Description

The A la Cart Tray Storage Racks are available with four shelves, all
with an open wire design to allow for proper air flow in and around
the individual trays. Our racks are designed for maximum capacity,
at minimum cost.

Carts are for transporting individual trays from the dish room to the
point of service, and make a space-saving dispenser as well as a
drying rack. Individual trays are stacked on their sides to decrease
drying times, and increase capacity.

Specifications

All heavy duty polished chrome surfaces are designed for long life,
especially in the damp conditions required of a drying rack. Open wire
surfaces minimize dust accumulation and allow for the best visibility,
and air circulation. Posts are 72” high, and the shelves are adjustable
in one inch increments. Each unit is complete with 4 shelves, 4 posts,
4 shelves (18” x 48”), 12 each shelf dividers, 8 side ledges, and 4
back ledges. The units also include 4 corner bumpers.

Each unit is complete with 4 heavy duty casters, 2 locking with brake.
Casters are stem type, and all are non-marking.

All units are NSF listed to assure you of proper sanitation. Shelves are
easily adjustable and the height can be set to exact specifications.

Mobile drying racks come un-assembled, and will require setting up
on-site.

Capacity

The capacity of each cart is 240 trays.
