IMPORTANT: Preparation of your bed requires no tools. Use of tools may damage

INFLATION AND MATTRESS PAD INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove your AeroBed®and Intelliwarmth Mattress Pad from its lightweight duffle
bag. Keep bag for storage.

wrap. Because this is an electrical device, do not use this in or around water.
3. Plug pump into any standard polarized 110 Volt AC electrical outlet. North
American Electrical rating: 120VAC (NOTE: 230VAC product sold outside of
North America)
4. This product has a polarized attachment plug (one blade is
wider than the other) as a safety feature. This plug will fit
into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit
fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit,
contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension
cord unless the plug can be fully inserted. Do not attempt
to defeat this safety feature.
5. Push and hold inflation button on the control wand for
approximately 60 seconds to inflate your AeroBed to the full
(firmest) capacity. Bed will not over-inflate.

12. Turn the controller switch to any numerical setting to turn it ON.
The numerical indicator light should come on.
13. Turn the dial to your desired heat setting. You may need to
re-adjust your settings if the ambient temperature in the room
changes: higher settings for colder rooms. The mattress pad automatically boosts
power for fast warm-up in the first one-half hour. After 1 hour, settings
5 & 6 automatically reduce to setting 4 for an all night comfortable sleep setting.
14. Your
IntelliWarmth mattress pad will turn off automatically after 10 hours or after
a power outage. The numerical indicator light will flash when the mattress pad
has been turned off automatically. This is a reminder to turn off the mattress pad
by turning the numerical indicator to “0” and then turning it back to a numerical
setting to turn it on. You will hear a click when the dial is turned to “0” and when it
is turned back to a number above 0.
DEFLATION AND STORAGE
1. To disconnect Intelliwarmth Mattress Pad, switch the controller to
“0”, unplug the controller from the wall outlet, then disconnect the
controller from the mattress pad.
2. To deflate the AeroBed, press the deflate button on the control
wand. Deflation takes approximately 60 seconds.
3. Roll or fold the AC cord with wand controller and secure it. Fold sides of bed into
the center along its length. Tightly roll your AeroBed around the pump. When the
bed is completely rolled, place it into the lightweight duffle bag for storage.
4. Store your AeroBed in a clean dry place at room temperature (above 50°F/10° C).
Storing your AeroBed under 50° F (10° C) and over 100° F (38° C) may affect its
performance and will not be covered under warranty.
NOTE: Bed must be at room temperature prior to inflating or it may cause
air leaks.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
1. Inspect your AeroBed prior to each use.
2. Keep your AeroBed away from any sharp objects. Large cuts or snags may not
be repairable and will not be covered by your warranty.
3. When not in use, store your AeroBed in a clean, dry place out of extreme
temperatures. Product must be at room temperature prior to inflating.
4. Do not store your AeroBed folded inside sofa beds or roll-aways.This may cause
damage to your bed that will not be covered under your warranty.
5. In case of incidental damage to your bed, a repair kit has been included. Please
follow repair instructions carefully.
6. Intelliwarmth Mattress Pad Controller care:

To restart your mattress pad, always turn your mattress pad controller to “0”, make
sure the mattress pad is laying flat on the bed, and wait at least 10 seconds. Then,
switch the controller to a number above “0” and adjust the temperature dial to your
desired setting. If mattress pad fails to restart – see section titled “Troubleshooting
Instructions”.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
1. Before plugging in your mattress pad, make sure the controller is set to the “0”
position.
2. Always plug the controller into the mattress pad first, then, plug the controller into
the w
all outlet.

• Keep controller dry - do not spill beverages and liquids on the controller.
• Do not locate controller where exposed to rain, direct sunlight, space heaters
or other heat sources. The controller may be damaged by excessive heat.
• Note: the controller may feel slightly warm – this is normal.

We recommend that you do not let the plush surface of your AeroBed®get wet.

Repeated exposure to water or other liquids may cause damage to the plush surface
that will not be covered by your warranty. Should liquid come in contact with the
plush surface, blot liquid dry and use a damp cloth to remove any stain. Let surface
air dry completely.
You may clean the PVC on the sides and bottom of your AeroBed with a mild
dishwashing detergent or household cleaner. Do not use strong chemicals or other
compounds. Allow your bed to air dry completely after cleaning and before storing.
Intelliwarmth Mattress Pad
Turn controller switch to “0”, unplug cord from the wall outlet, and then unplug cord
from the mattress pad before washing the mattress pad.
MACHINE WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
• Use a small amount of mild laundry soap.
• Fill tub with warm water to wash, cold water for rinse.
• Wash mattress pad on gently cycle, and spin dry.
HAND WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
• Use a small amount of mild laundry soap in warm water.
• Let mattress pad soak for 5 minutes.
• Gently move the mattress pad up and down for 5 minutes.
• Do not rub, scrub, twist or wring mattress pad.
• Rinse thoroughly in cool water by moving up and down.
DRYING INSTRUCTIONS
• Machine dry on LOW until dry– make sure the mattress pad tumbles freely.
• If line drying, do not use clothes pins which might pinch the heating elements.
Suggestion: drape over two lines.
• Do not plug in mattress pad while damp or wet.
• Do not iron.
• Never use commercial dryers at the laundromat which may be too hot.
TO CLEAN CONTROLLER:
• Wipe gently with a dry, non-abrasive cloth.
• Do not wash or immerse in liquid.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Very rarely, your AeroBed®may fail to inflate properly. Should this occur, please use
the following check list.
1. If you Aero Bed Doesn’t appear to be inflating:
First, make sure the bed is plugged into an active electrical
outlet.
Push the control wand’s inflate button firmly.
2. If air leakage occurs:
Carefully inspect the bed for a puncture or tear. If damaged, repair using the kit
included with your bed. Follow all instructions and warnings included in the kit.
3. If Intelliwarmth Mattress Pad fails for warm:
Make sure that the controller switch is set to “0”, unplug your mattress pad from
the wall outlet and make sure the wall outlet is 110-120V and has power. Check
the mattress pad connector and the controller plug to make certain the controller
plug is inserted snugly into the mattress pad connector. Plug the controller into
the wall outlet and make sure that the wall connection is snug.Turn the controller
switch to any numerical setting above “0”. The numerical indicator light should
come on.
4. If the mattress pad fails to warm up, or if improper operation of the mattress pad
is observed, discontinue its use immediately and consult Customer Service. The
mattress pad may have been permanently damaged and is now inoperable.
5. Permanent damage may be caused by:
• Folding or bunching of the mattress pad during use.
• Pinching, piercing or cutting of the heating elements
• Exposing the controller to moisture, excessive impact, or excessive heat.

LIMITED EXPRESS WARRANTY
Aero Products International, Inc. ("us") warrants to the original purchaser ("you") that
the AeroBed

workmanship for the following periods: the pump and valve, two (2) years from the
date of purchase; the mattress one (1) year from the date of purchase; IntelliWarmth
mattress pad and controller one (1) year from the date of purchase.
OUR EXCLUSIVE OBLIGATION, AND YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY
UNDER THIS LIMITED EXPRESS WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE SHALL BE THE
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY PRODUCT OR PARTS WHICH MAY PROVE
DEFECTIVE UNDER THE CONDITIONS AND DURING THE PERIODS
DESCRIBED ABOVE AT OUR SOLE COST AND EXPENSE. IN THE EVENT THE
PRODUCTS OR PARTS CANNOT BE REPAIRED OR REPLACED, YOU SHALL
RECEIVE A FULL REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE AT OUR OPTION. THIS
LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY

carefully packaged and delivered postage or delivery charges prepaid at the address
