SIMPLE "DO IT YOURSELF" INSTALLATION - EASY TO OPERATE!

Loudspeaking type intercom with volume control. Open voice sub station allows hands free remote reply from anywhere in a room. Designed for either desk top use or wall mounting (Hardware included). Electronic tone call signal.
Power source: PS-6D or four 1.5V “C” (SUM-2) batteries. Wiring and communication range: Single pair of wires. Select the proper wire gauge to meet your requirements from
the chart below;

OPERATION

MASTER STATION:
1. Depress ‘TALK’ switch during transmission.
2. Release ‘TALK’ switch to listen to or monitor sub station.
3. To conserve batteries, depress ‘OFF’ switch when not using system.
4. You may call sub station by voice or by call tone. To call by voice, depress ‘TALK’ switch and start speaking. To call by call tone, depress ‘TALK’ and ‘OFF’ switches simultaneously.
5. Adjust volume control for desired volume level.
SUB STATION:
1. To call master station, momentarily depress ‘CALL’ switch.
2. Talk and listen hands free to master. Do not push ‘CALL’ switch during conversation.
INSTALLATION
1. Insert four 1.5 V “C” (SUM-2) batteries (not included) in
battery compartment. + and — positioning of battery termi nals are clearly indicated in the battery compartment.
2. Connect terminals #1, E on LAM-1 master with two wires to #1, E on LA-A sub. Nonpolar unit allows connection of either wire to either terminal on sub station.
*Power supply is not required if master
is powered by batteries.
