MT051 & MT053 INSTRUCTIONS
REMOVE EXISTI NG HAND GUARDS
If you have a b rand new AR rifle a nd it came with s tandard plas tic hand guard s, you will
need to re move these before installing our metal hand guard s.
1. Pull down de lta ring by usin g a forearm remova l tool and pull of f hand guards.
INSTALLI NG RAIL MOUNT
1. Align top h and guard (one wit h three rails) with a rea in the barrel nut and pu sh for
a tight fit.
2. Press do wn metal hand guard to pull b ack delta rin g and then release toward t he
barrel , allowing the fr ont hand guard c ap to fit inside t he front rim of the top cover.
3. Repeat the same a ction for the bottom han d guard.
4. Make sure the three alignm ent tabs at the front of the mount are properl y aligned
and sec ured with the fr ont cap.
5. Tight en the four screw s to secure top and b ottom covers . Do NOT over tighten t he
screws or you may strip the th readed holes.
Always check and be cer tain that the firearm is unloaded
before undertaking any work upon it.
CAUTIO N
MT054, MT055 & MT056 INSTRUCTIONS
REMOVE EXISTI NG HAND GUARDS
If you have a b rand new AR rifle a nd it came with s tandard plas tic hand guard s, you will
need to re move these before installing our metal hand guard s.
1. Pull down de lta ring by usin g a forearm remova l tool and pull of f hand guards.
INSTALLI NG RAIL MOUNT
1. Remove the lo wer receiver an d stock assem bly, take out the bol t assembly.
2. Remove front sigh t post and/or gas block a nd gas tube: plac e barrel on a well
padde d flat surfac e and punch the t wo pins at the bot tom of the sight ou t with a
rubbe r mallet and punch set.
3. Remove th e muzzle brake/ flash hider c ountercloc kwise using th e AR wrench.
Clamp th e upper recei ver on a receiver v ice block. Lo osen the barre l nut by turning
counte r clockwis e using the AR wren ch, take out the de lta ring assembly.
4. Slide on the free f loat quad rail an d tighten the ba rrel nut case using a punc h. Make
sure you in stall the gas tu be along with th e free float hand guard.
5. Replac e front sight an d the two pins to lock it.
6. Insta ll the flash hid er on the barrel.
7. Replace the b olt assembl y, lower re ceiver and stock asse mbly.
MT057 INSTRUCTIONS

1. Align and i nstall top and b ottom hand rai ls.
2. Make sure the three a lignment tab s at the front of the m ount are prope rly aligned
and sec ured with the fr ont cap.
3. Tight en the four screw s to secure top and b ottom covers . Do NOT over tighten t he
screws or you may strip the th readed holes.
4. Install botto m extension and tighten the bot tom four screws.
Do not over tighten the screws or you may strip the
threaded holes. Stripped holes are NOT covered by warranty.
