Thank you for purchasing the PowerAid Throttle Body Spacer. Please read the
instruction manual carefully before proceeding with the installa tion. Contact AIRAID @
[phone] 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST Weekdays for questions regarding fit or in­structions that are not clear to you. Your PowerAid Throttle Body Spacer was carefully
inspected and packaged. Check that no parts are missing, or were damaged during
shipping. If any parts are missing, please contact AIRAID.

Installation Instructions. Read Me!

1. DISCONNECT NEGATIVE (-) BATTERY CABLE.

2. Remove throttle body air intake system

3. Remove throttle linkage bracket and save bolts.

4. Remove (4) throttle body studs.

5. Install first power plate using (2) gaskets, 8mm bolts, and 8mm washers. (Ref. “A”)

6. Install (2) linkage plates using (2) 6mm flat head screws. (Ref. “D”)

7. Repeat previous steps for installation of spacer on second throttle body.

8. Install linkage bracket using saved 6mm bolts.

9. Inspect & Test the throttle linkage for full Open & Closed travel before driving. Some cruise or kickdown
cables require adjustment. Please refer to your vehicles service manual for proper adjusting.

10. Reinstall air intake system. Refer to Step 2

11. Reconnect battery cable. Enjoy!
