#860-341 OEM Replacement Filter

Thank you for purchasing the Airaid Premium Filter. Please read the instruction manual carefully before
proceeding with the installation. Contact Airaid @ [phone] 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST weekdays for
questions regarding fit or instructions that are not clear to you. Your Airaid Premium Filter was carefully inspected
and packaged. The air filter element is protected from direct exposure to water and debris; care should be taken not
to drive through deep water. WATER INGESTION IS THE DRIVERS RESPONSIBILTY! The air filter is

reusable and should be cleaned using the Airaid Filter Tune-Up Kit periodically as needed

1. Remove the factory filter housing from the intake assembly by separating the inlet and outlet
as shown above. Note: This step is performed in the vehicle. The vehicle is not shown in the
pictures for added clarity.

2. The air filter element is bonded to the housing on inlet side. Using a utility knife, carefully
separate the filter element from the air filter housing as shown above. The utility knife will
cut easily through the black glue that is used to bond the element to the housing. Use extra
care to avoid personal injury from the sharp tool.

3. Remove the element from the filter housing and discard the element. Remove all remaining
glue from the inside surface of the housing and clean surface using a rag.

4. Insert the Airaid Premium Filter into the factory housing. The filter must be fully inserted into
the bottom of the housing. Install the factory filter housing with the Airaid Premium Filter
into the vehicle in the reverse order. Double check your work to insure that all connections are
tight there are no foreign objects in the intake system.
