An upgrade of the DL-Windows program to version 3.5.1 or higher will require that the firmware in the AL-DTM-II module also be upgraded to AL-DTM-III performance. This is accomplished by replacing the microprocessor of the AL-DTM-II with an upgrade chip, part number SE-DTMIII. The instructions below depict the procedure for replacing this chip. The DTM-III allows accounts in DL-Windows to hold up to 2000 locks, while allowing the AL-DTM-III itself to hold up to 200 PDL3000 / PDL3500 type locks, or up to 1000 DL3000 / DL2800 type locks. Note: If you are unsure about the version of DL-Windows you are running, the version number can be found on the DLWindows Help menu in the "About" Screen.
