instruction manual carefully before proceeding with the installat ion . Contact AIRAID @

inspected and packaged. Check that no parts are missing, or were damaged during

Included with your Poweraid Spacer is a sticker with a California Air Resources Board
(C.A.R.B.) Executive Order (EO) number. This sticker must be placed in plain view inside of
the engine compartment. Failure to do so may prevent you from passing a smog inspection.

Installation Instructions. Read Me!

1. DISCONNECT NEGATIVE (-) BATTERY CABLE.

2. Remove air intake hose assembly.

3. Remove throttle body intake cover.

4. Remove (4) bolts from the throttle body.

5. Remove bolts from the throttle linkage bracket and save.

6. Install power plate, (2) gaskets, (4) 6mm x 60mm bolts, and (4) lock washers. (Ref. “A”, “D”)

7. Locate (2) 3/4” linkage plates and (2) Flat Head Screws before installing the throttle linkage bracket using

saved bolts. (Ref. “C”)

8. Inspect & Test the throttle linkage for full Open & Closed travel before driving. Some cruise or kickdown ca-

bles may require adjustment. Please refer to your vehicles service manual for proper adjustment.

9. Reinstall throttle body intake cover and air intake hose assembly.

10. Reconnect battery cable. Enjoy!
