IMPORTANT WARNINGS & SAFEGUARDS
Read all Instructions before use. Failure to do so can cause personal injury or property damage.
Not intended for use in severe weather. Do not submerse unit or power cord in water or other liquids. Do not spray with water or use pressurized water to clean the unit. Use only soap and water and avoid direct contact with the cooling fan and ventilation openings.
Not intended for use in ambient temperatures above 120°F (49°C) or below 32°F (0°).
Use caution when operating around children.
Never block or place objects inside of the air intake or cooling fan that can block airflow.
Only use for specified purposes with a 12V DC power source rated for at least 6A.
Only place food, liquids, medicine, ice, or ice packs inside of the unit. To avoid mildew, do not store anything for long periods of time.
Do not operate the unit upside down or on its side as damage to thermoelectric elements can occur.
Avoid switching the main power switch abruptly from Cool to Warm. Place unit in the off position and wait at least 15 minutes before operating again.
There are no user serviceable parts, other than the replaceable fuse as noted in the instructions. Any repairs attempted by the user would void the warranty. Contact Aervoe Industries, Inc. for assistance.

FEATURES
The Thermoelectric Cooler/Warmer keeps food and drinks cold without ice or meals warm just by plugging it into your vehicle’s 12V power outlet. Its 25 qt. capacity is large enough to hold 31 - 12 oz. soda cans, 15 - 16.9 oz. water bottles, or 5 - 2L soda bottles. Comes with a vertical divider that will keep heavier items from softer items. The ideal companion for long haul trucking, recreation, on the job, or emergency preparedness.
OPERATION
Designed to be directly connected to vehicles, generator or other 12V type power supply. Can be powered from 120V AC Power Outlets when used with Max Burton #6993 200W Converter, available at your retailer or www.aervoe.com.
IMPORTANT: For optimum efficiency and to avoid vehicle battery drain, keep the vehicle running during operation. 12V vehicle or other power supply must provide for at least 6A output during operation.
Cooler Mode:
1. In cool mode the temperature will drop approximately 30°F (17°C) below the ambient temperature of the room or area in which it is located. The cooler is not intended to freeze food or liquid.
2. Typical cooling times from 75°F (24°C) ambient to 45°F (7°C) inside temperature is 1-3 hours depending on the quantity of items inside. Maximum lowest inside temperature is 38°F (3°C). Sealed Ice packs can be used to assist the cooling function. In ambient temperatures above 100°F (38°C) the cooling function is not efficient.
3. Unlatch the lid by flipping the handle to the front. Lift the lid to open. The lid can be completely removed for easy loading by pulling it off of the base.
4. Place your perishable food or beverages inside the COOLER/WARMER COMPARTMENT without blocking the cooling fan or vents. Place the top cover back on the base if it was removed and lock the handle into position by flipping it vertical or to the back.
5. Connect the 12V DC POWER CORD into a compatible 12V DC vehicle power socket or other 12V receptacle.
6. Place the COOL/OFF/HOT switch in the COOL position. Verify the POWER INDICATOR next to the MODE SWITCH illuminates GREEN. The COOLING FAN and thermoelectric modules should make a humming noise. It is normal for the Cooling Fan to cycle on and off during operation.
7. Keep the lid closed when in use and disconnect from power supply when not in use.
IMPORTANT: Do not abruptly switch between COLD and HOT during operation. First switch to OFF (O) and wait at least 15-minutes before changing to another operation.
Warmer Mode:
1. Warms foods and beverages to maximum inner temperature of 120°F (49°C). Actual temperature of contents and time to warm will very depending on items inside.
2. Unlatch the lid by flipping the handle to the front. Lift the lid to open. The lid can be completely removed for easy loading by pulling it off of the base.
3. Place your items inside the COOLER/WARMER COMPARTMENT and avoid blocking the cooling fan or vents. Place the top cover back on the base if it was removed and lock the handle into position by flipping it vertical or to the back.
4. Connect the 12V DC POWER CORD into a compatible 12V DC vehicle power socket or other 12V receptacle.
5. Place the COOL/OFF/HOT switch in the HOT position. Verify the POWER INDICATOR next to the MODE SWITCH illuminates RED. The COOLING FAN and thermoelectric modules should make a humming noise. It is normal for the Cooling Fan to cycle on and off during operation.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
To keep mold from forming and causing damage to the unit, remove food or beverages when not heating or cooling for long periods of time. Clean up spills and from inner compartment.
Do not immerse and never directly spray water or cleaners into vents and controls.
Clean surfaces with a mild detergent and water. Never use bleach or other harsh chemicals.
Store in a clean, dry place when not in use.
TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
1. Unit fails to operate in Cooler or Warmer Mode.
Verify the 12V plug is properly connected to a vehicle or other 12V power
receptacle.
Check the fuse in the 12V plug by unscrewing top cap and checking fuse. Replace
with compatible 6A-5 x 20mm glass fuse and retry.
Check and replace the vehicle or other power supply’s fuse or breaker and retry.
2. Unit fails to properly Cool or Warm
Verify the MODE SWITCH is placed in either the COLD (green LED) or HOT (red
LED) position.
Confirm the COOLING FAN is operating. You should hear a hum coming from it.
Make sure all vents and the thermoelectric module are not blocked or obstructed.
IMPORTANT: There are no user serviceable parts except to replace the protection fuse. Any repairs attempted by the user would void the warranty. Contact Aervoe Industries, Inc. for assistance at 800-227-0196 and speak to a product specialist.
