Description
An open cart used for transporting DualTemp trays. The types of
meals transported are trays of food sent in a truck prior to retherm,
rethermalized trays or soiled trays.
Specifications
All aluminum construction, riveted, welded and finished.
RACK: Extruded aluminum channel posts, 1-1/16 x 2 x .125. Extruded
top and bottom channels, 2-3/8 x 1-1/16 x .188; welded to posts.
Casters: 5” dia., swivel, modulus tires 1-1/4” wide. Load cap. 250
lbs. each, temp. range -45˚/+180˚F. Delrin bearings. Two casters with
brakes.
PAN SLIDES: Extruded aluminum angles, 1-7/16” x 1-7/8” x .102;
riveted on 4-1/2” centers.
Capacity
This unit holds 10/20 DualTemp trays (13-1/2” x 23”); 2 per angle
slide.
