are not clear to you. Your Poweraid Throttle Body Spacer was carefully inspected and
packaged. Check that no parts are missing, or were damaged during shipping. If any
parts are missing, please contact AIRAID.

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable!
Using a 10mm socket, remove the two nuts on
each end of the engine beauty cover. Remove the
engine beauty cover and set it aside (save for reuse).
2. Using a 10mm socket, loosen the hose clamp on
the throttle body end of the intake tube. Slide the
intake tube off of the throttle body towards the
radiator.

3. Using a 10mm socket, remove three factory
bolts, and one nut. Pull the throttle body towards
the radiator until it clears the stud, and then move
it aside.

5. Position the Poweraid Spacer (#1) and gasket
(#2) between the throttle body and intake manifold. Insert four 6mm x 65mm hex bolts (#3), and
6mm flat washers (#4) thru the throttle body, gasket, Poweraid Spacer, and into the intake manifold.
Using a 10mm socket, tighten all four throttle body
bolts evenly, to the manufacturers specifications.
Do Not Over Tighten The Bolts!

4. Using a stud remover or pair of pliers, carefully
remove the factory stud from the intake manifold.
6. Re-install the intake tube and engine beauty
cover. Reconnect the negative battery cable!
The sound of power...The “whistle” means its working!
