INFLATION AND USE
Your new aero®Mattress Topper can be used on all standard mattresses, sofa beds,
futons, roll away beds and even on the floor, if that’s your preference. Setup is
simple – comfort is superior.
1. Remove your aero Mattress Topper from its packaging. Remove Mattress
Topper, pump, AC plug, cord and air tubing from plastic and shrink wrap.
NOTE: Mattress Topper must be at room temperature prior to inflating.
6. Prior to inflating, place an extra deep mattress
pad and an extra deep fitted sheet (not included)
on top of aero®Mattress Topper as you normally
would. Mattress pad and fitted sheet will keep
your aero Mattress Topper from shifting on your
bed. Tubing from Mattress Topper to pump will
be depressed slightly in this process. This will
not affect proper functioning.
2. Unfold your Mattress Topper and place flat
on bed with tubing connectors at the head
of the bed.
3. Place pump on the floor at the head of the bed.
NOTE: Queen and King size Mattress Toppers
have dual controls. Pump should be placed on
the floor, at the head of the bed, centered
between the connectors.
4. Connect tubing to bed and pump attachments.
Tubing will connect to the head of the mattress
topper and to end of pump. To connect, screw
female end of tubing onto male receptor on
mattress in a clockwise direction. Then connect
remaining end of tubing to pump by screwing
female end of tubing onto male receptor. Make
sure connectors are attached securely.
5. Plug into any standard polarized 110 volt AC
electrical outlet. (NOTE: 220 Volt product sold
outside of North America.)
This product has a polarized attachment plug
(one blade is wider than the other) as a safety
feature. This plug will fit into a polarized outlet
only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the
outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit,
contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an
extension cord unless the plug can be fully
inserted. Do not attempt to defeat this safety
feature.
7. Push the inflate button on the control wand for
approximately 2-3 minutes upon first inflation.
Mattress Topper will not over-inflate. (This must
be repeated for additional chamber on Queen
and King sizes. Pump inflates or deflates one
chamber at a time.)
8. Lay on Mattress Topper to adjust firmness to
your preference. To increase firmness, depress
and hold top button on control wand until desired
firmness is achieved. To make softer or less
firm, depress and hold bottom button until
desired firmness is achieved.
9. Continue to make your bed with flat sheet and
additional bedding to your preference.
10. To store control wand when finished adjusting,
slide control wand holder on sheet at side of bed
using clip on back of holder. Control wand easily
slides in and out of holder for easy adjusting.
DEFLATION AND STORAGE
To deflate, simply disconnect tubing from aero Mattress
Topper by unscrewing in a counter clockwise direction.
Apply light pressure to Mattress Topper to force air out.
You can begin to fold the Mattress Topper, which will
help dispel air from the Mattress Topper.
Store your aero Mattress Topper in a clean dry place out
of extreme temperatures. Store your Mattress Topper at
room temperature. Storing your Mattress Topper under
50° F (10°C) and over 100° F (38°C) may affect its
performance and will not be covered under warranty.
NOTE: Mattress Topper must be at room temperature prior to inflating.
