OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Clip the SS TEMP PROBE body to the inside of the cookware using the COOKWARE CLIP so that the probe is submerged in the liquid or food or base of cookware as desired.
2. Hold and Press the ON/OFF BUTTON until the POWER INDICATOR LED illuminates to a red color flashing on and off periodically to show it is active. 3- The temperature probe icon and measured temperature will show in the LCD display on induction cooktop being used during operation alongside the user preset temperature
4. To deactivate the PROBE “off” position, press and hold the ON/OFF BUTTON until the POWER INDICATOR LED FLASHES a few times and then stops flashing or illuminating. NOTE: The Probe has a built-in auto shutdown after 30 minutes of no temperature fluctuation or action to help preserve battery life. 5- Before storage, clean the probe SS rod section with a mild cloth and water or mild soap. Store in a clean dry place. 6- Battery replacement: If the red LED does not activate following above steps, the battery may be low and inoperable. To replace battery, remove the 2 small screws on rear BATTERY COMPARTMENT and remove and replace the A23/12V alkaline battery available at most retailers selling batteries.

All merchandise must be returned to the original place of purchase to be processed according to the retailer return policy. A warranty card must be on file with Aervoe Industries, Inc. within 30-days of purchase and proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance.
