The PowerPro200 is a lightweight portable power center that stores power in a dynamic LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) battery. LiFePO4 batteries have an extremely long cycle life and long storage life. Having your PowerPro on hand in the event of a power outage or other emergency will give you 120V AC, 12V DC, and USB power for your electronics or will jump start your vehicle battery. Simply charge the PowerPro using 120V AC from any wall outlet or 12V DC from a vehicle power receptacle. If all of those options are not available then it can be self-powered using the dynamo hand crank or a solar collector (collector sold separately).
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Read all instructions before operating. Failure to follow all instructions may cause serious injury, property damage or reduce efficiency. Keep a copy with the PowerPro or inside the jumper cable access door for reference.
WARNING
.
HIGH VOLTAGE
CAUTION: To avoid electric shock and injury:
Contains high voltage electronics and battery. Never remove parts or access internal components.
Do not submerge the unit or its accessories in any liquid
Keep electrical outlets and cables dry and out of severe weather
Make sure all cables and adapters are connected correctly and in good condition. Never use if they become worn or wires are exposed.

Do not obstruct vents including placing unit directly in loose dirt that could be sucked into vents and openings
Do not look directly at the spotlight
Observe proper battery disposal requirements for your area
Administer close supervision when using around children
CONTROL PANEL
The LCD display shows the battery voltage, battery capacity, warning indicators, time, temperature, and current operating function.
Battery Symbol: shows the available battery capacity
0 Bars = below 30% capacity and 12.2V. Recharging is required.
1 Bar = between 40-60% capacity and 12.3-12.5V
2 Bars = between 70-80% capacity and 12.6-12.7V
3 Bars = between 90-100% capacity and 12.8-13.2V
NOTE: once full battery capacity has been reached, the display may show up to 15.2V. Unplug the
charger and let the unit sit for 5-10 minutes. The battery voltage will return to 13-13.5V.
Alarms
10-Second beep indicates a full charge at 14.8-15.2V
10-Second recharge alarm sounds every 30 minutes to indicate voltage has dropped to 12.1-12.2V.
RECHARGE shows in the LCD display.
10-Second recharge alarm sounds every 10 minutes to indicate voltage has dropped to 11.9-12V.
RECHARGE shows in the LCD display.
10-Second recharge alarm sounds every 2 minutes to indicate voltage has dropped to 11.8-11.9V.
RECHARGE shows in the LCD display.
Once voltage drops below 11.8, the AC & USB power outputs shut down and RECHARGE shows in the
LCD display. 12V DC output will remain on down to 8V DC. No alarm will sound.
Clock
The time should appear in the LCD Display. If it isn’t, press and hold the AC button to switch back to
the clock display.
Press and hold the SET button until the hour blinks. Press AC to increase or USB to decrease the

Press SET button until the minutes blink and set as above
Press the SET button again to change between 12- and 24-hour formats
CHARGING THE POWERPRO
Your PowerPro is shipped from our warehouse with a full battery. Due to normal battery capacity losses during storage and transportation, it will need to be fully charged before use or long-term storage. Don’t use the power outputs while charging devices under 100W.
The PowerPro includes replaceable fuses and a built-in battery protection circuit and alarms to protect overvoltage, low voltage, and overheating conditions.
120V Charging:
1. Plug the included 120V AC adapter into an electrical wall outlet.
2. Plug the other end of the adapter into the DC IN #1 port of the unit.
3. The BATTERY LEVEL INDICATOR on the LCD display will blink with the available battery capacity while charging.
4. Once a full charge has been reached, disconnect the adapter.
12V Charging:
1. Plug the included 12V DC adapter into a vehicle power receptacle.
2. Plug the other end of the adapter into the DC IN #1 PORT of the unit.
3. The BATTERY LEVEL INDICATOR on the LCD display will blink with the available battery capacity while charging.
4. Once a full charge has been reached, disconnect the adapter.
IMPORTANT: Keep your vehicle engine running during charging to avoid draining your vehicle battery.
Dynamo Hand Crank Charging:
1. Use when all other charging methods are not available.
2. Open the HAND CRANK arm and rotate clockwise at approximately 80-120 cycles/minute. CAUTION: Turning at speeds greater than 120 cycles/minute may cause the unit to overheat.
3. The BATTERY LEVEL INDICATOR on the LCD display will blink with the available battery capacity while charging.
4. Charging times will vary depending on crank speed and existing battery level. If capacity had dropped below
11.8V it will take 10+ minutes to bring the level back above 12V.
5. Close the HAND CRANK.
Solar Charging (panel not included):
1. Plug a compatible solar panel into the DC IN #1 or #2 PORT using the cord that comes with the solar panel. We recommend the Sierra Wave #9530 30-Watt Solar Collector (plugging into DC IN #1 port). Smaller solar panels may use DC IN #2 port.
2. Follow the instructions included with your solar panel and place it and the PowerPro in direct sunlight. Charge time will depend on available sunlight.
3. The BATTERY LEVEL INDICATOR on the LCD display will blink with the available battery capacity while charging.
USING STORED POWER
It is essential that the rating of the device you want to operate works within the PowerPro specifications to avoid overload. This information will be found on the device or its operating instruction manual. To calculate: watts = volts x amps.
Spotlight & Emergency Flashers:
Press the SPOTLIGHT/FLASHER ON/OFF BUTTON
1 time for 1-watt spotlight
2 times for red flashing 3-LED emergency light
3 times for off
120V AC Output: (110/120V AC 200-watt modified sine wave inverter)
1. Securely insert the 120V plug of the device into the 120V AC OUTPUT.
2. Press and hold the AC button for 3 seconds until AC OUTPUT appears on the LCD DISPLAY. It is now ready to operate an appropriate 120V device (200 watts or less).
3. To deactivate the AC power supply, remove the plug and press the AC button for 3 seconds until the AC Output function disappears.
4. Overload Protection:
When load rises to 200-210W and alarm will sound for 10 seconds and OVERLOAD will appear in the
LCD display.
If load rises above 220W all AC power will be shut down.
To reset, unplug the device and press the AC button.
5. Cooling Fan:
When the temperature inside of the PowerPro reaches 140ºF (60ºC) or above the fan will turn on and
HIGH TEMP will appear in the LCD display. Once the temperature drops the fan will turn off.
If the temperature rises to 194ºF (90°C) an alarm will sound and if it rises to 199ºF (93°C) the AC
6. Replaceable AC Fuse
power will be shut down.
Located inside of the jump starter compartment. One spare fuse is provided.
Turn off the AC power before replacing the fuse. Use caution when opening the fuse holder and
