PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS COMPLETELY BEFORE INSTALLATION

1. Clean and open the bonnet.
2. Trial fit the Bonnet Guard and note the 3 pre-drilled holes in the Bonnet Guard that
correspond with the holes in the underside of bonnet.
3. Remove 3 plastic fasteners.
4. Fit Bonnet Guard in position and fasten securely with supplied screw between the
bonnet and rubber weather strip.
Note sequence as per diagram as below.
5. Apply the anti-abrasive tape on edge of bonnet where plastic fastening clip secures
the Bonnet Guard near the fenders. Use the supplied
alcohol prep-pads to cleanse the area first.
6. Snap the supplied plastic “W” clip into hole position
on Bonnet Guard as shown, over the anti-abrasive
tape.
Wash acrylic with a mild soap and luke warm water solution, using a clean
soft cloth or sponge.
CLOSE THE BONNET BY DROPPING FROM 6" HEIGHT.
ASSIST CLOSURE ONLY BY PRESSING ON THE BONNET.
NEVER PRESS ON THE BONNET GUARD
