S5000/S6000 V2.12 Operating System Upgrade

This is to announce the release of V2.12 operating system for the S5000 and S6000 MIDI Stereo Digital Sam­plers. This is a maintenance release with the following corrections to V2.11a.

[Corrections]

1. When transferring sample files via USB with ak.Sys., the sample may have a click noise. However, this
problem also is related to the configuration of the computer system. - fixed

2. In the SMF Player mode, when starting playback of a Song from any bar past bar 1 (e.g. bar 8), all notes from
bar 1 to the bar specified in the "at bar" field will be transmitted at once from the MIDI OUT - fixed

It now only transmits MIDI Program Change, Control Change, etc. up to the bar where playback was started,
before beginning playback of the Song.

[Note]

1. No operator's Manual or Addendum has been release for V2.12 since there are no operational changes
implemented in the new software.
