Thank you for purchasing the PowerAid Throttle Body Spacer. Please read the
instruction manual carefully before proceeding with the installat ion . Contact AIRAID @

inspected and packaged. Check that no parts are missing, or were damaged during
shipping. If any parts are missing, please contact AIRAID.

Installation Instructions. Read Me!

1. DISCONNECT NEGATIVE (-) BATTERY CABLE.

2. Remove air cleaner assembly.

3. Using 10mm socket, remove (4) 6mm bolts attaching throttle body to manifold.

4. Remove (2) bolts from throttle linkage and save.

5. Move throttle body forward.

6. Remove old gasket and clean both throttle body and manifold surfaces.

7. Install power plate using (2) gaskets. (Ref. A)
A. Place one gasket between the throttle body and power plate.
B. Place second gasket between power plate and intake manifold.

8. Replace (4) bolts using Step 3 as an example. (Ref. C)

9. Locate (2) linkage plates using (2) flat head screws (Ref. D) and reinstall linkage bracket using saved bolts.
Refer to Step 4

10. Inspect & Test throttle linkage for full Open & Closed travel before driving. Some cruise or kickdown ca-
bles may require adjustment. Please refer to your vehicles service manual for proper adjusting.

11. Reinstall air cleaner assembly using Step 2 as an example.

12. Reconnect battery cable. Enjoy!
