Description
The A la Cart Side Dish Cart is to be used to store china soup bowls,
bread plates, and dessert dishes. It can also be used to store plastic
soup bowls, side dishes and side dish covers.
Specifications
Poker chip style dolly. Protective plastic coating at points of contact
with dishware, prevents chipping. Base construction of one piece,
non-corrosive, Hi-Tensile aluminum with cross brace reinforcement
for added strength. Special wide track caster placement assures
stability. Heavy-duty 5” swivel casters, two with brakes provides
mobility when fully loaded. No rust sealed bearings prevent “wheel
lock” in wet environments.
DOLLY: base and center partition, .10 aluminum; center partition
cover, .063 aluminum; reinforcement, formed .190 “X-frame”
mounted to base; corner posts and dividers, plastic coated, extruded
channels; caster post, reinforced tubular extrusions; casters, 5”
diameter, swivel, neoprene tires; 1-1/4 wide, load capacity 200
lbs each; temperature range -20/+160˚F; bearings are sealed and
permanently lubricated. Two casters equipped with brakes.

Cleaning
Use mild soaps or detergents with warm water to clean the cart.
Rinse thoroughly with clean warm water. Note: Use steam or hot
water pressure cleaning under the base area only.
