Operation Note
The CISPR 11 disk is included wi th the Aglient 1670G-series l ogi c
analyzer. When properly installed, the analyzer will have an
Auto Halt ON/OFF toggle key that stops the measurement if the
analyzer runs idle too long. This stops RFI emissions.
In order to ensure compliance of the Aglient1670G-series logic
analyzers to the CISPR 11 Class A radio frequency interference
(RFI) limits , you mu st use the disk to up date the analyze r module.
CISPR 11 disk installation instructions
First you must use the disk to update the analyzer module.

7 When the analyzer has completed the update, press any key.
After the screen goes black and the analyzer reboots, you will see
the analyzer configuration screen. The Auto Halt ON/OFF key is
set to ON, the default setting , and you will see the message
“Timing acquisitions will be halted if no activity”.
Auto Halt can only be enabled if at least one of the analyzer
machine s is set to Timing. If it is e n abled and if the anal yz e r is
running and there is no activity on any of the pods assigned to a
machine, including the clocks, then the analyzer will be stopped
automatically in 30 seconds.
