Quick Test with Quick-Clamp

It takes only seconds to mount the

injector and test. Quick-Clamp injector

clamping system with flexible high

pressure hose connection makes life

easy for the user. Various sizes of

injectors can be mount to quick clamp

without having to use numerous

adaptors.

Fume Extraction

Pressure is controlled digitally between
100- and 1800 bars.

System is designed to be able to drive
future injectors. It can drive
electromagnetic injectors as well as piezze
injectors. Drive system is capable to inject
3 times per injection cycle.

Control computer with 10” LCD Touch
Panel runs Windows XP operating system.
Special control software runs TK1026 with
high accuracy.

Patented filter system extracts the fume
and filters it to drain. Powerful extraction
capacity prevents fume from escaping out
of spray chamber.

User Friendly Touch Panel

Easy to use touch panel provides a fast operation while the user
interface menu's help and guide the operator at every step of the
test from starting the test to printing the report. Well designed user
interface prevents the user from losing time between menu pages
and user errors.

Injection Delay Time Measurment

Helps to Diagnose

Injection delay is measured in
µsec. Delay is characteristic for
each model of injector and also
provides information about the
consistancy of its operation.
Even when running at very
high speed, the delay can be
measured with accuracy.

TK1026 injectester•CRb monitors the delay during the tests and
provides information to the user about delay variances between
injections.
