Installation Instructions. Read Me!

I DISCONNECT NEGATIVE (-) BATTERY CABLE
II Remove Factory Intake Assembly

a) Loosen and remove the two 8mm bolts below the silencer box. See

Fig#1

b) Loosen the hose clamp on the throttle body using a flat head

screwdriver.

c) Disconnect ½” breather hose on the right side of silencer box. See

Fig#2

d) Loosen the two clamps on the intake tube connecting the silencer

box to the filter box.

e) Remove silencer box and intake tube from engine. See Fig#3

III Airaid Modular Intake Tube Installation

a) Install the silicone hose reducer on the throttle body using the #52

hose clamp provided.

b) Install the silicone hump hose onto the oval end of the MIT tube

using the # 56 hose clamp provided.

c) Slide the MIT tube into the throttle body hose reducer, then slide

the oval end of the tube with hump hose over the factory air filter
box (or Airaid Intake System) using the remaining 2 #56 hose
clamps.

d) Attach crankcase breather hose to the rear of the MIT tube using the

#16 black speed clamp.

IV Airaid Jr. P/N 310-727 Replacement Filter

a

) If you purchased the Airaid Jr. kit P/N 310-727, replace the factory

air filter with the Airaid Premium Filter included in the Airaid Jr. kit.

V Finishing Up

a) Inspect overall work.
b) Check hood clearance.
c) Ensure that no foreign objects are in the intake path!
d) Re-connect negative battery cable.
