des GUIDES POUR DOSSIERS (7B) et appuyer cette ARMATURE POUR DOSSIERS sur le CÔTÉ GAUCHE DE TIROIR POUR DOSSIERS (D15).

ÉTAPE 47

Enfoncer quatre MANCHONS EN CAOUTCHOUC (2R) sur les quatre GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL (1R). Insérer les GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL dans les trous choisis dans les MONTANTS (P et FF). Poser la TABLETTE RÉGLABLE (GG) sur les GOUPILLES EN MÉTAL.

Pour insérer le tiroir pour dossiers dans l'élément, aligner les COULISSES D'EXTENSION du tiroir sur les GLISSIÈRES D'EXTENSION de l'élément et enfoncer le tiroir dans l'élément jusqu'à ce que le tiroir soit complètement inséré. Le tiroir pour dossiers o rira une certaine résistance jusqu'à ce qu'il soit complètement inséré dans l'élément, il glissera ensuite sans di culté.

Pour insérer les autres tiroirs dans l'élément, abaisser les devants des tiroirs et faire passer les roulettes situées sur les tiroirs derrière les roulettes situées sur l'élément. Relever les devants du tiroir et les enﬁ ler dans l'élément. Répéter cette étape pour insérer la TABLETTE DE CLAVIER (O).

Centrer un COUVERCLE DE VIS (21P) sur la tête de chaque VIS dans l'EXTRÉMITÉ GAUCHE INTERNE (D) et appuyer fermement.

ÉTAPE 48

Pour ajuster les tiroirs, desserrer la VIS nº 4 dans les COULISSES un quart de tour et tourner ensuite la CAME dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre ou dans le sens contraire. Noter que le tiroir monte ou descend lorsque l'on tourne la CAME. Plus la vis dans le trou oblong est haute, plus le devant de tiroir sera haut. Plus la vis est basse, plus le devant de tiroir sera bas. Ajuster les tiroirs de cette manière permet aux DEVANTS DE TIROIR d'être mieux alignés une fois fermés. Resserrer la VIS après d'avoir ajusté.

Ceci complète l'assemblage. Nettoyer à l’aide d’une encaustique pour meubles ou d’un chi on humide. Essuyer.

PASO 1

No apriete los SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK® en este paso. Ensamble la unidad sobre un piso alfombrado o sobre el cartón

vacío para evitar rayar la unidad o el piso. Para comenzar el ensamblaje, empuje un SUJETADOR TWIST-LOCK®

(7F) dentro de los agujeros grandes de los EXTREMOS (A y B). Repita este paso para los EXTREMOS INTERIORES (C y D), el PARAL IZQUIERDO (P), el VELO DE FONDO (Q), los EXTREMOS DE ORGANIZADOR (S y T), el PARAL DE ORGANIZADOR (U), los ESTANTES DE ORGANIZADOR (V y W), el BLOQUE DE EXTENSIÓN (BB), el FONDO (TT) y el ESPACIADOR (LLL).

PASO 2

No apriete los EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS en este paso. Empuje ocho EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS (1F) en la RIOSTRA

DE CAJÓN (HH), la MOLDURA DE ESCRITORIO (JJ) y las MOLDURAS DE ORGANIZADOR (KK y SS). A continuación, inserte el extremo de metal de un PASADOR DE EXCÉNTRICO (2F) dentro de cada EXCÉNTRICO ESCONDIDO.

PASO 3

Ligeramente clave dos CONECTORES DE MOLDURA (17F) dentro de las muescas de las MOLDURAS DE PANEL SUPERIOR (G, H e I).

PASO 4

Fije las MOLDURAS DE PANEL SUPERIOR (G, H e I) al PANEL SUPERIOR DE ORGANIZADOR (F). Utilice nueve TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 32 mm (7S).

NOTA: No apriete en exceso los TORNILLOS en el PANEL SUPERIOR.

PASO 7

Fije los ESTANTES DE ORGANIZADOR (V y W) al PARAL DE ORGANIZADOR (U). Apriete cuatro SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK®.

NOTA: Asegúrese de que las ESPIGAS DE METAL sujetadas a los PARALES ESPIGADOS (X y Y) se inserten dentro de los agujeros de los ESTANTES DE ORGANIZADOR (V y W).

PASO 8

Fije los EXTREMOS DE ORGANIZADOR (S y T) a las MOLDURAS DE PANEL SUPERIOR (G y H). Apriete cuatro SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK®.

Fije los EXTREMOS DE ORGANIZADOR (S y T) a los ESTANTES DE ORGANIZADOR (V y W). Apriete cuatro SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK®.

PASO 9

Fije las MOLDURAS DE ORGANIZADOR (KK y SS) a los EXTREMOS DE ORGANIZADOR (S y T). Apriete cuatro EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS.

Precaución: Riesgo de daños o heridas. Los Excéntricos Escondidos deben apretarse completamente. Los Excéntricos Escondidos que no se aprieten completamente se aﬂ ojarán y las partes pueden separarse. Para apretar completamente, atornille el excéntrico escondido 210 grados.

PASO 10

Fije cuatro MEDIOS CÍRCULOS (OO) a las MOLDURAS DE COLUMNA DE ORGANIZADOR (AA) como se muestra en el diagrama. Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS MARRONES DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 25 mm (12S).

Fije tres MEDIOS CÍRCULOS (OO) a los PLINTOS INFERIORES (L y DD) como se muestra en el diagrama. Utilice tres TORNILLOS MARRONES DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 25 mm (12S).

PASO 5

Fije el PARAL DE ORGANIZADOR (U) al PANEL SUPERIOR DE ORGANIZADOR (F). Apriete dos SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK®.

Cómo utilizar el SUJETADOR TWIST-LOCK®

1. Inserte el extremo con cabilla del SUJETADOR en el agujero de la parte adjunta.

NOTA: El extremo con cabilla del SUJETADOR debe quedarse completamente insertado en el agujero de la parte adjunta cuando se enclava el SUJETADOR.

2. Apriete el SUJETADOR con un destornillador Phillips lo más ajustado posible

PASO 6

Inserte ocho ESPIGAS DE METAL (1R) dentro del PANEL SUPERIOR DE ORGANIZADOR (F).

Empuje los PARALES ESPIGADOS (X y Y) en las ESPIGAS DE METAL en el PANEL SUPERIOR DE ORGANIZADOR (F).

Inserte ocho ESPIGAS DE METAL (1R) en los PARALES ESPIGADOS (X y Y).

Fije dos PLINTOS (CC) a las MOLDURAS DE ORGANIZADOR (KK y SS). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 32 mm (7S).

PASO 12

Fije las MOLDURAS DE COLUMNA DE ORGANIZADOR a las MOLDURAS DE ORGANIZADOR (KK y SS). Utilice seis TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 32 mm (7S).

NOTA: No hay agujeros perforados en las MOLDURAS DE COLUMNA DE ORGANIZADOR. Los TORNILLOS apretarán dentro de la ranura. No apriete los TORNILLOS en exceso.

PASO 13

Precaución: No coloque la unidad en posición vertical hasta que se ﬁ je el DORSO. La unidad podría caerse.

NOTA: Usted puede necesitar la ayuda de alguien para este paso. Cuidadosamente coloque la unidad para que repose sobre los

bordes posteriores. Fije el PANEL SUPERIOR DE ESCRITORIO (E) a los EXTREMOS DE

ORGANIZADOR (S y T) y al PARAL DE ORGANIZADOR (U). Utilice seis TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 49 mm (113S).

NOTA: Debe apretar cada TORNILLO unas vueltas antes de apretar cualquier tornillo ﬁ rmemente.

PASO 17

Fije diez SOPORTES ANGULARES (5G) a los EXTREMOS (A y B). Utilice diez TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA GRANDE de 14 mm (1S).

NOTA: Asegúrese que los bordes de los SOPORTES ANGULARES estén nivelados con los bordes de los EXTREMOS.

Fije dos MOLDURAS DE COLUMNA (K) y dos PLINTOS (CC) a los EXTREMOS (A y B). Pase diez TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA GRANDE de 14 mm (1S) a través de los SOPORTES y en las MOLDURAS DE COLUMNA y PLINTOS.

NOTA: Asegúrese de utilizar el grupo inferior de agujeros en los PLINTOS como se muestra.

PASO 14

Separe las CORREDERAS DE EXTENSIÓN (VV) de los RIELES DE EXTENSIÓN (UU) como se muestra en el diagrama superior. Prepárese, las piezas son grasientas.

Fije los RIELES DE EXTENSIÓN (UU) al EXTREMO DERECHO INTERIOR (C) y al PARAL PEQUEÑO (FF). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS DORADOS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 8 mm (3S).

NOTA: Para cada RIEL DE EXTENSIÓN, atornille un TORNILLO dentro del agujero indicado en el diagrama ampliado. A continuación deslice el cartucho interno del RIEL DE EXTENSIÓN hacia el interior para encontrar el otro agujero que se alinea con el agujero del EXTREMO y PARAL. Atornille un TORNILLO dentro de este agujero.

NOTA: Las CORREDERAS DE EXTENSIÓN se utilizarán más tarde para el CAJÓN DE ARCHIVERO.

PASO 15

Fije los GABINETES DERECHOS (40CA) y los GABINETES IZQUIERDOS (40CB) al EXTREMO DERECHO INTERIOR (C), al BLOQUE DE EXTENSIÓN (BB) y al PARAL PEQUEÑO (FF). Utilice ocho TORNILLOS DORADOS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 8 mm (3S) a través de los agujeros No. 1 y No. 3.

PASO 16

Fije el GABINETE DERECHO DE TECALDO (40AW) al PARAL IZQUIERDO (P) y el GABINETE IZQUIERDO DE TECLADO (40AX) al EXTREMO IZQUIERDO INTERIOR (D). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS DORADOS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 8 mm (3S).

NOTA: Asegúrese de colocar el EXTREMO IZQUIERDO INTERIOR y PARAL IZQUIERDO exactamente como se muestra.

PASO 18

Fije la MOLDURA DE ESCRITORIO (JJ) al PARAL IZQUIERDO (P). Apriete dos EXCÉNTRICOS ESCONDIDOS.

Fije un PLINTO (CC) a la MOLDURA DE ESCRITORIO (JJ). Utilice dos TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 32 mm (7S).

Fije la otra MOLDURA DE COLUMNA (K) a la MOLDURA DE ESCRITORIO (JJ). Utilice tres TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 32 mm (7S).

NOTA: Los TORNILLOS deben apretarse en la ranura de la MOLDURA DE COLUMNA.

NOTA: No apriete los TORNILLOS en exceso.

PASO 19

Fije dos SOPORTES DE METAL PEQUEÑOS (17G) al EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (B). Utilice dos TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA GRANDE de 14 mm (1S).

NOTA: Asegúrese de que los bordes de los SOPORTES DE METAL PEQUEÑOS estén nivelados con el borde del EXTREMO IZQUIERDO.

Fije un PLINTO INFERIOR IZQUIERDO (DD) al EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (B). Pase dos TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA GRANDE de 14 mm (1S) a través de los SOPORTES DE METAL PEQUEÑOS y en el PLINTO INFERIOR IZQUIERDO.

PASO 20

Fije el EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (B) al PANEL SUPERIOR DE ESCRITORIO (E). Apriete dos SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK®.

NOTA: Para soporte, colocar espuma de empaque y unas revistas debajo del EXTREMO IZQUIERDO.

Fije el ESPACIADOR (LLL) al EXTREMO IZQUIERDO (B). Apriete dos SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK®.

PASO 21

Fije el VELO DE FONDO (Q) al EXTREMO IZQUIERDO INTERIOR (D). Apriete dos SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK®.

Fije el PARAL IZQUIERDO (P) al VELO DE FONDO (Q). Utilice dos TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 49 mm (113S).

Atornille la GRAPA DE CABLE (4P) dentro del PANEL SUPERIOR DE ESCRITORIO (E) como se muestra.

PASO 24

Fije el BLOQUE DE EXTENSIÓN (BB) al PANEL SUPERIOR DE ESCRITORIO (E). Apriete dos SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK®.

Empuje el TOPE DE PUERTA (4I) en el agujero en el BLOQUE DE EXTENSIÓN (BB) come se muestra.

PASO 25

Fije el EXTREMO DERECHO (A) al PANEL SUPERIOR DE ESCRITORIO (E). Apriete dos SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK®.

Inserte dos ESPIGAS DE METAL (1R) dentro del EXTREMO DERECHO INTERIOR (C).

Fije el EXTREMO DERECHO INTERIOR (C) al PANEL SUPERIOR DE ESCRITORIO (E). Apriete dos SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK®.

NOTA: Asegúrese de que las ESPIGAS DE METAL sujetadas al EXTREMO DERECHO INTERIOR se inserte dentro de los agujeros del PANEL SUPERIOR DE ESCRITORIO.

PASO 27

Inserte dos ESPIGAS DE METAL (1R) en la RIOSTRA DE CAJÓN (HH). Fije la RIOSTRA DE CAJÓN (HH) al EXTREMO DERECHO

INTERIOR (C). Apriete un EXCÉNTRICO ESCONDIDO. NOTA: Asegúrese de que la ESPIGA DE METAL sujetada a la

RIOSTRA DE CAJÓN se inserte dentro del agujero del EXTREMO DERECHO INTERIOR.

PASO 28

Fije el PARAL PEQUEÑO (FF) a la RIOSTRA DE CAJÓN (HH). Apriete un EXCÉNTRICO ESCONDIDO.

NOTA: Asegúrese de que la ESPIGA DE METAL sujetada a la RIOSTRA DE CAJÓN se inserte en el agujero del PARAL PEQUEÑO.

Fije el PARAL PEQUEÑO (FF) al FONDO (TT). Utilice dos TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 49 mm (113S).

PASO 29

Fije cinco SOPORTES DE METAL (4G) al SOPORTE DE BASE (II). Utilice cinco TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA GRANDE de 14 mm (1S).

NOTA: Asegúrese de que los SOPORTES estén nivelados con los bordes del SOPORTE DE BASE.

PASO 30

Fije el SOPORTE DE BASE (II) al EXTREMO DERECHO (A), al PARAL IZQUIERDO (P) y al FONDO (TT). Utilice cinco TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA GRANDE de 14 mm (1S) a través de los SOPORTES sujetados al SOPORTE DE BASE y dentro del EXTREMO DERECHO, del PARAL IZQUIERDO y del FONDO.

PASO 31

Fije la MOLDURA DE BASE (J) y la BASE (Z) al SOPORTE DE BASE (II). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS MARRONES DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 25 mm (12S).

NOTA: Asegúrese de posicionar la MOLDURA DE BASE exactamente como se muestra en el diagrama ampliado.

PASO 26

Fije el FONDO (TT) al EXTREMO DERECHO (A) y al PARAL IZQUIERDO (P). Apriete cuatro SUJETADORES TWIST-LOCK®.

NOTA: Para soporte, colocar espuma de empaque y unas revistas debajo del FONDO.

Fije el FONDO (TT) al EXTREMO DERECHO INTERIOR (C). Utilice dos TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 49 mm (113S).

Fije los PLINTOS INFERIORES (L) al SOPORTE DE BASE (II). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 32 mm (7S).

PASO 33

Precaución: No coloque la unidad en posición vertical hasta que se ﬁ je el DORSO. La unidad podría caerse.

NOTA: Usted puede necesitar la ayuda de alguien para este paso. Cuidadosamente voltee la unidad para que repose sobre los bordes delanteros.

Desdoble el DORSO DE ORGANIZADOR (R) y colóquelo sobre la unidad. Los márgenes a lo largo de todos los cuatro bordes del DORSO DE

ORGANIZADOR (R) deben estar uniformes. Empuje sobre las esquinas opuestas de la unidad si es requerido para hacerla "cuadrada."

Fije el DORSO DE ORGANIZADOR (R) a la unidad utilizando los CLAVOS (1N). NOTA: Asegúrese de clavar ligeramente los CLAVOS dentro de

los agujeros que se alinean sobre los PARALES y los ESTANTES. Repita este paso para ﬁ jar los DORSOS (MM y NN). NOTA: Asegúrese de clavar ligeramente los CLAVOS dentro

de los agujeros que se alinean sobre el EXTREMO INTERIOR, el PARAL y el BLOQUE DE EXTENSIÓN del DORSO (MM).

NOTA: Hay líneas y agujeros prerrecortadas provistas para el acceso a través de los DORSOS. Cuidadosamente corte los agujeros necesarios y el rectángulo del DORSO (MM) para la ventilación adecuada de la CPU.

PASO 34

Fije las BISAGRAS (40H) a la PUERTA (PP). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 13 mm (11S).

PASO 35

Cuidadosamente ponga la unidad en posición vertical. Antes de ajustar la PUERTA a su unidad, asegúrese de que el tornillo

de montaje se encuentre contra los topes como se muestra en el diagrama derecho. Si no lo está, aﬂ oje el tornillo de montaje para que se deslice contra los topes. Luego, apriete el tornillo de montaje.

Fije la PUERTA (PP) al PARAL PEQUEÑO (FF) como se muestra en el diagrama inferior. Utilice los tornillos provistos de las BISAGRAS. Debe apretar cada TORNILLO unas vueltas antes de apretar cualquier tornillo ﬁ rmemente.

Fije un POMO (33K) a la PUERTA (PP). Utilice un TORNILLO NEGRO PARA METAL de 28 mm (21S).

Consulte el próximo paso para ajustar la PUERTA.

PASO 36

Consulte el diagrama ampliado para identiﬁ car las piezas de las BISAGRAS. Las PUERTAS pueden requerir de ajustes. Siga el texto abajo para

hacer los ajustes necesarios. AJUSTE DE LA PUERTA:

Para ajustar las PUERTAS de un lado al otro (horizontalmente), y gire el tornillo de ajuste hacia el interior o hacia el exterior.

Para ajustar las PUERTAS hacia arriba o hacia abajo (vertical), aﬂ oje los dos tornillos de ajuste. Mueva las PUERTAS hacia arriba o hacia abajo a la ubicación deseada. Apriete los tornillos después de hacer los ajustes.

Para ajustar las PUERTAS hacia atrás o hacia adelante (profundidad), aﬂ oje el tornillo de montaje una vuelta y mueva las PUERTAS hacia el interior o hacia el exterior según sea necesario. Apriete el tornillo de montaje después de hacer los ajustes.

Fije los LADOS DE ESTANTE DE TECLADO (N) al ESTANTE DE TECLADO (O). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS MARRONES DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 38 mm (14S).

Fije los LADOS DE ESTANTE DE TECLADO (N) al DORSO DE ESTANTE DE TECLADO (M). Utilice dos TORNILLOS MARRONES DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 38 mm (14S).

Fije el DORSO DE ESTANTE DE TECLADO (M) al ESTANTE DE TECLADO (O). Utilice dos TORNILLOS PEQUEÑOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 32 mm (74S).

PASO 38

Fije dos BISAGRAS DE ESTANTE DE TECLADO (12H) a la CARA DE ESTANTE DE TECLADO (EE). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS PLATEADOS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 16 mm (23S).

Fije las BISAGRAS DE ESTANTE DE TECLADO (12H) al ESTANTE DE TECLADO (O). Utilice dos TORNILLOS PLATEADOS DE CABEZA GRANDE de 14 mm (54S).

PASO 39

Fije el CAJÓN DERECHO DE TECLADO (40AY) y el CAJÓN IZQUIERDO DE TECLADO (40AZ) al ESTANTE DE TECLADO (O). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS PEQUEÑOS MARRONES DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 25 mm (18S).

Fije dos POMOS (33K) a la CARA DE ESTANTE DE TECLADO (EE). Utilice dos TORNILLOS DORADOS PARA METAL de 25 mm (50S).

PASO 40

1 Inserte los LADOS DE CAJÓN DEL ARCHIVERO (D14 y D15) en ángulo dentro del encaje en cada extremo de la CARA DE CAJÓN DEL ARCHIVERO (RR).

2 Deslice el FONDO DE CAJÓN DEL ARCHIVERO (D953) dentro de las ranuras de los LADOS DE CAJÓN DEL ARCHIVERO (D14 y D15) y de la CARA DE CAJÓN DEL ARCHIVERO (RR).

3 Fije el DORSO DE CAJÓN DEL ARCHIVERO (D151) a los LADOS DE CAJÓN DEL ARCHIVERO (D14 y D15). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 40 mm (30S).

NOTA: Asegúrese que el FONDO DE CAJÓN DEL ARCHIVERO (D953) ajuste dentro de la ranura del DORSO DE CAJÓN DEL ARCHIVERO (D151).

Fije las CORREDERAS DE EXTENSIÓN (VV) a los LADOS DE CAJÓN DEL ARCHIVERO (D14 y D15). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS DORADOS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 8 mm (3S) a través de los agujeros No. 2 y No. 4.

NOTA: La cabeza de tornillo del EXCÉNTRICO debe ser visible a través del agujero alargado de la CORREDERA.

PASO 42

Insertar un EXCÉNTRICO DE CORREDERA (10A) en los LADOS DE CAJÓN (D10 y D11).

Fije el CAJÓN DERECHO (40CC) y el CAJÓN IZQUIERDO (40CD) a los LADOS DE CAJÓN (D10 y D11). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS DORADOS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 8 mm (3S) a través de los agujeros No. 1 y No. 4.

NOTA: La cabeza de tornillo del EXCÉNTRICO debe ser visible a través del agujero alargado de la CORREDERA.

PASO 43

Fije uno de los FRENTES DE CAJÓN PARA LÁPICES (D507) a los LADOS DE CAJÓN PARA LÁPICES (D113). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 40 mm (30S).

Deslice el FONDO DE CAJÓN PARA LÁPICES (B38) dentro de las ranuras de los LADOS DE CAJÓN PARA LÁPICES y del FRENTE DE CAJÓN PARA LÁPICES.

Fije el otro FRENTE DE CAJÓN PARA LÁPICES (D507) a los LADOS DE CAJÓN PARA LÁPICES (D113). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 40 mm (30S).

NOTA: Asegúrese de que el FONDO DE CAJÓN PARA LÁPICES (B38) ajuste dentro de la ranura del FRENTE DE CAJÓN PARA LÁPICES.

PASO 46

Fije un POMO (33K) a la CARA DE CAJÓN DEL ARCHIVERO (RR). Utilice un TORNILLO PLATEADO PARA METAL de 13 mm (38S).

Empuje un CORRIMIENTO DE ARCHIVERO (4B) sobre el LADO DERECHO DE CAJÓN DEL ARCHIVERO (D14).

Deslice las VARILLAS DE ARCHIVERO (7B) dentro del CORRIMIENTO DE ARCHIVERO (4B) sujetada al LADO DERECHO DE CAJÓN DEL ARCHIVERO.

Deslice otro CORRIMIENTO DE ARCHIVERO (4B) sobre el otro extremo de las VARILLAS DE ARCHIVERO (7B) y presione este CORRIMIENTO DE ARCHIVERO sobre el LADO IZQUIERDO DE CAJÓN DEL ARCHIVERO (D15).

PASO 47

Empuje cuatro MANGUITOS DE GOMA (2R) sobre las cuatro ESPIGAS DE METAL (1R). Inserte las ESPIGAS DE METAL dentro de los agujeros al nivel preferido de los PARALES (P y FF). Coloque el ESTANTE AJUSTABLE (GG) sobre las ESPIGAS DE METAL.

Para insertar el cajón del archivero dentro de la unidad, alinee las CORREDERAS DE EXTENSIÓN sujetadas al cajón con los RIELES DE EXTENSIÓN sujetados a la unidad y empuje el cajón dentro de la unidad hasta que el cajón esté completamente insertado. El cajón del archivero mueve con diﬁ cultad hasta que se inserte completamente dentro de la unidad, después deslizará fácilmente hacia dentro y hacia fuera.

Para insertar los otros cajones en el unidad, incline la parte delantera de los cajones hacia abajo y deje que los rodillos de los cajones caigan detrás de los rodillos de la unidad. Levante la parte delantera de los cajones y deslícelos dentro de la unidad. Repita este paso para insertar el ESTANTE DE TECLADO (O).

Fije la CARA DE CAJÓN PARA LÁPICES (LL) a los FRENTES DE CAJÓN PARA LÁPICES (D507). Utilice dos TORNILLOS NEGROS DE CABEZA GRANDE de 22 mm (17S).

Fije el CAJÓN DERECHO (40CC) y el CAJÓN IZQUIERDO (40CD) a los LADOS DE CAJÓN PARA LÁPICES (D113). Utilice cuatro TORNILLOS DORADOS DE CABEZA PERDIDA de 8 mm (3S) a través de los agujeros No. 2 y No. 4.

Fije un POMO (33K) a la CARA DE CAJÓN PARA LÁPICES (LL). Pase un TORNILLO PLATEADO PARA METAL de 38 mm (95S) a través del FRENTE DE CAJÓN PARA LÁPICES, a través de la CARA DE CAJÓN PARA LÁPICES y dentro del POMO.

PASO 45

Fije un POMO (33K) a la CARA DE CAJÓN (QQ). Utilice un TORNILLO PLATEADO PARA METAL de 13 mm (38S).

PASO 48

Para ajustar los cajones, aﬂ oje el TORNILLO No. 4 de las CORREDERAS una cuarta vuelta y después gire la leva hacia la derecha o hacia la izquierda. Observe que el cajón sube o baja al girar la LEVA. Entre más alto esté el tornillo en el agujero oblongo, más alto estará el frente del cajón. Entre más bajo esté el tornillo, el frente del cajón estará más bajo. Al ajustar los cajones de esta manera, mejorará la alineación de las CARAS DE CAJÓN una vez cerrada. Apriete los TORNILLOS después de hacer los ajustes.
