Thank you for purchasing the PowerAid Throttle Body Spacer. Please read the
instruction manual carefully before proceeding with the installation. Contact AIRAID @
[phone] 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST Weekdays for questions regarding fit or in­structions that are not clear to you. Your PowerAid Throttle Body Spacer was carefully
inspected and packaged. Check that no parts are missing, or were damaged during
shipping. If any parts are missing, please contact AIRAID.

Installation Instructions. Read Me!

1. DISCONNECT NEAGTIVE (-) BATTERY CABLE.

2. Remove air cleaner assembly, (4) nuts using 11mm socket.

3. Remove accelerator arm from the throttle body.

4. Remove (4) nuts attaching the throttle body.

5. Remove existing studs.

6. Remove the throttle linkage bracket and (3) bolts. (Ref. “D”)

7. Install the power plate with (2) gaskets using (4) 5/16” jam nuts and washers.

A. Place one gasket between the throttle body and power plate.
B. Place second gasket between power plate and intake manifold.

8. Install (3) linkage plates using existing bolts. (Ref. “D”)
* Please Note: The linkage plate located at rear end of linkage bracket is slotted.

9. Reinstall linkage bracket using (3) 5/16” x 3/4” bolts and washers.

10. Attach the throttle accelerator arm to the throttle body. Refer to Step 3.

11. Inspect & Test throttle linkage for full open and closed travel before driving. Some cruise or kickdown cables
may require adjustment. Please refer to your vehicles service manual for proper adjusting.

12. Reinstall air cleaner assembly using (4) washers and (4) 5/16” jam nuts.

13. Reinstall air cleaner complete. Refer to Step 2.

14. Reconnect the battery cable. Enjoy!
