Thank you for purchasing the Poweraid Throttle Body Spacer. Please read the instruction manual carefully before proceeding with the installation. Contact AIRAID @ (800)

are not clear to you. Your Poweraid Throttle Body Spacer was carefully inspected and
packaged. Check that no parts are missing, or were damaged during shipping. If any
parts are missing, please contact AIRAID.

PowerPorts are utilized, install necessary fittings before installing spacer on vehicle. Ot he r 1/16” NPT fittings m a y

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable!
Loosen one bolt and remove the beauty cover. Pry
the tube from the clamp on the radiator hose.
Loosen the hose clamps on each end of the intake
tube and remove the tube.
2. Using a 10mm socket, remove three nuts on the
throttle body.

3. Using a 4mm socket, remove the three studs
that hold the throttle body to the intake manifold. No need to remove the throttle body, leave
it hang where it is.
5. Install the three linkage plates (#5) with the
three flat head screws (#6) as shown, pointing
towards the front of the vehicle.
4. Using a 5/16” socket, remove and save the
three bolts that hold the throttle cable bracket to
the intake manifold.
6. Make sure the direction of the airflow is correct on the Poweraid Spacer (#1), then with the
gasket (#4) on the throttle body side, slide the
Poweraid between the throttle body and the
intake manifold. Install the top bolt (#2) and
washer (#3) first, then the two bottom bolts and
washers.
8. Inspect & test the throttle linkage for full open and
closed travel before driving. Some cruise and kickdown
cables may require adjustment. Please refer to vehicles
service manual for proper adjustment.
9. Re-install the intake tube and beauty cover. Refer to step
#1.
7. Re-install the bolts from step #4 into the
three linkage plates. Some adjusting of the linkage plates may be required.
10.. Re-connect the negative battery cable!
