FITTING INSTRUCTIONS FIT980
PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS COMPLETELY BEFORE INSTALLATION

1. Clean and open bonnet.
2. Fit the Bonnet Guard in position, with the
holes in the Bonnet Guard lining up with the
holes in the bonnet & fasten securely with
supplied plastic “push pins”.
3. Fit the plastic “W” clips to the holes at the outer
edge of the Bonnet Guard. Apply the supplied
rectangular pieces of anti-abrasive tape on edge of
bonnet where plastic fastening “W” clips secure the
Bonnet Guard.
Use the supplied alcohol prep-pads to cleanse the
area first.
CLOSE THE BONNET BY DROPPING FROM 6" HEIGHT.
ASSIST CLOSURE ONLY BY PRESSING ON THE BONNET.
NEVER PRESS ON THE BONNET GUARD.
Wash acrylic with a mild soap and luke warm water solution, using a clean soft cloth or sponge.
