SAFETY INFORMATION
In the interest of your safety and to ensure
the correct use, before installing and first
using the appliance, read this user manual
carefully, including its hints and warnings.
To avoid unnecessary mistakes and accidents, it is important to ensure that all people using the appliance are thoroughly familiar with its operation and safety features.
Save these instructions and make sure that
they remain with the appliance if it is moved
or sold, so that everyone using it through its
life will be properly informed on appliance
use and safety.
For the safety of life and property keep the
precautions of these user's instructions as
the manufacturer is not responsible for
damages caused by omission.
Children and vulnerable people safety
• This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities,
or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their
safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure
that they do not play with the appliance.
• Keep all packaging well away from children. There is risk of suffocation.
• If you are discarding the appliance pull
the plug out of the socket, cut the connection cable (as close to the appliance
as you can) and remove the door to prevent playing children to suffer electric
shock or to close themselves into it.
• If this appliance featuring magnetic door
seals is to replace an older appliance

General safety
Caution! Keep ventilation openings
clear of obstruction.
• The appliance is intended for keeping
foodstuff and/or beverages in a normal
household as explained in this instruction
booklet.
• Do not use a mechanical device or any
artificial means to speed up the thawing
process.
• Do not use other electrical appliances
(such as ice cream makers) inside of refrigerating appliances, unless they are approved for this purpose by the manufacturer.
• Do not damage the refrigerant circuit.
• The refrigerant isobutane (R600a) is contained within the refrigerant circuit of the
appliance, a natural gas with a high level
of environmental compatibility, which is
nevertheless flammable.
During transportation and installation of
the appliance, be certain that none of the
components of the refrigerant circuit become damaged.
If the refrigerant circuit should become
damaged:
– avoid open flames and sources of igni-
tion
– thoroughly ventilate the room in which
the appliance is situated
• It is dangerous to alter the specifications
or modify this product in any way. Any

damage to the cord may cause a shortcircuit, fire and/or electric shock.
Warning! Any electrical component
(power cord, plug, compressor) must
be replaced by a certified service agent
or qualified service personnel to avoid
hazard.
1. Power cord must not be lengthened.
2. Make sure that the power plug is not
squashed or damaged by the back
of the appliance. A squashed or
damaged power plug may overheat
and cause a fire.
3. Make sure that you can come to the
mains plug of the appliance.
4. Do not pull the mains cable.
5. If the power plug socket is loose, do
not insert the power plug. There is a
risk of electric shock or fire.

Daily Use
• Do not put hot pot on the plastic parts in
the appliance.
• Do not store flammable gas and liquid in
the appliance, because they may explode.

it has been thawed out.
• Store pre-packed frozen food in accordance with the frozen food manufacturer's
instructions.

Care and cleaning
• Before maintenance, switch off the appliance and disconnect the mains plug from
the mains socket.
• Do not clean the appliance with metal
objects.
• Do not use sharp objects to remove frost
from the appliance. Use a plastic scraper.
• Regularly examine the drain in the refrigerator for defrosted water. If necessary,
clean the drain. If the drain is blocked,
water will collect in the bottom of the appliance.
Installation
Important! For electrical connection
carefully follow the instructions given in
specific paragraphs.
• Unpack the appliance and check if there
are damages on it. Do not connect the
appliance if it is damaged. Report possible damages immediately to the place
you bought it. In that case retain packing.
• It is advisable to wait at least four hours
before connecting the appliance to allow
the oil to flow back in the compressor.
• Adequate air circulation should be
around the appliance, lacking this leads
to overheating. To achieve sufficient ventilation follow the instructions relevant to
installation.
• Wherever possible the back of the product should be against a wall to avoid
touching or catching warm parts (compressor, condenser) to prevent possible
burn.
• The appliance must not be located close
to radiators or cookers.

• Make sure that the mains plug is accessible after the installation of the appliance.

Connect to potable water supply only.

Service
• Any electrical work required to do the
servicing of the appliance should be carried out by a qualified electrician or competent person.
• This product must be serviced by an authorized Service Centre, and only genuine spare parts must be used.

Switching on the appliance
To switch on the appliance do these steps:
1. Connect the mains plug to the power
socket.

2. The temperature indicators show the
set default temperature.
If “dEMo” appears on the Display, the appliance is in demonstration mode: refer to
“WHAT TO DO IF....” paragraph.
To select a different set temperature refer to
"Temperature regulation".
Switching off the fridge
To switch off the fridge:
1. Press the Mode button until the corresponding icon appears.
The fridge Off indicator and the fridge
compartment indicator flash.
The fridge temperature indicator shows
dashes.
2. Press the OK button to confirm.
3. The fridge Off indicator is shown.
Switching on the fridge
To switch on the fridge:
1. Press the Mode button until the corresponding icon appears.
The Fridge Off indicator flashes.
2. Press the OK button to confirm.
3. The fridge Off indicator goes off.
To select a different set temperature refer to
"Temperature regulation".
Switching off the freezer
To switch off the freezer do these steps:
1. Press the appliance ON/OFF button for
5 seconds.
2. The freezer temperature indicator
switches off.
3. The freezer compartment indicator
switches off.
Switching on the freezer
To switch on the freezer do these steps:
1. Press the freezer ON/OFF button.
2. The alarm buzzer could operate after
few seconds.
To reset the alarm refer to "High temperature alarm".
3. The temperature indicators show the
set default temperature.
To select a different set temperature refer to
"Temperature regulation".
Switching off the appliance
Refer to the single compartment.
Temperature regulation
The set temperature of the fridge and of the
freezer may be adjusted by pressing the
temperature regulators.
Set default temperature:
• +5°C for the fridge
• -18°C for the freezer
The temperature indicators show the set
temperature.
The set temperature will be reached within
24 hours.
Important! After a power failure the set
temperature remains stored.
Drinks Chill function
The Drinks Chill Minute Minder function is to
be used to set an acoustic alarm at the preferred time, useful for example when a recipe requires to cool down a mixture for a
certain period of time, or when a reminder
is needed in order not to forget the bottles
placed in the freezer for fast cooling.
To switch on the function:
1. Press the Mode button until the corresponding icon appears.
The Drinks Chill indicator flashes.
The Timer shows the set value (30 minutes) for a few seconds.
2. Press the Timer regulator button to
change the Timer set value from 1 to
90 minutes.
3. Press the OK button to confirm.
The Drinks Chill indicator is shown.
The Timer start to flash (min).
At the end of the countdown the Drinks
Chill indicator flashes and an audible alarm
sounds:
1. Remove any drinks contained in the
freezer compartment.
2. Press OK button to switch off the
sound and terminate the function.
It is possible to deactivate the function at
any time during the countdown:
1. Press the Mode button until the Drinks
Chill indicator flashes.
2. Press the OK button to confirm.
3. The Drinks Chill indicator goes off.
It is possible to change the time during the
countdown and at the end by pressing the
Temperature colder button and the Temperature warmer button.

Child Lock function
To lock the buttons from unintentional operation select the Child Lock function.
To switch on the function:
1. Press the Mode button until the corresponding icon appears.
2. The Child Lock indicator flashes.
3. Press the OK button to confirm.
The Child Lock indicator is shown.
To switch off the function:
1. Press the Mode button until the Child
Lock indicator flashes.
2. Press the OK button to confirm.
3. The Child Lock indicator goes off.
High temperature alarm
An increase in the temperature in the freezer compartment (for example due to an earlier power failure) is indicated by:
• flashing the alarm and freezer tempera-
ture indicators
• sounding of buzzer.
To reset the alarm:
1. Press any button.
2. The buzzer switches off.
3. The freezer temperature indicator
shows the highest temperature
reached for a few seconds. Then show
again the set temperature.
4. The alarm indicator continue to flash
until the normal conditions are restored.
When the alarm has returned the alarm indicator goes off.
Door open alarm
An acoustic alarm will sound if the door is
left open for a few minutes. The door open
alarm conditions are indicated by:
• flashing Alarm light
• acoustic buzzer
When normal conditions are restored (door
closed), the alarm will stop.
During the alarm, the buzzer can be switched off by pressing alarm button.
Shopping function
If you need to insert a large amount of
warm food, for example after doing the grocery shopping, we suggest activating the
Shopping function to chill the products
more rapidly and to avoid warming the other food which is already in the refrigerator.
To switch on the function:
1. Press the Mode button until the corresponding icon appears.
The Shopping indicator flashes.
2. Press the OK button to confirm.
The Shopping indicator is shown.
The Shopping function shuts off automatically after approximately 6 hours.
To switch off the function before its automatic end:
1. Press the Mode button until the Shopping indicator flashes.
2. Press the OK button to confirm.
3. The Shopping indicator goes off.
Important! The function switches off by
selecting a different fridge set temperature.
Action Freeze function
To switch on the function:
1. Press the Mode button until the corresponding icon appears.
The Action Freeze indicator flashes.
2. Press the OK button to confirm.
The Action Freeze indicator is shown.
This function stops automatically after 52
hours.
To switch off the function before its automatic end:
1. Press the Mode button until the Action
Freeze indicator flashes.
2. Press the OK button to confirm.
3. The Action Freeze indicator goes off.
Important! The function switches off by
selecting a different freezer set temperature.
FIRST USE
Cleaning the interior
Before using the appliance for the first time,
wash the interior and all internal accessories with lukewarm water and some neutral
soap so as to remove the typical smell of a
brand-new product, then dry thoroughly.
Important! Do not use detergents or abrasive powders, as these will damage the finish.
If “dEMo” appears on the Display, the
appliance is in demonstration mode:
refer to “WHAT TO DO IF...” paragraph.

DAILY USE
Freezing fresh food
The freezer compartment is suitable for
freezing fresh food and storing frozen and
deep-frozen food for a long time.
To freeze fresh food activate the Action
Freeze function at least 24 hours before
placing the food to be frozen in the freezer
compartment.
Place the fresh food to be frozen in the in
the upper part of the freezer, as this is the
coldest point.
The maximum amount of food that can be
frozen in 24 hours is specified on the rating
plate, a label located on the inside of the
appliance.
The freezing process lasts 24 hours: during
this period do not add other food to be frozen.

Important! Do not use metallic instruments
to remove the trays from the freezer.
Cold accumulators
The freezer contains at least one cold accumulator which increases storage time in the
event of a power cut or breakdown.
Thawing
Deep-frozen or frozen food, prior to being
used, can be thawed in the refrigerator
compartment or at room temperature, depending on the time available for this operation.
Small pieces may even be cooked still frozen, directly from the freezer: in this case,
cooking will take longer.
Movable shelves
The walls of the refrigerator are equipped
with a series of runners so that the shelves
can be positioned as desired.
For better use of space, the front halfshelves can lie over the rear ones.
Storage of frozen food
When first starting-up or after a period out
of use, before putting the products in the
compartment let the appliance run at least
2 hours on the higher settings.
Important! In the event of accidental
defrosting, for example due to a power
failure, if the power has been off for longer
than the value shown in the technical
characteristics chart under "rising time", the
defrosted food must be consumed quickly
or cooked immediately and then re-frozen
(after cooling).
Ice-cube production
This appliance is equipped with one or
more trays for the production of ice-cubes.
Fill these trays with water, then put them in
the freezer compartment.
Positioning the door shelves
To permit storage of food packages of various sizes, the door shelves can be placed
at different heights.
To make these adjustments proceed as follows:
gradually pull the shelf in the direction of the
arrows until it comes free, then reposition
as required.

Carbon Air Filter
Your appliance is equipped with a carbon
filter behind a flap in the rear wall of the
fridge compartment.
The filter purifies the air from unwanted
odours in the fridge and NaturaFresh 0°C
compartment meaning that the storage
quality will be further improved.
Important! During the operation, always
keep the air ventilation flap closed.

various kinds of food.
Important!
You can therefore store a variety of fresh
food in the NaturaFresh 0°C compartment,
where it will last up to 3 times longer with
better quality compared to normal refrigerator compartments. This allows you to stock
more fresh food. Taste, degree of freshness, quality and nutritional values (vitamins
and minerals) are well preserved. Loss of
weight in vegetables and fruit diminishes.
Food yields a higher degree of nutritional
value.
Important!
The NaturaFresh 0°C compartment is also
suitable for defrosting food.
In this case the thawed food can be stored
up to two days .
Humidity control
Both drawers can be used according to the
desired storage conditions independently of
each other with lower or higher humidity.
Regulation for each drawer is separate and
is controlled using the slide valve at the
front of the drawer.
• „Dry“: low air humidity - up to 50 % rela-
tive humidity
This humidity level is reached when both
sliders are set into this position
and the ventilation openings are
wide open.
• Humid“: high relative humidity - up to
90%
This humidity level is reached when both
sliders are set in this position
and the ventilation openings are
closed. Humidity is kept and can
not escape.
NaturaFresh 0°C Compartment
In the NaturaFresh 0°C compartment the
temperature is controlled automatically. It
stays constantly at about 0°C, no adjustment is necessary.
The constant storage temperature of about
0°C and the relative humidity of between 45

Cakes containing cream and other kinds of
pastry products can be stored in the NaturaFresh 0°C compartment for 2 or 3 days.

• cold sensitive fruit which have to be stored at cellar or room temperature like
pineapple, bananas, grapefruit, melons,
mango, papaya, oranges, lemons, kiwi
fruit.
• The types of food not mentioned above
should be stored in the refrigerator compartment (e.g. all sorts of cheese, cold
cuts, etc.)

The NaturaFresh 0°C compartment is also
suitable for slow thawing of food. In this
case the thawed food can be stored in the
NaturaFresh 0°C compartment for up to
two days.
Tips:
• Pay attention to the freshness of the
food, especially on the expiry date. Quality and freshness influence the storage
time.
• The whole storage cycle time will depend
on the preservation conditions made prior to the final storage in the fridge.
• Food, fruit or vegetables should always
be packed or wrapped up before storage.
• Animal food always store packed and
dry.
• Food rich in proteins will go bad quicker.
This means seafood will spoil before fish
which in turn will spoil before meat. While
storing food in a NaturaFresh 0°C compartment storage time for that kind of
food can be increased by up to three
times as well without loss on quality.

• All food stored in a NaturaFresh 0°C
compartment should be taken out of the
drawers roughly 15-30 min before consumption, particularly fruit and vegetables
to be consumed without any additional
cooking process. Allowing fruit and vegetables to return to room temperature will
improve the texture and flavour.
Drawer
The wire shelves inside the drawers permit
that air can circulate freely and consequently a better conservation of foods.
The compartment has stops to prevent the
drawers from falling out when fully extended.
To remove the drawers (e.g. for cleaning
purposes), pull them out as far as the
stops, lift and extract.. .
HELPFUL HINTS AND TIPS
Hints for energy saving
• Do not open the door frequently or leave
it open longer than absolutely necessary.
• If the ambient temperature is high and
the Temperature Regulator is set to low
temperature and the appliance is fully
loaded, the compressor may run continuously, causing frost or ice on the evaporator. If this happens, set the Temperature Regulator toward warmer settings to
allow automatic defrosting and so a saving in electricity consumption.
Hints for fresh food refrigeration
To obtain the best performance:
• do not store warm food or evaporating
liquids in the refrigerator
• do cover or wrap the food, particularly if it
has a strong flavour
•position food so that air can circulate
freely around it
Hints for refrigeration
Useful hints:
Meat (all types) : wrap in polythene bags
and place on the glass shelf above the vegetable drawer.
For safety, store in this way only one or two
days at the most.

Cooked foods, cold dishes, etc..: these
should be covered and may be placed on
any shelf.
Fruit and vegetables: these should be thoroughly cleaned and placed in the special
drawer(s) provided.
Butter and cheese: these should be placed
in special airtight containers or wrapped in
aluminium foil or polythene bags to exclude
as much air as possible.
Milk bottles: these should have a cap and
should be stored in the bottle rack on the
door.
Bananas, potatoes, onions and garlic, if not
packed, must not be kept in the refrigerator.
Hints for freezing
To help you make the most of the freezing
process, here are some important hints:
• the maximum quantity of food which can
be frozen in 24 hrs. is shown on the rating plate;
• the freezing process takes 24 hours. No
further food to be frozen should be added during this period;
• only freeze top quality, fresh and thoroughly cleaned, foodstuffs;
• prepare food in small portions to enable it
to be rapidly and completely frozen and

to make it possible subsequently to thaw
only the quantity required;
• wrap up the food in aluminium foil or polythene and make sure that the packages
are airtight;
• do not allow fresh, unfrozen food to
touch food which is already frozen, thus
avoiding a rise in temperature of the latter;
• lean foods store better and longer than
fatty ones; salt reduces the storage life of
food;
• water ices, if consumed immediately after
removal from the freezer compartment,
can possibly cause the skin to be freeze
burnt;
• it is advisable to show the freezing in date
on each individual pack to enable you to
keep tab of the storage time.
CARE AND CLEANING
Caution! Unplug the appliance before
carrying out any maintenance
operation.
This appliance contains hydrocarbons
in its cooling unit; maintenance and recharging must therefore only be carried
out by authorized technicians.
Periodic cleaning
The equipment has to be cleaned regularly:
• clean the inside and accessories with
lukewarm water and some neutral soap.
• regularly check the door seals and wipe
clean to ensure they are clean and free
from debris.
• rinse and dry thoroughly.
Important! Do not pull, move or damage
any pipes and/or cables inside the cabinet.
Never use detergents, abrasive powders,
highly perfumed cleaning products or wax
polishes to clean the interior as this will
damage the surface and leave a strong
odour.
Clean the condenser (black grill) and the
compressor at the back of the appliance
with a brush. This operation will improve the
performance of the appliance and save
electricity consumption.

To obtain the best performance from this
appliance, you should:
• make sure that the commercially frozen
foodstuffs were adequately stored by the
retailer;
• be sure that frozen foodstuffs are transferred from the foodstore to the freezer in
the shortest possible time;
• not open the door frequently or leave it
open longer than absolutely necessary.
• Once defrosted, food deteriorates rapidly
and cannot be refrozen.
• Do not exceed the storage period indicated by the food manufacturer.

To make sure fully functionality of the NaturaFresh 0°C compartment the lowest shelf
and cover plates must be put back in their

Important! Take care of not to damage the
cooling system.
Many proprietary kitchen surface cleaners
contain chemicals that can attack/damage
the plastics used in this appliance. For this
reason it is recommended that the outer
casing of this appliance is only cleaned with
warm water with a little washing-up liquid
added.
After cleaning, reconnect the equipment to
the mains supply.
Replacing the carbon filter
The carbon filter helps to reduce the odours
inside the fridge limiting the risk of unwanted aroma in sensitive food

New active air filters can be purchased from
your local dealer.

The air filter is placed behind the flap and
can be reached by pulling the flap outward (1)
• pull out of the slot the exhausted air filter.
• insert the new air filter in the slot (2)
• close the flap.
The air filter is a consumable accessory and
as such is not covered by the guarantee.
Important! During the operation, always
keep the air ventilation flap closed.
The air filter should be handled carefully to
prevent its surface from being scratched.
Defrosting of the refrigerator
Defrosting of the fridge compartment is automatic.
The water that forms flows into a recipient
on the compressor and evaporates. This recipient cannot be removed.
Defrosting the freezer
A certain amount of frost will always form
on the freezer shelves and around the top
compartment.
Defrost the freezer when the frost layer reaches a thickness of about 3-5 mm.
To remove the frost, follow the instructions
below:
• pull out the plug from the wall socket or
switch off the appliance
• remove any stored food, wrap it in several layers of newspaper and put it in a cool
place
• leave the door open and insert the plastic
scraper in the appropriate seating at the
bottom centre, placing a basin underneath to collect the defrost water
• when defrosting is completed, dry the interior thoroughly and keep the scraper for
future use
• turn the thermostat knob back to the required setting or replace the plug in the
power socket
• after two or three hours, reload the previously removed food into the compartment.
It is recommended to operate the appliance at the highest position of the
thermostatic control for some hours so
that it can reach the sufficient storing
temperature as soon as possible.
Important! Never use sharp metal tools to
scrape off frost from the evaporator as you
could damage it. Do not use a mechanical
device or any artificial means to speed up
the thawing process other than those
recommended by the manufacturer. A
temperature rise of the frozen food packs,
during defrosting, may shorten their safe
storage life.
Periods of non-operation
When the appliance is not in use for long
periods, take the following precautions:

Installation of the carbon filter
The carbon filter is an active carbon filter

Entretien et nettoyage

qu'une spatule en plastique.

• Contrôlez régulièrement l'orifice d'évacuation de l'eau de dégivrage dans le

Mise en fonctionnement de l'appareil
Pour mettre en fonctionnement l'appareil,
procédez comme suit :
1. Branchez l'appareil sur le secteur.
2. Les voyants de température indiquent
la température programmée par défaut.
Si “dEMo” s'affiche, l'appareil est en mode
démonstration : reportez-vous au paragraphe « EN CAS D'ANOMALIE DE FONCTIONNEMENT ».

Pour mettre à l'arrêt le réfrigérateur :

L'indicateur de température du réfrigérateur affiche des tirets.
2. Appuyez sur le bouton OK pour confirmer.
3. Le voyant de mise à l'arrêt du réfrigérateur est allumé.

Pour mettre en fonctionnement le réfrigérateur :

congélateur.
2. L'alarme sonore peut se déclencher au
bout de quelques secondes.
Pour réinitialiser l'alarme, reportez-vous
au paragraphe « Alarme de température ».
3. Les voyants de température indiquent
la température programmée par défaut.

Mise à l'arrêt de l'appareil
Reportez-vous au chapitre du compartiment seul.
Réglage de la température
La température programmée du réfrigérateur et du congélateur peut être adaptée en
appuyant sur les touches du dispositif de
réglage de température.
Température programmée par défaut :
• +5 °C dans le compartiment réfrigérateur
• -18 °C dans le compartiment congélateur
Les voyants du thermostat indiquent la
température programmée.
La température sélectionnée sera atteinte
au bout de 24 heures.
Important Après une coupure électrique, la
température sélectionnée reste mémorisée.
Fonction Drinks Chill
La fonction Drinks Chill Minute Minder doit
être utilisée pour le réglage d'une alarme
sonore à une heure désirée, ce qui est utile,
par exemple, lorsque l'on souhaite refroidir
une préparation pendant un certain temps
dans le cadre d'une recette de cuisine, ou
lorsque l'on refroidit des bouteilles rapidement dans le congélateur.
Pour activer la fonction :
1. Appuyez sur la touche Modejusqu'à ce
que le symbole correspondant apparaisse.
Le voyant Drinks Chill clignote.
La minuterie affiche pendant quelques
secondes la valeur programmée (30
minutes).
2. Appuyez sur la touche de réglage de la
minuterie pour modifier la valeur de
consigne (1 à 90 minutes).
3. Appuyez sur la touche OKpour confirmer.
Le voyant Drinks Chill s'affiche.
La minuterie se met à clignoter (min).
À la fin du décompte, le voyant Drinks Chillclignote et un signal sonore retentit :
1. Retirez les boissons placées dans le
compartiment de congélation.
2. Appuyez sur la touche OK pour arrêter
le signal sonore et désactiver la fonction.
Il est possible de désactiver cette fonction à
tout moment pendant le décompte :
1. Appuyez sur la touche Modejusqu'à ce
que le voyant Drinks Chill clignote.
2. Appuyez sur la touche OKpour confirmer.
3. Le voyant Drinks Chill s'éteint.
Il est possible de modifier l'heure pendant
et à la fin du décompte en appuyant sur la
touche « Plus de froid » ou sur la touche
« Moins de froid ».
Fonction Sécurité enfants
Pour verrouiller les touches afin de prévenir
les erreurs de manipulation, sélectionnez la
fonction Sécurité enfants.
Pour activer la fonction :
1. Appuyez sur la touche Mode jusqu'à ce
que le symbole correspondant apparaisse.
2. Le voyant Sécurité enfants clignote.
3. Appuyez sur la touche OK pour confirmation.
Le voyant Sécurité enfants apparaît.
Pour désactiver la fonction :
1. Appuyez sur la touche Mode jusqu'à ce
que le voyant Sécurité enfants clignote.
2. Appuyez sur la touche OK pour confirmation.
3. Le voyant Sécurité enfants s'éteint.
Alarme haute température
Une augmentation de la température dans
le compartiment congélateur (par exemple
à cause d'une coupure de courant) est indiquée par :
• Le clignotement de l'alarme et des voy-
ants de température du congélateur
• Le déclenchement d'une alarme sonore.
Pour réinitier l'alarme :
1. Appuyez sur une touche quelconque.
2. L’alarme sonore s’éteint.
3. Le voyant de température du congélateur affiche la température maximum
régnant dans le compartiment durant
quelques secondes. Puis il affiche à
nouveau la température programmée.
4. Le voyant alarme continue de clignoter
jusqu'à ce que les conditions normales
de fonctionnement soient rétablies.
Une fois l'alarme rétablie, le voyant alarme
s'éteint.

Alarme porte ouverte
Une alarme sonore se déclenche si la porte
reste ouverte pendant quelques minutes.
Les conditions d'alarme porte ouverte sont
signalées par :
• le clignotement du voyant de l'alarme.
• une alarme sonore
Au rétablissement des conditions normales
(porte fermée), l'alarme s'arrête.
Pendant la phase d'alarme, l'alarme sonore
peut être désactivée en appuyant sur le
bouton Alarme.
Fonction Shopping
Si vous devez ranger une grande quantité
d'aliments dans votre réfrigérateur, par
exemple après avoir fait vos courses, nous
vous suggérons d'activer la fonction
Shopping : elle permet de refroidir rapidement les aliments tout en évitant le réchauffement des denrées déjà stockées dans le
réfrigérateur.
Pour activer la fonction :
1. Appuyez sur la touche Mode jusqu'à ce
que le voyant correspondant apparaisse.
L'indicateur Shopping clignote.
2. Appuyez sur la touche OK pour confirmer.
L'indicateur Shopping s'affiche.
La fonction Shopping se désactive automatiquement au bout d'environ 6 heures.
Pour désactiver la fonction avant sa désactivation automatique :
1. Appuyez sur la touche Mode jusqu'à ce
que l'indicateur Shopping clignote.
2. Appuyez sur la touche OK pour confirmer.
3. L'indicateur Shopping s'éteint.
Important La fonction se désactive en sélectionnant une température de consigne
différente.
Fonction Action Freeze
Pour activer la fonction :
1. Appuyez sur la touche Mode jusqu'à ce
que le symbole correspondant apparaisse.
Le voyant Action Freeze clignote.
2. Appuyez sur le bouton OK pour confirmer.
Le voyant Action Freeze s'affiche.
Cette fonction se met à l'arrêt automatiquement au bout de 52 heures.
Pour désactiver la fonction avant sa désactivation automatique :
1. Appuyez sur la touche Mode jusqu'à ce

À la mise en service ou après un arrêt prolongé, placez le thermostat sur la position

Fabrication de glaçons
Cet appareil est équipé d'un ou de plusieurs bacs à glaçons. Remplissez d'eau
ces bacs et mettez-les dans le compartiment congélateur.
Important N'utilisez pas d'instruments
métalliques pour décoller les bacs du
congélateur.
Accumulateurs de froid
Le congélateur est équipé d'au moins un
accumulateur de froid qui permet d'augmenter l'autonomie de votre appareil en cas
de coupure de courant.
La décongélation
Les aliments surgelés ou congelés peuvent
être décongelés dans le compartiment réfrigérateur ou à température ambiante, avant
d'être utilisés, en fonction du temps disponible pour cette opération.
Les petites pièces peuvent même être cuites sans décongélation préalable : dans ce
cas, la cuisson est plus longue.
Clayettes amovibles
Les parois du réfrigérateur sont équipées
d'une série de glissières pour que les clayettes puissent être placées en fonction des
besoins.
Pour exploiter au mieux l'espace, vous pouvez placer les demi-clayettes avant au dessus des clayettes arrière.
Positionnement des balconnets de la
porte
Selon la taille des emballages des aliments
conservés, les balconnets de la porte peuvent être positionnés à différentes hauteurs.
Pour les ajuster, procédez comme suit :
tirez progressivement le balconnet dans le
sens des flèches pour le dégager, puis repositionnez-le selon les besoins.

Filtre à charbon
Votre appareil est équipé d'un filtre à charbon situé derrière un volet se trouvant sur la
paroi arrière du compartiment réfrigérateur.
Le filtre purifie l'air en éliminant les odeurs
des aliments dans le réfrigérateur et le compartiment NaturaFresh 0°C, ce qui améliore
la qualité de leur conservation.

Dans le compartiment NaturaFresh 0°C , la
température est contrôlée automatiquement. Elle avoisine constamment 0 °C, aucun réglage n'est nécessaire.
La température de conservation qui avoisine constamment 0 °C et l'humidité relative
comprise entre 45 et 90 °C créent les con-

Contrôle de l'humidité
Les deux bacs peuvent s'utiliser suivant les
conditions de conservation souhaitées indépendamment l'un de l'autre avec un niveau d'humidité plus ou moins élevé.
Les bacs se règlent séparément et se contrôlent par les vannes situées à l'avant des
bacs.
• « Sec » : faible humidité - humidité relati-

• Les aliments, les fruits ou les légumes
doivent toujours être emballés ou enveloppés avant leur conservation.
• La nourriture pour animaux doit toujours
être conservée emballée et au sec.
• Les aliments riches en protéines se détériorent plus rapidement. Les fruits de mer
se conservent donc moins longtemps
que le poisson, qui se conserve moins
longtemps que la viande. Lorsque des
aliments sont conservés dans un compartiment NaturaFresh 0°C , leur durée
de conservation peut être multipliée par
trois sans que la qualité ne soit pour autant compromise.
• Tous les aliments conservés dans un
compartiment NaturaFresh 0°C doivent
être sortis des bacs environ 15 à 30 min.

CONSEILS UTILES
Conseils pour l'économie d'énergie
• N'ouvrez pas fréquemment la porte ou
ne laissez pas la porte ouverte plus longtemps que nécessaire.
• Si la température ambiante est élevée, le
thermostat réglé sur la position maximum
et l'appareil plein, il est possible que le
compresseur fonctionne en régime continu, d'où un risque de formation de givre
ou de glace sur l'évaporateur. Dans ce
cas, réglez le thermostat sur une position
minimum pour faciliter le dégivrage automatique permettant ainsi d'économiser
de l'énergie.
Conseils pour la réfrigération des
aliments frais
Pour obtenir les meilleurs résultats :
• n'introduisez pas d'aliments encore
chauds ou de liquides en évaporation
dans le réfrigérateur
• couvrez ou enveloppez soigneusement
les aliments, surtout s'ils sont aromatiques
• placez correctement les aliments pour
que l'air puisse circuler librement autour

Fruits et légumes : placez-les une fois nettoyés dans le bac à légumes.
Beurre et fromage : placez-les dans des récipients étanches spéciaux ou enveloppezles soigneusement dans des feuilles d'aluminium ou de polyéthylène, pour emmagasiner le moins d'air possible.
Bouteilles de lait : elles doivent être munies
d'un bouchon et être placées dans le balconnet porte-bouteilles de la porte.
Bananes, pommes de terre, oignons et ail
ne doivent pas être mis dans le réfrigérateur, s'ils ne sont pas emballés.
Conseils pour la congélation
Voici quelques conseils importants pour obtenir un processus de congélation optimal :
• respectez le pouvoir de congélation de
votre appareil (c'est-à-dire la quantité
maximale de denrées fraîches que vous
pouvez congeler par 24 heures) qui figure
sur la plaque signalétique ;
• Le processus de congélation dure 24
heures. N'ajoutez pas d'autres aliments à
congeler pendant cette période ;
• congelez uniquement des aliments de
bonne qualité, frais et nettoyés ;
• préparez la nourriture en petits paquets
pour une congélation rapide et uniforme,
adaptés à l'importance de la consommation ;
• enveloppez les aliments dans des feuilles
d'aluminium ou de polyéthylène et assu-
rez-vous que les emballages sont étanches ;
• ne laissez pas des aliments frais, non
congelés, toucher des aliments déjà congelés pour éviter une remontée en température de ces derniers ;
• les aliments maigres se conservent mieux
et plus longtemps que les aliments gras ;
le sel réduit la durée de conservation des
aliments ;
• la température très basse à laquelle se
trouvent les bâtonnets glacés, s'ils sont
consommés dès leur sortie du compartiment congélateur, peut provoquer des
brûlures ;
• l'identification des emballages est importante : indiquez la date de congélation du
produit, et respectez la durée de conservation indiquée par le fabricant.
Conseils pour le stockage des aliments
congelés
Pour obtenir les meilleures performances
possibles :
• assurez-vous que l'emballage des aliments est intact et qu'il ne présente aucune trace d'humidité, signe d'un début
de décongélation ;
• prévoyez un temps réduit au minimum
pour leur transport du magasin d'alimentation à votre domicile (utilisez des sacs
isothermes dans la mesure du possible) ;
• évitez d'ouvrir trop souvent la porte du
congélateur et ne la laisser ouverte que le
temps nécessaire.
• Une fois décongelés, les aliments se détériorent rapidement et ne peuvent pas
être recongelés.
• Ne dépassez pas la durée de conservation indiquée par le fabricant.
ENTRETIEN ET NETTOYAGE
Attention Débranchez l'appareil avant
toute opération d'entretien et de
nettoyage.
Cet appareil contient des hydrocarbures dans son circuit de réfrigération ;
l'entretien et la recharge ne doivent
donc être effectués que par du personnel qualifié.
Nettoyage périodique
L'appareil doit être nettoyé régulièrement :
• nettoyez l'intérieur et les accessoires
avec de l'eau tiède et additionnée d'un
détergent doux.
• Lavez le joint de porte en caoutchouc
sans omettre de nettoyer également sous
le joint.
• Rincez et séchez soigneusement.

Important Ne tirez pas, ne déplacez ou
n'endommagez pas les tuyaux et/ou câbles
qui se trouvent à l'intérieur de l'appareil.
N'utilisez jamais de détergents, de poudres
abrasives, de produits de nettoyage très
parfumés ou de produits caustiques pour
nettoyer l'intérieur de l'appareil car ceci risque d'endommager la surface et de laisser
une forte odeur.
Nettoyez le condenseur (grille noire) et le
compresseur situés à l'arrière de l'appareil
avec une brosse. Cette fonctionnement
améliore les performances de l'appareil et
permet des économies d'énergie.
La clayette la plus basse, qui sépare le
compartiment réfrigérateur du compartiment NaturaFresh 0°C ne doit être sortie
qu'en vue de son nettoyage. Pour la sortir,
tirez sur la clayette.
Les couvercles situés au-dessus des tiroirs
dans le compartiment peuvent être sortis
en vue de leur nettoyage.
Important
Pour garantir la complète fonctionnalité du
compartiment NaturaFresh 0°C , la clayette
inférieure et les couvercles doivent être remis dans leur position d'origine après nettoyage.
Important Attention à ne pas endommager
le système de réfrigération.
De nombreux détergents domestiques contiennent des produits chimiques qui peuvent attaquer/endommager les plastiques
utilisés dans cet appareil. C'est pour cette
raison qu'il est recommandé de nettoyer la
partie extérieure de cet appareil avec de
l'eau tiède et un détergent doux (produit
vaisselle par exemple).
Après le nettoyage, rebranchez l'appareil à
l'alimentation électrique.
Remplacement du filtre à charbon
Le filtre à charbon réduit les odeurs à l'intérieur du compartiment réfrigérateur et évite
qu'elles imprègnent les aliments sensibles
Pour obtenir les meilleures performances
possibles, il est recommandé de changer le
filtre à charbon une fois par an.
Vous pouvez vous procurer ces filtres auprès de votre distributeur local.

Dégivrage du réfrigérateur
Le dégivrage du compartiment Réfrigérateur est automatique.
L'eau qui se forme s'écoule vers un réservoir situé sur le compresseur puis s'évapore. Ce réservoir ne peut pas être démonté.
Dégivrage du congélateur
Une certaine quantité de givre se forme
toujours sur les clayettes du congélateur et
autour du compartiment supérieur.
Dégivrez le congélateur lorsque l'épaisseur
de la couche de givre est comprise entre 3
et 5 mm.
Pour enlever le givre, suivez les instructions
ci-dessous :
• débranchez la prise de courant ou mettez l'appareil à l'arrêt

• sortez les denrées congelées, enveloppez celles-ci dans plusieurs feuilles de
papier journal et conservez-les dans un
endroit frais
• laissez la porte entrouverte et glissez la
spatule en plastique dans le logement
prévu, en bas de de l'appareil ; placez
dessous un récipient pour recevoir l'eau
de dégivrage
• une fois le dégivrage terminé, séchez soigneusement l'intérieur et conservez la
spatule pour une utilisation ultérieure
• ramenez le thermostat sur le réglage requis ou rebranchez la prise de courant
• deux ou trois heures plus tard, replacez
les produits dans le compartiment.
Il est recommandé de placer le thermostat de l'appareil sur la position Max
pendant quelques heures pour que la
température de stockage suffisante

Important N'utilisez en aucun cas d'objets
métalliques ou tranchants pour gratter la
couche de givre sur l'évaporateur, car vous
risqueriez de le détériorer. N'utilisez aucun
dispositif mécanique ou autre moyen
artificiel pour accélérer le processus de
dégivrage hormis ceux recommandés dans
cette notice d'utilisation. Une élévation de la
température des denrées congelées,
pendant la décongélation, peut réduire leur
durée de conservation.
En cas d'absence prolongée ou de

Contrôlez, avant de brancher l'appareil, si la

Vorsicht! Die Belüftungsöffnungen

• Beschädigen Sie nicht den Kältekreislauf.
• Das Kältemittel Isobutan (R600a) im Kältekreislauf des Gerätes ist ein natürliches
und sehr umweltfreundliches Gas, das jedoch leicht entflammbar ist.

Täglicher Gebrauch

• Legen Sie Lebensmittel nicht direkt vor

eingefroren werden.
• Abgepackte Tiefkühlkost immer entsprechend den Herstellerangaben aufbewahren.
• Die Lagerempfehlungen des Geräteherstellers sind strikt einzuhalten. Halten Sie
sich an die betreffenden Anweisungen.
• Keine kohlensäurehaltigen Getränke oder
Sprudel in das Gefrierfach stellen, da der
Druckanstieg in den Behältern zur Explosion führen und das Gerät beschädigen
kann.
• Eis am Stiel kann Kälteverbrennungen
verursachen, wenn es direkt nach der
Entnahme aus dem Gefrierschrank gegessen wird.
Reinigung und Pflege
• Schalten Sie vor Wartungsarbeiten immer
das Gerät ab und ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose.
• Reinigen Sie das Gerät nicht mit Metallgegenständen.
• Verwenden Sie keine scharfen Gegenstände zum Entfernen von Reif und Eis
im Gerät. Benutzen Sie einen Kunststoffschaber.
• Kontrollieren Sie in regelmäßigen Abständen den Tauwasserabfluss im Kühlschrank. Reinigen Sie bei Bedarf den Ablauf. Bei verstopftem Wasserabfluss sammelt sich das Wasser am Boden des Geräts an.

• Ausreichenden Freiraum zur Luftzirkulation um das Gerät lassen; anderenfalls besteht Überhitzungsgefahr. Halten Sie sich
für die Belüftung an die Montageanweisungen.
• Das Gerät sollte zur Vermeidung von Verbrennungen durch Berührung von heißen

2. Nach ein paar Sekunden ertönt möglicherweise ein akustisches Alarmsignal.

Die Temperaturanzeigen zeigen die eingestellten Temperaturen an.

Wichtig! Nach einem Stromausfall bleibt
die eingestellte Temperatur gespeichert.
Drinks Chill Funktion
Mit der Funktion Drinks Chill Minute Minder
lässt sich ein Alarmton einstellen, der zu der
gewünschten Zeit ertönt. Dies ist zum Beispiel praktisch, wenn ein Gericht eine gewisse Zeit abkühlen muss oder Sie die Flaschen, die Sie für eine schnellere Kühlung in
den Gefrierraum gelegt haben, nicht vergessen möchten.
Zum Einschalten der Funktion:
1. Drücken Sie die Taste Mode, bis das
entsprechende Symbol angezeigt wird.
Die Anzeige Drinks Chill blinkt.
Der Timer zeigt den eingestellten Wert
(30 Minuten) ein paar Sekunden lang
an.
2. Drücken Sie die Einstelltaste des
Timers, um den eingestellten Wert des
Timers auf 1 bis 90 Minuten zu ändern.
3. Drücken Sie zur Bestätigung die Taste
OK.
Die Anzeige Drinks Chill leuchtet.
Der Timer beginnt zu blinken (min).
Nach Ablauf des Countdowns blinkt die Anzeige Drinks Chill und es ertönt ein Alarmsignal:
1. Entnehmen Sie die Getränke aus dem
Gefrierraum.
2. Schalten Sie den Alarmton und die
Funktion mit der Taste OK aus.
Diese Funktion kann während des Countdowns jederzeit ausgeschaltet werden:
1. Drücken Sie die Taste Mode, bis die
Anzeige Drinks Chill blinkt.
2. Drücken Sie zur Bestätigung die Taste
OK.
3. Die Anzeige Drinks Chill erlischt.
Die Zeit kann während des Countdowns
geändert werden, indem Sie die Tasten zur
Erhöhung und Verringerung der Temperatur
drücken.
Funktion Kindersicherung
Wählen Sie die Kindersicherung, um die
Tasten gegen eine unbeabsichtigte Betätigung zu verriegeln.
Zum Einschalten der Funktion:
1. Drücken Sie die Taste Mode, bis das
entsprechende Symbol angezeigt wird.
2. Die Anzeige „Kindersicherung“ blinkt.
3. Drücken Sie zur Bestätigung die Taste
OK.
Die Anzeige „Kindersicherung“ leuchtet.
Zum Ausschalten der Funktion:

Temperaturwarnung
Ein Anstieg der Temperatur im Gefrierfach
(zum Beispiel nach einem Stromausfall) wird
wie folgt angezeigt:
• Blinkende Alarm- und Temperaturanzeige
des Gefrierschranks.
• Durch das Ertönen eines Summers.
Zurücksetzen des Alarms:
1. Drücken Sie eine beliebige Taste.
2. Der Summer wird abgeschaltet.
3. Die Temperaturanzeige des Gefrierschranks zeigt die höchste erreichte
Temperatur ein paar Sekunden lang an.
Danach zeigt sie wieder die eingestellte
Temperatur an.
4. Die Alarmanzeige blinkt so lange, bis
die normalen Bedingungen wieder hergestellt sind.
Danach erlischt die Alarmanzeige.
Alarm „Tür offen“
Es ertönt ein Signalton, wenn die Tür einige
Minuten lang offen steht. Der Alarm „Tür offen“ wird wie folgt angezeigt:
• Blinkende Alarmleuchte
• Akustisches Signal
Sobald der Normalbetrieb wiederhergestellt
(und die Tür geschlossen) ist, erlischt der
Alarm.
Während des Alarms kann der Summer
durch Drücken der Alarmtaste ausgeschaltet werden.
Funktion Shopping
Wenn Sie zum Beispiel nach einem Einkauf
größere Mengen warmer Lebensmittel einlegen möchten, empfehlen wir die Funktion
Shopping einzuschalten, um die Produkte
schneller zu kühlen und zu vermeiden, dass
die bereits im Kühlschrank befindlichen Lebensmittel erwärmt werden.

Reinigen des Innenraums
Bevor Sie das Gerät in Betrieb nehmen, beseitigen Sie den typischen „Neugeruch“ am
besten durch Reinigen der Innenteile mit
lauwarmem Wasser und einer neutralen
Seife. Sorgfältig nachtrocknen.
Wichtig! Verwenden Sie keine Reinigungsmittel oder Scheuerpulver, da hierdurch die
Oberfläche beschädigt wird.
1. Drücken Sie die Taste Mode, bis das
entsprechende Symbol angezeigt wird.
Die Anzeige Action Freeze blinkt.
2. Drücken Sie zur Bestätigung die Taste
OK.
Die Anzeige Action Freeze leuchtet.
Diese Funktion endet automatisch nach 52
Stunden.
Zum Ausschalten der Funktion vor ihrer automatischen Abschaltung:
1. Drücken Sie die Taste Mode, bis die
Anzeige Action Freeze blinkt.
2. Drücken Sie zur Bestätigung die Taste

TÄGLICHER GEBRAUCH
Einfrieren frischer Lebensmittel
Der Gefrierraum eignet sich zum Einfrieren
von frischen Lebensmitteln und zum Lagern
von gefrorenen und tiefgefrorenen Lebensmitteln für einen längeren Zeitraum.

Eiswürfelbereitung
Dieses Gerät ist mit einer oder mehreren
Schalen für die Herstellung von Eiswürfeln
ausgestattet. Füllen Sie die Schalen mit
Wasser und stellen Sie diese in das Gefrierfach.
Wichtig! Bitte verwenden Sie zum
Herausholen der Schalen aus dem
Gefrierschrank keine Utensilien aus Metall.
Kälteakkumulatoren
Der Gefrierschrank wird mit einem oder
mehreren Gefrierakkumulatoren geliefert.
Diese verlängern die Zeitdauer, in der die
Lebensmittel bei einem Stromausfall oder
einem Ausfall des Gerätes gekühlt werden.
Auftauen
Tiefgefrorene oder gefrorene Lebensmittel
können vor der Verwendung je nach der zur
Verfügung stehenden Zeit im Kühlschrank
oder bei Raumtemperatur aufgetaut werden.
Kleinere Gefriergutteile können unter Umständen sogar direkt aus dem Gefrierschrank entnommen und anschließend sofort gekocht oder gegart werden: in diesem
Fall dauert der Garvorgang allerdings etwas
länger.
Verstellbare Ablagen/Einsätze
Die Wände des Kühlschranks sind mit einer
Anzahl von Führungsschienen ausgestattet,
die verschiedene Möglichkeiten für das Einsetzen der Ablagen bieten.
Zur besseren Raumnutzung können die
vorderen Halbteile der Ablagen auf die
rückwärtigen hinaufgelegt werden.
Positionierung der Türablagen
Die Türablagen können in unterschiedlicher
Höhe positioniert werden, womit das Lagern verschieden großer Lebensmittelpackungen ermöglicht wird.
Gehen Sie dazu wie folgt vor:

Das Gerät ist mit einem Kohlefilter hinter einer Klappe in der Rückwand des Kühlraums ausgerüstet.
Der Filter reinigt die Luft von unerwünschten
Gerüchen im Kühlraum und im Fach NaturaFresh 0°C und verbessert so die Lagerungsqualität.
Wichtig! Die Lüftungsklappe muss
während des Betriebs stets geschlossen
sein.
NaturaFresh 0°C Fach
Im NaturaFresh 0°C Fach wird die Temperatur automatisch geregelt. Sie bleibt konstant auf ca. 0 °C, es ist keine Einstellung
erforderlich.
Die konstante Lagertemperatur von ca. 0
°C und die relative Luftfeuchtigkeit zwischen 45 und 90 % bieten optimale Lager-

Wichtig!
Sie können daher eine Vielfalt von frischen
Lebensmitteln im NaturaFresh 0°C Fach lagern, in dem sie bis zu 3 Mal länger ohne
Qualitätseinbußen im Vergleich zu den normalen Kühlschrankfächern halten. Auf diese
Weise können Sie mehr frische Lebensmittel einlagern. Der Geschmack, Frischegrad
und die Nährstoffe (Vitamine und Mineralien)
bleiben gut erhalten. Das Gemüse und
Obst verlieren weniger Gewicht. Die Lebensmittel behalten ihren Nährwert besser.
Wichtig!
Das NaturaFresh 0°C Fach eignet sich auch
zum Auftauen von Lebensmitteln.

Feuchtigkeitsregulierung
Beide Schubladen können je nach den gewünschten Lagereigenschaften unabhängig

auf die Aufbewahrungsdauer aus.
• Die Gesamtaufbewahrungsdauer hängt

der endgültigen Lagerung im Kühlschrank ab.
• Lebensmittel, Obst oder Gemüse müssen vor der Einlagerung immer in Behälter oder Folie verpackt werden.
• Tiernahrung ist immer verpackt und trocken zu lagern.
• Proteinreiche Lebensmittel verderben
schneller. So verderben Meeresfrüchte
schneller als Fisch und dieser schneller
als Fleisch. In einem NaturaFresh 0°C
Fach lässt sich diese Art von Lebensmitteln bis zu dreimal länger und ohne Qualitätsverlust lagern.
• Alle in einem NaturaFresh 0°C Fach gelagerten Lebensmittel sind ca. 15-30 Minuten vor dem Verzehr aus der Schublade
zu nehmen. Dies gilt insbesondere für
Obst und Gemüse, das ohne weiteres
Kochen verzehrt werden soll. Nehmen
Obst und Gemüse wieder Raumtemperatur an, verbessern sich Textur und Geschmack.
Schublade
Die Metalleinsätze in den Schubladen ermöglichen die freie Luftzirkulation und damit
eine verbesserte Frischhaltung der Lebensmittel.
Das Fach hat Anschläge, die ein Herausfallen der Schublade verhindern, wenn sie
ganz herausgezogen wird.
Um die Schubladen (z.B. zum Reinigen) herauszunehmen, diese bis zu den Anschlägen herausziehen, anheben und aus dem
Gerät nehmen. .
PRAKTISCHE TIPPS UND HINWEISE
Energiespartipps
• Öffnen Sie die Tür nicht zu häufig, und
lassen Sie diese nicht länger offen als unbedingt notwendig.
• Wenn die Umgebungstemperatur hoch
ist, der Temperaturregler auf eine niedrige
Temperatur eingestellt und das Gerät voll
beladen ist, kann es zu andauerndem

• Teilen Sie die Lebensmittel in kleinere
Portionen ein, damit diese schnell und
vollständig gefrieren und Sie später nur
die Menge auftauen müssen, die Sie gerade benötigen.
• Verpacken Sie die einzufrierenden Lebensmittelportionen stets luftdicht in Alufolie oder in Gefrierbeutel und achten Sie
darauf, dass die Verpackung so wenig
Luft wie möglich enthält.
• Achten Sie beim Hineinlegen von frischen, noch ungefrorenen Lebensmitteln
darauf, dass sie keinen Kontakt mit Gefriergut bekommen, da dieses sonst antauen könnte.
• Magere Zutaten lassen sich besser und
länger als fetthaltige lagern; durch Salz
wird die Lagerungsdauer von Zutaten
verkürzt.
• Werden Eiswürfel direkt nach der Entnahme aus dem Gefrierfach verwendet, können sie Frostbrand auf der Haut verursachen.

• Das Haltbarkeitsdatum auf der Tiefkühlkostverpackung sollte nicht überschritten

REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE

Regelmäßige Reinigung
Das gesamte Gerät muss regelmäßig gereinigt werden:
• Reinigen Sie die Innenseiten und die Zubehörteile mit lauwarmem Wasser und
etwas Neutralseife.
• Prüfen und säubern Sie die Türdichtungen in regelmäßigen Abständen, um zu

von Fremdkörpern sind.
• Spülen und trocknen Sie sie sorgfältig ab.
Wichtig! Ziehen Sie nicht an Leitungen
und/oder Kabeln im Innern des
Kühlschranks und achten Sie darauf, diese
nicht zu verschieben oder zu beschädigen.
Benutzen Sie zur Reinigung des Innenraums keinesfalls Putzmittel, Scheuerpulver,
stark parfümierte Reinigungsmittel oder
Wachspolituren, da diese die Oberfläche
des Innenraums beschädigen und einen
starken Eigengeruch hinterlassen können.
Reinigen Sie den Kondensator (schwarzes
Gitter) und den Motorkompressor auf der
Geräterückseite mit einer Bürste. Dadurch
verbessert sich die Leistung des Geräts und
es verbraucht weniger Strom.
Die unterste Ablage trennt den Kühlraum
vom NaturaFresh 0°C -Fach und sollte nur
zur Reinigung entfernt werden. Ziehen Sie
die Ablage gerade heraus.
Die Abdeckungen über den Schubladen
können zur Reinigung entfernt werden.
Wichtig!
Das NaturaFresh 0°C -Fach kann nur richtig
funktionieren, wenn die untere Ablage und
die Abdeckungen nach der Reinigung wieder korrekt eingesetzt werden.
Wichtig! Bitte achten Sie darauf, das
Kühlsystem nicht zu beschädigen.
Viele Haushaltsreiniger für Küchen enthalten
Chemikalien, die den im Gerät verwendeten
Kunststoff angreifen können. Aus diesem
Grund ist es empfehlenswert, das Gerät außen nur mit warmem Wasser und etwas
flüssigem Spülmittel zu reinigen.
Schließen Sie das Gerät nach der Reinigung wieder an die Netzversorgung an.
Ersetzen des Aktivkohle-Filters
Der Aktivkohle-Filter trägt dazu bei, die Gerüche im Innern des Kühlschranks zu reduzieren. Dadurch wird eine Übertragung unerwünschter Aromen auf empfindliche Lebensmittel eingeschränkt.
Die beste Leistung des Aktivkohle-Filters
wird erzielt, wenn Sie den Filter einmal jährlich wechseln.
Neue Aktivkohle-Filter erhalten Sie bei Ihrem Händler vor Ort.

Der Luftfilter befindet sich hinter einer
Klappe (1) und ist nach Aufklappen derselben zugänglich.
• Ziehen Sie den verbrauchten Filter aus
dem Schlitz.
• Setzen Sie den neuen Luftfilter in den
Schlitz (2) ein.
• Schließen Sie die Klappenabdeckung.
Bei dem Luftfilter handelt es sich um Verbrauchsmaterial, das nicht unter die Garantie fällt.
Wichtig! Die Lüftungsklappe muss
während des Betriebs stets geschlossen
sein.
Behandeln Sie den Luftfilter sehr vorsichtig,
da die Oberfläche leicht verkratzt.
Abtauen des Kühlschranks
Der Kühlraum taut automatisch ab.
Das dabei angesammelte Wasser läuft in einen Behälter am Kompressor und verdunstet. Dieser Behälter kann nicht entfernt werden.
Abtauen des Gefriergeräts
Auf den Ablagen des Gefriergeräts und im
Innern des oberen Fachs bildet sich stets
etwas Reif.
Tauen Sie das Gefriergerät ab, wenn die
Reifschicht eine Stärke von etwa 3 bis 5
mm erreicht hat.
Entfernen Sie den Reif wie nachstehend erläutert:

• Ziehen Sie zur Unterbrechung der Stromversorgung den Netzstecker aus der
Wandsteckdose oder schalten Sie das
Gerät aus
• Verpacken Sie das gesamte Gefriergut in
mehrere Schichten Zeitungspapier und
lagern Sie es an einem kühlen Ort
• Lassen Sie die Tür des Geräts offen stehen und setzen Sie den Kunststoffschaber in den entsprechenden Sitz unten in
der Mitte; stellen Sie eine Schale zum
Auffangen des Tauwassers darunter
• Ist alles vollständig abgetaut, trocknen
Sie die nassen Oberflächen gründlich ab
und bewahren Sie den Kunststoffschaber
für eine spätere Verwendung auf
• Drehen Sie den Temperaturregler zurück
in die gewünschte Einstellung oder stecken Sie den Netzstecker wieder in die
Steckdose
• Nachdem das Gerät zwei bis drei Stunden in Betrieb ist, können Sie die ausge-
lagerten Lebensmittel wieder in den Gefrierschrank hinein legen.
Es wird empfohlen, das Gerät jetzt einige Stunden lang mit der höchsten Einstellung des Temperaturreglers laufen
zu lassen, damit es die erforderliche
Lagertemperatur schnellstmöglich erreicht.
Wichtig! Entfernen Sie Reif und Eis vom
Verdampfer bitte niemals mit scharfen
Gegenständen, da dieser dadurch
beschädigt werden könnte. Versuchen Sie
nicht, den Abtauvorgang durch andere als
vom Hersteller empfohlene mechanische
oder sonstige Hilfsmittel zu beschleunigen.
Ein Temperaturanstieg des Gefrierguts
während des Abtauens des Geräts kann die
Lagerzeit dieser Lebensmittel verkürzen.
Stillstandzeiten
Bei längerem Stillstand des Geräts müssen
Sie folgende Vorkehrungen treffen:
• Trennen Sie das Gerät von der Netz-

Der Kohlefilter ist ein Aktivkohlefilter, der

Der Filter wird mit einer Plastikumhüllung

Pulizia e manutenzione

l'apparecchio. Usare un raschietto di plastica.
• Ispezionare regolarmente lo scarico dell'acqua di sbrinamento. Lo scarico deve

2. Premere il tasto OK per confermare.

La funzione Drinks Chill Minute Minder deve
essere usata per impostare un segnale acustico in un preciso momento, utile per
esempio quando una pietanza richiede il
raffreddamento di alimenti misti per un certo periodo di tempo o quando è necessario
un promemoria per non dimenticare le bottiglie messe in frigorifero per un raffreddamento rapido.
Per attivare la funzione:
1. Premere il tasto Mode finché non appare l'icona corrispondente.
La spia Drinks Chill lampeggia.
Il timer visualizza il valore impostato (30
minuti) per alcuni secondi.
2. Premere il tasto Regolatore timer per
modificare il valore impostato da 1 a 90
minuti.
3. Premere il tasto OK per confermare.
La spia Drinks Chill viene visualizzata.
Il Timer inizia a lampeggiare (min).
Al termine del conto alla rovescia la spia
Drinks Chill lampeggia e viene emesso un
segnale acustico:
1. Estrarre le eventuali bevande dal vano
congelatore.
2. Premere il tasto OK per spegnere il segnale acustico e porre fine alla funzione.
È possibile disattivare la funzione in qualsiasi momento durante il conto alla rovescia:
1. Premere il tasto Mode fino a quando la
spia Drinks Chill lampeggia.
2. Premere il tasto OK per confermare.
3. La spia Drinks Chill si spegne.
È possibile modificare l'ora in qualsiasi momento e prima della fine premendo il tasto
Raffreddamento Temperatura ed il tasto Riscaldamento Temperatura.
Funzione Sicurezza Bambini
Per evitare che i tasti vengano premuti accidentalmente, selezionare la funzione Sicurezza Bambini.
Per attivare la funzione:
1. Premere il tasto Mode fino a quando
non appare l'icona corrispondente.
2. L'indicatore Sicurezza Bambini lampeggia.
3. Premere il tasto OK per confermare.
Viene visualizzato l'indicatore Sicurezza
Bambini.
Per disattivare la funzione:
1. Premere il tasto Mode fino a quando
l'indicatore Sicurezza Bambini non lampeggia.
2. Premere il tasto OK per confermare.

Allarme di alta temperatura
Un aumento di temperatura nel vano congelatore (per esempio a causa di una precedente interruzione dell'alimentazione elettrica) è indicato da:
• lampeggiamento degli indicatori di allar-
me e della temperatura del congelatore
• emissione di un segnale acustico.
Per resettare l'allarme:
1. Premere un tasto qualsiasi.
2. Il segnale acustico si spegne.
3. L'indicatore della temperatura del congelatore visualizza per alcuni secondi la
temperatura più alta raggiunta, quindi
viene nuovamente visualizzata la temperatura impostata.
4. L'indicatore di allarme continua a lampeggiare fino al ripristino delle condizioni normali.
Quando l'allarme si interrompe, l'indicatore
di allarme si spegne.
Allarme sportello aperto
Se lo sportello è lasciato aperto per alcuni
minuti, viene emesso un segnale acustico.
Le condizioni di allarme sportello aperto sono indicate da:
• La spia di allarme lampeggia
• Segnale acustico
Al ripristino delle condizioni normali (sportello chiuso), l'allarme si interrompe.
Durante l'allarme, il segnale acustico può
essere disattivato premendo il tasto di allarme.

alimenti nel frigorifero, per esempio al ritorno dalla spesa, è consigliabile attivare la
funzione Shopping per raffreddare più rapidamente gli alimenti introdotti nel frigorifero
e non far intiepidire i cibi già presenti al suo
interno.
Per attivare la funzione:
1. Premere il tasto Mode finché non appare l'icona corrispondente.
La spia Shopping lampeggia.
2. Premere il tasto OK per confermare.
La spia Shopping viene visualizzata.
La funzione Shopping si disattiva automaticamente dopo circa 6 ore.
Per disattivare la funzione prima dello spegnimento automatico:

Il vano congelatore è adatto alla congelazione di cibi freschi e alla conservazione a lungo termine di alimenti congelati e surgelati.
Per congelare alimenti freschi, attivare la
funzione Action Freeze almeno 24 ore prima di introdurli nel vano congelatore.
Introdurre gli alimenti da congelare nella
parte superiore del vano congelatore, che
rappresenta il punto più freddo.
La quantità massima di alimenti congelabile
in 24 ore è riportata sulla targhetta, un'eti-

Conservazione dei surgelati
Al primo avvio o dopo un periodo di non

I pezzi piccoli possono addirittura essere
cucinati ancora congelati, direttamente dal

Ripiani mobili
Le pareti del frigorifero sono equipaggiate
con una serie di guide che permettono di
collocare i ripiani nella posizione desiderata.
Per un migliore sfruttamento dello spazio, i
semiripiani anteriori possono essere collocati sopra a quelli posteriori.
Posizionamento dei ripiani della porta
Per facilitare l'introduzione di alimenti di diverse dimensioni, i ripiani della porta possono essere posizionati ad altezze differenti.
Per regolare l'altezza dei ripiani, procedere

Vaschetta
Gli scaffali all'interno del cassetto permettono la libera circolazione dell'aria e quindi

cassetti di cadere quando vengono completamente aperti.
Per estrarre i cassetti (ad esempio per la
pulizia), tirarli fuori fino al raggiungimento dei
fermi, quindi sollevarli ed estrarli. .

• Se la temperatura ambiente è elevata, la
manopola della regolazione della temperatura è impostata su un valore basso e

Sbrinamento del congelatore
È normale che sui ripiani del congelatore e
intorno allo scomparto superiore si formi,
col tempo, uno strato di brina.
Quando tale strato raggiunge uno spessore
di circa 3-5 mm, è necessario procedere allo sbrinamento del vano congelatore.
Per rimuovere la brina, procedere come segue:
• estrarre la spina della presa a parete o
spegnere l'apparecchiatura
• rimuovere il cibo eventualmente conservato, avvolgendolo in diversi strati di carta di giornale e collocandolo in un luogo
fresco
• lasciare aperta la porta e inserire il raschietto in plastica nella sede appropriata
al centro sul fondo, collocando una bacinella al di sotto per raccogliere l'acqua di

Prima di inserire la spina, verificare che la
tensione e la frequenza riportate sulla targhetta corrispondano ai valori della rete
elettrica domestica.
L'apparecchio deve essere collegato a
massa. La spina del cavo di alimentazione è
dotata di un contatto a tale scopo. Se la
presa della rete elettrica domestica non è
collegata a massa, collegare l'apparecchio
ad una massa separata in conformità alle
norme relative alla corrente, consultando un
elettricista qualificato.

Installazione del filtro al carbone
Il filtro al carbone è un filtro a carbone attivo
che assorbe i cattivi odori e permette a tutti
gli alimenti conservati di mantenere le proprie proprietà organolettiche senza il rischio
di contaminazione di odori.
Alla consegna il filtro al carbone è contenuto in una confezione di plastica per garantirne la durata e le caratteristiche. Il filtro deve
essere posizionato dietro il flap prima dell'accensione dell'apparecchiatura.

Il filtro dell'aria è posizionato dietro al flap
e può essere raggiunto tirando il flap verso l'esterno (1).
• estrarre dall'alloggiamento il filtro dell'aria
consumato.
• inserire nella fessura il filtro di ricambio
(2).
• chiudere il flap.
Importante Durante il funzionamento,
tenere sempre chiuso il flap di ventilazione
aria.
Il filtro dell'aria deve essere manipolato con
cautela per evitare di graffiarne la superficie.
